[Nov 22] Party Central (Open)

on April 23, 2010, 09:21:38 PM

Dahlia had done her best to arrange everything for the party without Ayla finding out. Although it wasn't a surprise party per se she wanted to go out of her way to make sure it would be fun for her big sister. She even managed to rope Erik into helping her out. They had only been at the school for two months and he had already figured out half of the secret passageways as well as the best way to get around school without teachers figuring out what he was doing so when he showed up with all the decorations Dahlia was too afraid to ask.

With a little help from some of the older students Dahlia and Erik decorated the Hufflepuff Common room. It wasn't anything as fancy as the Halloween dance or even Mysti's sleepover but it was just enough to let people know they were celebrating. There was a large banner over the back wall that said 'Happy Birthday Ayla' in large yellow and black print. There were streamers and balloons and Hufflepuff tapestries hanging everywhere. It looked like an odd amalgamation of a wizard and muggle party.

Since Erik was in charge of the decorations Dahlia had been in charge of the food and was happy to have delivered. With help from a few eager house elves there were bowls of crisps, pretzels and cheesies, plates of treacle tarts, brownies, pie slices and a large birthday cake as well as about two dozen bottles of Butterbeer and two large flagons of chilled Pumpkin juice.

Now the Collin twins waited around for the guests to arrive and for Ayla to come out of her dorm room. She had been instructed to stay inside until they told her to come out. Dahlia had sent invitations to the entire House as well as special ones to Blake and Eirene, since those were the only two outside of Hufflepuff that she knew Ayla was friends with.

When Maddie entered the Common Room, gift in hand, she was surprised to see she was the first of the party guests. Though she was generally punctual, she was rarely first to these sorts of things. The thought made her full lips curve into a smile and she proudly set her gift down on the empty table. Inside the brightly wrapped box was a couple gifts she had thought long and hard on. One was a handmade necklace (Not by her unfortunately, but handmade nonetheless) with the initial A on it and the other was a pretty journal made from recycled silk Sari's. Knowing Ayla's penchant for cute jewelry and journal writing, Maddie was sure she would cherish them.

"The place looks great..." Maddie smiled at the twins as she glanced around the room appreciatively. Damn good in fact, especially for a pair of kids. She had helped a little herself, mostly in procuring the more hard to get muggle decorations, and was surprised how deftly they had handled them. Walking over to the two of them, Maddie reached out and ruffled both of their hair roughly, just as Frank would have done to her, with a smile on her face. "Ayla's lucky to have you two as siblings."

((OOC Note: I combined Fauna and Eirene's entrances into one post))

“Wow, this does look nice,” Fauna commented, catching Maddie’s compliment to the youngsters as she entered the room from the dorms. She’d just finished wrapping Ayla’s birthday gift, which had arrived this morning, thank Merlin. Fauna set the gift down on the table and smiled at the first-years. Inside the box was a book of charmed recipes that Ayla could use to explore her cooking hobby, since the cupcakes and other treats at Mysti’s birthday had been such a hit.

Suddenly, there was a frantic knocking on the common room door, causing Fauna to frown before she went over to see who had forgotten the password again. She opened the door to find a Ravenclaw first-year, clutching a gift to her chest and glancing around as if she thought Snark would swoop down on her any second. The child rushed in, almost stepping on Fauna’s toes, and started chattering the minute the door shut.

“I have an invitation!” Eirene announced, waving the note around. “If we get caught, it says I’m supposed to be here. There’s a rule against sneaking into other common rooms, isn’t there? There must be,” she fretted, setting the small gift down and looking like she didn’t know what to do with herself.

“Hi Dahlia,” she finally remembered her manners, but not enough to acknowledge the devil-child Erik.

“This place looks so… quaint!” The girl exclaimed, clapping her hands together. “At my last birthday party there were pony rides, and a niffler game, a huge birthday cake, and an afternoon tea table, but I suppose we just have to make do with what we have,” she beamed, perching on one of the chairs.

Fauna chuckled and covered her mouth with her hand, glancing at Maddie and rolling her eyes.

Reynaud didn't know Ayla Collins all too well... But he had nothing other to do than attend the girl's birthday party. From what he had heard, however, she was quite the character. But that didn't really matter to Razzy. If he cared about being around such people, he wouldn't be fond of Ainsley or Bellatrix... Or even himself. Was he fond of himself? No. He wasn't, really. But that was just typical Razzy behavior right there.

