The Winter Festival...

Begins Monday, December 15!

Ends Thursday, January 1!



I made the schedule below! Check it out and let me know if you'd like a date or time to be changed for a specific event. It's pretty flexible, so I'd be happy to change something around if it would work better for your characters.

I added the names of the event leaders that posted in this thread! If I forgot anyone, please let me know and I'll add you!

The events with no names next to them are basically up for grabs, and anyone is welcome to start those threads. You'll see that I have a General Events category too, for events that happen daily or nightly. You can have multiple threads for General Events and they can start on different dates and times.

Here is a link to the Winter Festival board! I have not made sub-boards for specific days, though if we end up needing them, I'll add them. For now, please just date your threads like you normally do, and if you start an event, try to make the title something simple (like 'Music in the air: the winter concert'). If you think of it, please add the tag called 'Winter Festival' to your threads as well.

Also, if you want to have a general 'my character is walking around during the winter festival' thread, or something like that, please post it in the winter festival board. You are also welcome to start any new events that we haven't discussed, as long as they don't conflict with the events already on the schedule (let me know if you're having trouble finding a good time/day for an event, and I can help you).

If there are threads that you'd like to keep separate from the Winter Festival, please post them in the regular Hogsmeade board! Just keep in mind that there is a festival going on in the background, so you might want to give it a brief mention. Also, I'd be happy to move threads to the regular Hogsmeade board or the Winter Festival board if need be - just ask!

As for the location of these events, it is largely up to whoever starts the thread. Here's a map of Hogsmeade. Since the events are fairly spaced out, I'm not too worried about us tripping over each other, so just pick whatever location in Hogsmeade that you think is best!
