Relationship(s):Sparring partner; friends, I guess though usually I don't ascribe to that "enemy of my enemy" crap. But it doesn't hurt that we both hate the bastard right above me.
Past History and/or Plot Ideas? We're also kind of family. But I'm beginning to think most of England is at this point. And what a family. I am almost tempted to show up to a family get together just to see someone dunk another person in the punch bowl. At any rate, probably more legitimate of a relationship comes from our practise of hand-to-hand combat and street fighting. When did you next want to get together for that? Hey! We could convince Uncle Albie that we need someone for demonstrations!

Entirely random meeting - Ministry lift. An older wizard was lamenting to his friend about how his wife was always picking a fight and blamed him for everything. The two wizards got out, leaving Johann and at least Kurby in the lift, whereupon Johann remarked callously that the wizard's wife actually had lost her rag with him for doing so little, given his over exaggeration. Whether Kurby found this arrogant and assuming, or amusing I'll leave to you - but given his description of being defensive and short tempered it might not have gone down well.

Whether this is the start of several odd meetings, leading to regular irritation, or a weird acquaintance or friendship, I'm open to suggestion. They're about the same age, and catching werewolves is quite interesting to Johann's inquisitive mind.

Going along with what was posted in Margo's network, Kurby and Margo enjoy pushing buttons and would probably endlessly annoy one another.  She would delight in torturing him if she was aware he didn't like her and I'm sure it makes for a lot of fun department meetings

We talked a bit about how when a bridge needs to be made between the Aurors Office and the WCU that Kurby was usually the man sent to get him out of his fellows hair for a while. Tam tolerates him because he's good at what he does and she appreciates a little spunk, but has probably also booted him from level two a number of times as she puts up with that spunk more when it comes from one of her own Men. 

Another thing to consider is that they both stuck around in the Ministry after it fell to Voldemort. Tam used her position as a pureblood in level two to help sneak muggleborns being detained at the Ministry back out and away to safeholds like the one run by Aurora and Jason MacDonell. She was eventually caught near the end of the war and that wasn't pleasant. As a result she did not partake in the Battle of Hogwarts and though she was not in the Order a lot of associates were. So that might factor in if they each knew the other was working in favor of Muggleborns at the time.

Past History and/or Plot Ideas? Like I said before, Griffon probably rags Kurby. Calls him saggy baggy, Mr. Baggins, etc. I figure that Kurby likely would not be the sort to enjoy Griffon's pranking and sense of humor  ~ and I think I told you that he's the sort to punch Kurby in the face if he's being too much of a prick. Lots of fun could be here.

Past History and/or Plot Ideas?  They fought in the war on opposite sides, peers of opposing houses and values, each with a habit of stirring up heated conflicts.  I don't think that any meeting between these two men could ever end well.

I'm thinking Flannery has run into Kurby a couple of times. Maybe attempted conversation and was rudely rebuffed. Which left her wondering what crawled up his ass and died. XD I'd like for them to eventually hold a decent conversation and find out that they can tolerate one another just fine.