He slowly trotted out of his dorm and was immediately greeted by the party. Was it only for Hufflepuffs? He silently hoped a few of his close acquaintances (Razzy's term for "friends") would slither their way in. Most of which weren't exactly in Hufflepuff. Holding a stuffed bear in hand (Girls liked those, right?), and reluctantly approaching the younger Collins, Razzy felt out of place. But he never really cared about that. He just didn't have anyone to talk to.

Being Razzy, he wasn't going to let this affect him. He set the bear down on a table and decided to test out his cartwheel abilities. After a few tries, he was finally able to do a perfect cartwheel and he chuckled, quietly, to himself. He never had enough room in his dorm to do a cartwheel, but he and his weirdo cousins were always getting him to do weirdo things. Ever since Bellatrix and Razzy got along better, he didn't seem to mind the wild-haired freaks. Though the Dark family was still tainting his family blood... Was that a large issue, though?

After a few more goes at his cartwheels, he finally laid down on the floor and curled up tightly to the couch. He was tired... Who's birthday was it again? Why was he even out of his dorm? The Chancelier boy attempted to nap instead of asking questions. He was too proud of himself and his cartwheels and wished to treat himself to a deliciously uncomfortable nap.

Dahlia was positively beaming when the older girls complimented her and their ability to get the common room ready for the party. Even though most of the older girls had helped in some way or another she was still thankful for their praise. She was even happy to see that most of them were being at least courteous to Erik. Even having only been in school for two months her twin brother had already secured himself the position of trouble maker and menace. Dahlia hadn't expected anything less from her darker half but it still amazed her at how quickly he had managed to do so.

Dahlia smiled at Eirene. She didn't know the girl all that well since she was in a different house but Dahlia admired the girl's devotion to her education even if she was already developing a reputation for being a brown nosing know it all that would just as soon as tell on you than say hello to you. Dahlia came to Eirene's side taking notice of how she purposely ignored her brother. She didn't need to look at Erik to know he was making some sort of face at the little Ravenclaw.

"Eirene it's okay, you're not going to get in trouble. Students from other houses are allowed in the common rooms as long as they have been sufficiently invited. No one's going to get you in trouble for coming to the party." She gave her her most charming smile, "Besides I know Ayla will be absolutely stoked you came." she glanced over at her brother, "Which reminds me, I should probably go get her."

Dahlia swiftly darted out of the common room and into the dormitories to let her older sister know it was safe for her to come out and enjoy her party now.

Ayla had been busying herself in her dormroom with her perfect birthday outfit. She was thankful that her brother and sister were taking care of everything for her and the only thing she had to worry about was getting herself ready. She had found a really cute blue and white striped dress during her last trip into Hogsmeade and had tried to find everything she could to match it. The baby blue colour was different from her usual supply of yellows and pinks but she felt it looked good.

When Dahlia came into the dorm room to tell her it was time for her to come to her party Ayla took one last look in her mirror, straightening her bow just a little bit since it was already off to the side of her head accenting her short pixie cut hair. As she entered the common room she was almost bowled over by Razzy doing cartwheels around the room. For the life of her she could never understand that boy. She had no idea what to think of him but was happy he was there all the same.

Her attention was then drawn to the rest of her party guests that had arrived so far. She gave each Maddie, Fauna and Eirene a hug. She was so happy that her friends had been able to make it out and even though her party was no where near as extravagant as Mysti's masquerade ball she was impressed all the same. She really owed it to Dahlia and Erik for putting it all together.

"Thanks so much for coming guys." She was absolutely beaming. She had good friends, amazing siblings and her heart was free to fall for whoever she wanted, she no longer had to worry about that low life jerk Xavier Tawse. She was free to focus on making Blake see she was worth being more than just a friend.

Ayla withdrew her wand from the high waistband of her puffed out skirt and swished it at the wireless that was sitting on the mantle. The room was suddenly filled with the latest and greatest of wrock music.

Outfit
Ayla's Gift

Blake arrived to Hufflepuff House not far behind his first year housemate, Eriene. He wasn't as quick to declare his right to be there like she was and would have preferred to have others not take much notice. He had dressed nicely--quite properly even--for Ayla's party, which was different from what he had chosen to wear at Bea's event. Knowing his fellow third year as he did, Ayla probably had high hopes for the party in being as fairy tale perfect as possible. And given how much he had messed up at the ball, he figured he would try and fit into that a little more.

