She has bright brown eyes like her mother, and when she set her jaw, she bore a striking resemblance to Fred and George. Personality Description: Ginny is a forceful, independent women who often knew her own mind. She had an energetic, lively personality. Only around Harry Potter, in the first few years of their friendship, was she different. She had a huge crush on Harry, but could not relax around him at all, and became shy and withdrawn in his presence.  On the advice of mutual friend Hermione Granger, however, she overcame it and reasserted her usual self, resulting in her eventually winning the heart of her longtime love.  One of the traits Harry was attracted to was that Ginny very rarely wept.

Growing up with six brothers toughened her up, and Ginny was not afraid to stand up to anybody, friends and enemies alike. Notably, she stood up to Draco Malfoy on their first meeting in Flourish and Blotts when he insulted Harry. She was even known to stand up to Hermione, possibly her best friend, in defense of Harry's use of the Sectumsempra spell. However, her fierce temper could sometimes result in her being unkind. For example, when she argued with her brother Ron over her kissing Dean Thomas in public, Ginny upset and embarrassed Ron by pointing out that he had never snogged anyone, whereas both his best friends already had. Also, she was often harsh towards those whom she disliked; for instance, she made fun of Fleur Delacour behind her back when she first became engaged to Bill, and both hexed and crashed into Zacharias Smith when he irritated her on two separate occasions during her fifth year.

Although she hid it from her brothers, Ginny is also an accomplished flier and made the Gryffindor House team in her fourth and fifth years, playing as both Chaser and reserve Seeker. In later life, she would go on to play for the Holyhead Harpies like her hero, Gwenog Jones, and set out to became a Quidditch correspondent for the Daily Prophet after her retirement - though she is only 27 right now- in years to come.

Ginny was also a popular girl during her time at Hogwarts and was fancied by a lot of boys. Her brothers, especially Ron, often thought that she was too popular for her own good. She was also known to be quick-witted and funny and could often make others laugh even when they were feeling down.

Ginny is also something of an accomplished actress and able to lie effectively. While staying at 12 Grimmauld Place, she was taught by Nymphadora Tonks how to check if a door had been Imperturbed by flicking dungbombs at it and watching them bounce away as if hitting an invisible wall. When asked by her mother who was responsible, she blamed it on Crookshanks, even though her hands were filthy at the time. During the first meeting of what would become the D.A. in the Hog's Head, she coughed exactly like Professor Umbridge, scaring those gathered into believing the real Umbridge had caught them. Her acting talents were put to good use later when Harry and Hermione broke into Umbridge's office to contact Sirius through the fireplace. She convinced passing students that the corridor to Umbridge's office had been flooded with Garroting Gas.

Ginny is also an animal lover, and is known to be fond of cats. When Mrs. Norris was petrified in her first year at Hogwarts, her brothers put her shock down to this fact, not knowing that Ginny was scared because she couldn't remember what she was doing at the time and feared that she was responsible.  She named Ron's owl "Pigwidgeon", and was known to be able to lure Crookshanks out of hiding to play with her when she wanted.  In her fifth year, she finally got her own pet, a purple Pygmy Puff from Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes that she named Arnold.

History: Ginevra Molly Potter nee Weasley was born to Molly and Arthur Weasley. She was the born on August 11th 1981 and was the seventh child to be born into the Weasley family. She was also the first female born into the family in generations which made her the most spoiled and the one given attention even though it could also be because she is the youngest. Ginny grew up with six older brothers which means she had to learn to be strong like the best of them, wrestling, playing and doing other things with her brother and even the fights she had, mostly between her and Ron, were good practice for when she left for Hogwarts. Her first year didn't go so well, her siblings in the school pretty much left her on her own and she also started talking to a diary of all things. The diary wasn't normal, it talked back to her much to her surprise, latter she was aware of blacking out for time periods and them waking up covered in chicken feather or blood. She became scared and skittish, there was one occasion she even thought Percy knew what she was doing, even though she herself wasn't positive of what she was doing. At the end of the year she was found to be possessed by the memory of a young Tom Riddle also known as Voldemort. She was saved by Harry who she owed a life-debt to.

Her second year was not as adventuress, though she did know her brother and his friends – the Golden Trio – had gotten into trouble with the whole Sirius Black business. She was a bit upset she wasn't included with this but she understood she wasn't part of the trio, she was simply Ron's younger sister, and anyways she was still getting over a major hero worship crush on Harry, so she didn't need to continue embarrassing herself by putting her elbow in the butter dish. Her third year brought forth the Twi-Wizard tournament and the death of Cedric Diggory and the return of Voldemort. She believed Harry instantly that Harry and Dumbledore was right about Voldemort's return, and she was upset about Cedric's death..he had tutored her in Transfiguration since her second year. Ginny's fourth year was the beginning of a new Ginny, no longer did she hold a hero worship crush on Harry, she had begun to see him for who he was and getting to know Sirius over the summer had also gave her perceptive. She was a bit put off with Sirius though, he kept calling her Lily, usually upon getting glances of her or in the dark. She knew she bore a resemblance to Lily Evans, Slughorn was fast to make the link but she didn't like being compared to her crushes mother...it made it seem like they thought they'd become Lily and James all over again and she just wanted to be Ginny, maybe some day Ginny and Harry.

That year Ginny helped Harry and part of the DA – Dumbledore's Army -  break into the ministry even though Harry tried to make her stay at the school, expecting her to back down on the ground of her being to young. That of course didn't work she still went. She fought bravely only suffered a twisted ankle and few scraps, she comforted Harry as best she could on the whole ordeal of being possessed and Sirius dying, but he was very distant. After that year she put her crush behind her or at least tried and began dating. From her fifth year It was Micheal Corner though she broke up with him not half way into the year and started dating Dean Thomas. This also didn't last long and near the end of her fifth year she broke up with him. She and Harry had gotten close the year before and it led to him kissing her by the end of her fifth year and they started dating though time was limited with Harry's detentions and her O.W.L.S.

