I didn’t believe it, so I went to find one of your roommates, but apparently it’s true. What happened?! You can’t have done something that bad. You’re Sasha!But then because you’re Sasha, it must be super rebellious. No one would chuck you out of school for any of the normal reasons.I don’t know whether I should be proud of you that you did something that could land you on the cover of Azkabanbait Monthly, or whether I should send you a howler. I hope no one’s been a bad influence! It certainly wasn’t me. You aren’t taking tips from Fauna Blake, are you? I know she hangs around with Devlin now, but she’s way too clumsy to be sneaky. She’ll get you in trouble!Speaking of trouble, your dad must be terribly angry! Please tell me he’s letting you come back to Hogwarts?! This letter arrives at the Slytherin table a week and a half later. It was heavily edited after leaving Sasha's hands though this is not readily apparent. Not just alright, but doing quite well. My first week of rest has gone by faster than I had been expecting. It's still hard to believe I've been suspended but I'm starting to recognize that's for the better. Perhaps, it's the best sort of revenge against Madame Snark to enjoy a bit of rest and relaxation on a vacation instead of fretting over homework and deadlines at school. I've had plenty of time to keep up with my magical lessons, though, and am quite pleased with how well my new wand is starting to work for me. I've also been able to ride every day which, as you know, is wonderful. Other than riding, I'm still keeping indoors, though. The food is lovely, the ambiance is exquisite and I couldn't ask for better. How are things at school? Did Ravenclaw play in the quidditch match? Who flew Seeker in my place? As much as I hope Ravenclaw wins, I hope they don't replace me on the team. I saw a glimpse that Skeeter has been at it again, though I haven't been able to see it. I'm hoping it wasn't as bad as the last - though, how it could get worse, I'm not sure.Hopefully, exams aren't that hard. I'm not looking forward to trying to catch up on everything when I get back - I hope they let me retake the exams. I know Snark was hoping my grades would take a hit from this suspension - though I think many of them might let me take them. If they know what's best, they will. Have you seen Professor Bombay? Does he seem upset? I'm hoping he didn't get in too much trouble with the Headmistress. I've been suspended for the rest of the term so I won't be returning to Hogwarts until after the holidays. I'm hoping we might be able to see each other over the holidays, though. January still seems so far away and I don't want to have to wait that long.