Of course, it didn't mean he wasn't worried about feeling out of place. Upon looking around, he noticed that he might have over dressed just a bit. Everyone else seemed to be dressed more casually. He also noticed that with the exception of Razzy and another younger boy, the room seemed to be overrun by females. Not that he was adverse to them, but he immediately headed in Razzy's direction.

He was about to say hello when Dahlia and Ayla came into the room, making him do a double take. His eyes widened as he saw how much of a blue vision Ayla was! He stared for a moment before he finally found his voice and managed to say, "I didn't know you wanted to become a Ravenclaw for your birthday!" He held out a small box that contained her gift and added, "Here, this is for you."

IT'S GATECRASHING TIME!

It wasn't exactly like Beatrix to go around crashing parties. But... As she grew older and more pompous and... Well, for lack of a better term, bitchy, she actually thought it sounded a bit fun. Beatrix knew Ayla from the stories Bellatrix told her, but that wasn't exactly something she could work off of. But then she heard about how she was a lil' "match making genius" and Bea wanted to puke. Not only was she trying to compete with Bella for Tawse (At least, that was the way Bea saw it) she was a dumb third year who thought they were oh-so amazing. With... Relationships? A thirteen year old can't even tell the difference between a training bra and a bralette. Which, in Bea's mind, was important.

The (for once) nicely dressed Ravenclaw pulled her sister along with her to sneak into the Hufflepuff common room. Because, well, Beatrix broke rules since she was a deceiving lil' harlot, and didn't feel like asking for permission into the party. You don't ask permission into a party you wish to destroy. The disturbing hate she felt for Erin crashing her party was rising up and she was going to take it out on the poor Collins girl. Scratch the 'poor' part. Ayla needed a dose of reality. With a smirk, Beatrix placed her sister in hiding from the Hufflepuff entrance and her heels clacked, hard against the tile, while she put on her mojo.

By that, she began morphing into her (absolutely stunning) cousin, Eveline Chancelier. She was the first Hufflepuff that popped into mind that Bea wouldn't mind mocking. Plus, she knew Eveline well enough and how she would act. Mainly: Act cute and pretty. That was her, right...? Right? Beatrix went straight up to the entrance and stood for a second, acting befuddled and innocent until someone walked up.

They gave her a strange look, since Eveline didn't usually wear Bea's clothes. At least, Beatrix didn't think she did. "I forgot the password-- Slipped my mind!" Beatrix told the younger student, whom was a lady and didn't exactly fall for Bea's mock-cuteness. However, the girl gave her the password, walked in, and Beatrix sprang back for her sister, morphing back into her own, insane self (With hair that looked a lot like Bella's, though without the blue streaks... Instead she went with, surprise surprise, pink).

"C'mon, I got the password! Quick! Before I forget it!" Beatrix giggled and pulled her sister along, shouting the password over and over again and then hopping inside, laughing like a mad woman. Ayla was going to be in for a surprise. Whenever someone doesn't wish for intruders to come... Well, that just wasn't how life worked. Reality was the exact medicine the girl needed.

With a cutesy, elegant walk falling strangely into step, Beatrix was ready to be better than everyone in the room. Usually, Beatrix had drunken, swaggering steps... But when she felt pretty, she showed it. The place looked stupid as hell and as if it was decorated by a dumb first year. Beatrix bit her tongue... Those weren't the insults she wanted to express just yet.

However, one look at Ayla and Beatrix was enraged. Beatrix. Owned. That. Exact. Dress. Now she would have to burn it! GOSH DARN IT, SHE LIKED THAT DRESS! A small sneer formed on her face and she checked the room once more before deciding to finally start her mean, tormenting jabber. Beatrix would end her. Ayla Collins would hate herself by the end of the year...

That was harsh, but that was Beatrix.

"Ugh, Bells, is that her? She looks like a pig in a dress," Beatrix announced, rather loudly, before gracefully stepping towards her other cousin, Razzy (Who was oddly behind the couch), and giving him her usual kiss on his cheek and straightening up to face the rest of the crowd. The party would be destroyed. Just because the nasty Hufflepuff had to go and wear a dress Bea just so happened to own.

Ayla felt colour rise to her cheeks when Blake walked in. She was glad that they were talking again. It had been one of the best birthday presents she could have asked for. It was definitely much better than the frustrating, infuriating and ultimately confusing present Xavier had given her. She pushed the thought from her mind. Xavier was history Blake was the present.