That year Dumbledore also died and at the funeral Harry broke up with Ginny. Ginny was more upset then hurt as she knew why Harry was doing it, she didn't agree but she allowed it to happen on the grounds that when this war was over she'd give him a good wallop for doing something so foolish. Ginny did return to hogwarts for her sixth year even though it was under the control of death eaters – The Carrows and LeStranges.  She and Neville and Luna pretty much opposed them when they could get away with it but they were not above using a Crucio on a student. The battle at the end of the year she did partake in, she dueled Bellatrix LeStrange determined to win and help Harry avenge Sirius, though she also wanted to get revenge for her killing Sirius -  who she had come to really care for, even though he was a idiot at times. The battle didn't end to well, she barely missed a killing curse aimed at her and when Bellatrix went to turn her wand on her again it was her mother who saved her and killed Bellatrix with a killing curse. The aftermath of the war was glum but refreshing for those who didn't loose a loved one. Her family lose a brother and son, Fred had died and Teddy was left orphaned. Harry being his godfather took him in, Andromeda was simply to old to care for a baby, and of course she helped when they got back together and even before that.

After graduating from Hogwarts and marrying Harry in 2000 she was happy to find a spot on the Holyhead Harpies. of course she had months of maternity leave in 2002 when she fell pregnant with their first child.

In 2002 Ginny gave birth to a son, who was affectionately named James Sirius Potter, after two of the greatest pranksters in history next to her own brothers. She tends to wonder if she may have jinxed them when she and Harry named the baby boy with dark hair and eyes. Ginny found herself once again on Maternity leave in 2005 and latter gave birth to another son. This time he was named Albus Severus after the bravest men they knew, she was caught off guard with his middle name but Harry really wanted it, and she approved of the reason why and that was that.

Finally in 2007, a little over a year ago she gave birth to one last child. This time a beautiful baby girl. Ginny was noticeably exited and she always wanted a girl but girls where very rare in the Weasley line, she herself being the first in generations. The baby was named Lily Luna and while her other brother, Albus, had been born with dark hair and green eyes looking almost exactly like his father she was the spiting image of her mother, though her hair was a bit darker then the Weasley red, it has been determined its Harry's mothers genes showing through with their daughter.

Ginny was never one to break a promise. So she had done what she had promised her mother and went over to help her make a dinner for the oldest Weasley's anniversary. 'never again, never again.' she vowed as she apparated outside the wards of Godric's Hallow. the old house where her husband had been born was rebuilt after the war. it wasn't the same but it was nearly identical to the original house. Harry had thought it perfect for our family and i agreed. it was a bit away from our other family but it wasn't much of a problem.

"James get back here!" I heard Harry's voice yell and i raised a eyebrow as i walked in the front gate only to see James running around the front yard with flour all over him. He looked a lot like Harry, both our sons did, though James hair wasn't near as dark and in light shined with red highlights that anyone would think his hair was dark dark red instead of it simply being highlights to his dark hair. His eyes were brown like my own and seemed to have a hazel tent to them at times, it was possible it was Harry's father features bleeding through even more.

"James, James, James!" Came a smaller voice, and Ginny looked to see Albus, four year old Albus to be running around in only his underwear also covered in flour. She gasped, She leaves for two hours and the house goes to the dogs. Looking around Ginny wondered where Lily was, she had better be in her crib, it was her nap time.

"Harry James Potter!" Ginny yelled putting her hands on her hips. She was oddly struck by the thought that she probably looked a lot like her mother in this position. As if by magic, excuse her pun, the three boys stopped what they were doing. Harry was posed in such a way he was in mid run/walk and was leaning down to scoop James up and Albus was in the process of taking his flour colored underwear off, his green eyes wide as his unruly black hair was covered in flour.

"Ginny?" Harry croaked out and She was sure she heard him mutter, 'Now were in for it.' under his breath but she let it slide. her brown eyes narrowed and she walked over to Albus.

"mama?" Albus said putting on a sheepish smile.

"What have  I told you about taking your cloths off?" Ginny muttered as she picked the four year old up. She sighed as Albus shrugged and she walked into the house but before going in she turned to James and Harry, Harry was still frozen in place and it was very funny considering she hadn't used magic on him to get him to stand just as he had been.

"Harry bring James inside and give him a bath." Ginny called and entered. as she entered the kitchen she wondered why she hadn't heard Harry or James enter yet but as she looked at the mess that was once her kitchen she gasped. letting Albus down she glared and gritted her teeth. Two cabinet doors were hanging off the hinges and flour was everywhere. Water was in the floor in places and it was just horrible.

"HARRY JAMES POTTER!" She yelled, so loud Albus covered his ears and upstairs she could hear Lily begin to wake up.

Sum up your character in one paragraph:   Ginny is a girl with lots of guts, and a back bone. She can be the most wonderful person in the world. Kind, generous, loving the best mother to any child not only her own, but she can also be nasty. Like most her family, she has a temper, and being a girl its noticeably different and meaner. They say redheads have fiery tempers and in her case its a true comment. She can make a troll seem kind in one of her foulest moods. Though it takes a bit of work to get her riled up, and most people love Ginny and wouldn't think of making the red head mad. She is in no matter perfect though she has done things she regrets, her second year possession by Voldemort for one and letting Harry, Hermione and Ron hunt for horcruxes with out her. Ginny is what could be described as the Mother Lioness, she's fine as long as you don't threaten her family.