She let out a giggle at his exclamation. Had she been imagining it or was he actually staring at her in awe? Perhaps being so dressed up wasn't such a bad thing. She loved the attention afterall and she deserved it, it was her birthday and she was surrounded by friends why shouldn't she be loving the way she looked? It definitely helped that Blake seemed to approve of the outfit.

Ayla took the box from her fellow third year with a smile. She debated opening it right there or putting it over onto the table where the other presents had been put. She turned the box over in her hand. Judging by the size of it she figured it was jewelry. Her heart soared at the thought. Blake had gotten her jewelry? This day couldn't get any better!

But it could definitely get worse.

Ayla looked around at her brother and sister when the Dark sisters walked in. Surely the Collins twins hadn't invited them. She had no real problem with Bea, the girl was a prefect and she had a great sense of style but beyond that she didn't really know her, a bunch of her friends liked her though and she had been fun at the sleepover but still this was supposed to be just for the Hufflepuffs and Ayla's close friends. Which definitely didn't include Bellatrix Dark. The girl was just horrible. She hated everyone, was just plain mean to anyone that crossed her path, and had a nasty habit of jinxing first years not to mention she was supposedly getting nice and cosy with Tawse.

Ayla was ready to let it slide until Beatrix, which was surprising to say the least, made her more than nasty comment. Ayla swallowed a lump in her throat. She wasn't sure whether she wanted to scream at the stupid girl or just start crying. She looked around at her fellow hufflepuffs to see if anyone else knew what to do about the intrusion.

Eirene tried to ignore Erik sticking his tongue out at her – he was so immature – and focused instead on Dahlia, who said she knew that Ayla would be glad she came. Her reassurances made her feel better. She’d been half-worried that the Hufflepuffs would turn her away at the door, or that Erik would play some kind of prank on her, which was one of the reasons she’d waved around her invitation like a white flag. It wasn’t just that she was worried about the rules. Eirene rarely got invited to birthday parties unless her parents spoke to the child’s parents about it.

But she was at Hogwarts now! And Ayla liked her. Eirene beamed when Ayla arrived, returning her hug, and only looking mildly offended when the birthday girl hugged everyone else too.

She opened her mouth, surprised and annoyed when Blake Knight offered Ayla a gift. Didn’t he know he was supposed to put the gift on the table like everybody else? That wasn’t fair! Frowning, Eirene quickly grabbed the gift she’d brought and walked over to Ayla, about to shove it under her nose when the Dark sisters walked in.

Eirene immediately scooted closer to the nearest older male, which happened to be Blake, and conveniently forgot about his earlier ‘faux pas’. Bellatrix was terrifying! She might still hold a grudge because of that one time Eirene threatened to tell on her for cornering Sasha!

“Were they invited? I don’t think they got invitations!” She whispered loudly to Blake after letting out a gasp about Bea's pig comment. What was she supposed to do? Effie normally just wanted her to keep her mouth shut, but was that what Ayla wanted? She looked upset and Eirene couldn’t help but feel horrible for her.

Even though Blake realized he was forgoing the protocol of giving his friend her gift early. It just didn't occur to him to put it on the table with all the others. He wanted her to have it. He watched as she turned it over in her hands and could barely hide a smile as he saw her reaction to it.

He had done good. He was well on his way to overshadowing his performance from the Halloween Ball. But surely he could always do better.

And an opportunity to do so presented itself when Bea and her sister arrived to Ayla's party. Blake considered Bea to be one of his friends, not to mention one of his housemates. But recently, she seemed to be acting differently than he was familar with. Perhaps it was the association with her sister which was causing the change in her personality. Blake could speak first hand about how familial connections could strongly impact one's life.

The young Ravenclaw was surrounded by family members suited for the Slytherin House and he constantly had to battle the stereotypes that he was just like they were. At times, Blake felt like it was an uphill battle and the easier thing would be to give in to that temptation.

But he didn't. And he hoped that Bea wouldn't.

Seeing Ayla's crushed expression, Blake sprung into action and headed towards his older housemate. "Bea, what are you doing?" he asked in a hushed voice. He flashed her his best stern expression, even if it would do nothing. He hoped his friendship with her held some weight. "Please stop being rude..."

Ayla had flopped down into the nearest chair. Her party had only just started and it was going to be completely ruined. She didn't know if she could handle it. This month had just been absolutely horrible. First she discovers that Maddie got smacked all because of her, then she had to walk out on Mysti's birthday party because Trent was being such a dick, then the whole fiasco with Xavier practically confessing he loved her but admitting they were too different to be anything and now, now this. She wasn't sure if she could fight off the tears much longer.

A weak but appreciative smile crossed her lips when Eirene stood up for her in the only way the young Ravenclaw knew how - by pointing out the fact that the Dark sisters were breaking the rules. She felt flattered and reminded herself she'd have to tell Eirene how much she loved her later. However she didn't think that Eirene trying to get them in trouble was going to be enough to keep the horrible twins at bay.

Then there was Blake.

For all intents and purposes the rest of the world had fallen away as Blake, acting like the knight in shining armour that he had been dressed as during the Halloween Dance, marched up to Bea and started to chew into her for being such a rude little tart. Ayla felt her heart ready to burst and had even gotten to her feet ready to just race across the common room and give Blake a big giant kiss. Of course she had only gotten as far as standing up, her conscience catching up with her. As grateful as she was to Blake for coming to her rescue she didn't want to ruin everything by kissing him especially not in front of likes of Bea and Bella.

[Strutting Into the Abyss -- Uninvited]

Why had she agreed to come along? This was ridiculous! After so many November birthdays, Bellatrix was beginning to wonder if she could stand another party. Of course, this was different. Neither her nor her sister had actually been invited to Ayla Collin's party. It was a good thing she hadn't promised Xavier she wouldn't hurt the little snot. Bellatrix had very little intention of actually harming the girl; that is to say, she wouldn't dare jinx her in front of all of her friends no matter how delightful it would be to make the child cry at her own birthday party. Nevertheless, she went with her sister just to make an appearance: Bea could be the nasty one. Bella was there for "moral support".

'What a tacky common room,' she thought to herself as she entered on the arm of her sister. 'It needs some serious redecorating.'

Her blue eyes swiveled around to lay on Ayla surrounded by her many invited guests. Bellatrix gasped around the same moment as her sister: that brat was wearing Beatrix's dress! Correction: she was wearing her dress that was exactly like Bea's and it looked horrendous on the girl!

"Ugh, Bells, is that her? She looks like a pig in a dress!"

Razzy was the first person to be approached by her sister. A strange grin of twisted humor appeared on Bella's face at her sister's comment. She had been nasty enough for the past couple of years. It was Bea's turn to have fun playing the mean twin. Once Beatrix gave Razzy a kiss on the cheek, Bellatrix stepped forth to also greet her cousin and nod to him.

"You're looking morbid as usual, Razzy," she complimented.

How she adored her cousin Razzy. Showing it was harder for the darker Dark twin, but she would hug him later when they weren't in the middle of so much trouble. For now, their focus was on crashing Ayla's party.

That same first year brat that had stood up for Sasha two days before his disappearance stepped forward again and opened her mouth.

"Were they invited? I don’t think they got invitations!"

Bellatrix cackled in a shrill, high-pitched laugh. Though no one except her sister knew it, this laugh was just for show, but it was certainly real enough. As she leaned over towards the first year, her eyes twinkled mischievously: she was practically threatening the little girl without saying a word.

"How cute, Bea! Look! A snot-nosed first year with a mouth! You know, ickle firstie, I can always sew it shut with a jinx." She winked evilly. "Or I can transfigure you into a mouthing book. I think that would suit you much better."

A third year stepped forward to try and defend Ayla who had sunk herself into a chair. Bellatrix glanced around at the other guests. A couple of extra first years, the Pratt girl who had been back-handed by Tawse, and Blake. Fauna Blake, right? The Slytherin stared at the boy who was talking to her sister. Wasn't that Callum's little brother? He wasn't as rude as Callum and from what she could recall, he was popular with the girls. Ew. Most of the third years probably had a crush on him. A sneer crossed her face and she instead turned to Ayla to approach her directly. Most of the damage could be done by her twin, but Bellatrix wanted to make sure this girl was put out of the competition for good. Looming over her in the dress that seemed to mourn and mock the girl's birthday party, the Slytherin fifth year stared at her most sincerely.

"You know, I really have to thank you. If it wasn't for your awful effects on Tawse, I don't think I'd be as sweet as I am now. He's really improved my mood here lately now that he and I have come to an agreement. Unlike you, though, I'll be a lot more useful to him in the long run. My daddy may not be tied up with important people like yours is, but at least Tawse can tell me secrets and not worry about my friends threatening him. We were made for each other and it's all thanks to you, sweetheart."

She patted Ayla's head, turned, and walked over to stand by Razzy. Since he was the only she associated with in the Hufflepuff house, Bellatrix felt it appropriate to be in his company more than anyone else. It was extremely difficult for her to giggle and grin at the low blow she had dealt the birthday girl.

"Razzy, escort me to the refreshments table..." She choked on the last word, "Please."

And in the blink of an eye, Bellatrix had looped her arm through her cousins and jerked him towards the party food. If she was going to crash a party, she was going to do it properly: nothing insulted someone else like getting to the birthday cake before the birthday girl had blown out her candles.

Ayla had sunk back down into her chair not wanting anyone to misinterpret her sudden spring to her feet. The last thing she really needed was for the Dark twins to know she was starting to fall rather hard for her best friend. She kept her face a controlled mask as Bellatrix approached her doing everything she could to keep the tears that were brimming her eyes from falling. She kept her eyes locked on the older girl's not wanting to show any sort of weakness. At least the girl was willing to tell her why she felt it necessary to crash her birthday party.

A flush of heat rushed through her body as Bellatrix' words sunk in. She watched the Slytherin girl walk away still dumbstruck by what she had said. The mood in the room had been tense and sombre ever since the twins had walked in. Ayla suddenly snapped out of her trance and looked up to Bella and Razzy as they made their way to the refreshment table Dahlia had painstakingly arranged. Without much thought Ayla opened her mouth and a shrill almost hysterical laughter filled the room. It wasn't long before the tiny Canadian was doubled over holding her stomach as the bellows of laughter were causing her to become breathless.

Ayla couldn't help herself. Here was the most feared girl in Hogwarts, the psycho that everyone preferred to avoid, crashing her birthday party and it had all been because of Xavier?! SERIOUSLY?! She was destroying the only good thing in Ayla's life in the last month all because the Darkest of the dark sisters had a thing for Tawse?!

It took her a long moment to be able to stop laughing long enough to talk, during which she was sure everyone gathered in the room was watching her. With several deep breaths she calmed herself and looked back at the Slytherin. She stood up, every pretense of tears washed away and a smirk on her lips, her usual confidence that often annoyed those that didn't know her was obviously present, "Okay so all of this-," she gestured to her and Bea being in the common room, "is all because of Xavier?"

So looked around at her friends waiting for someone to admit this whole thing was just one big joke, "Seriously? Tawse? You're here to crash my party all because you've got a thing for Xavier?" She shook her head, "Well all the power to ya. Enjoy. Seriously, have him. Like I would ever give a shit about Xavier anyway. He was the one that came onto me. You're right, you guys are perfect each other. So yeah enjoy him and while you're at it, enjoy the party." She gave the older girls a confident almost cheeky smile to show both of them that now there was nothing either of them could do or say that would ruin this day for her. Bellatrix Dark was human and had a thing for a boy, she was jealous of Ayla, that's all that this was. Pathetic.

To add to the horror, Beatrix's smile remained on her face as her sister spoke up. However, as Bellatrix spoke it all kind of sounded a bit silly. Maybe it was because Beatrix didn't have strong feelings for the Tawse boy. But Beatrix wasn't about to disagree with what Bella was doing, she was her sister and she knew she had to stick to her side. No matter what. Even if she had stabbed her in the back, Bea knew not to do that again. Plus, Bea was feeling quite evil lately. Why not liven her life up a bit?

However, when Bella teased Eirene, her smile twitched a bit. "Lets leave Miss Antonopoulos out of this, okay?" Beatrix told her sister, trying not to disturb her pompous vibe, "She's just a little girl," Beatrix's voice cracked into sympathy as she glanced down at the first year. Eirene had nothing to do with Ayla. She might have been a goody-two-shoes, but she didn't deserve the wrath of Bellatrix Dark. But Bella continued to give a little rant to Ayla and her smile smoothed back out... Until...

"Bea, what are you doing? Please stop being rude..."

Bea's eyes immediately flashed over towards Blake Knight, her smile quickly wiping off her face. Blake was a good friend of Bea's, and she wouldn't ever want to make him upset. But as he stared up at her, baby face trying to be grown up, Beatrix nearly cracked. She couldn't believe what she was doing... Ayla Collins was simply a stupid third year girl, probably experiencing that time of the month for the first time, probably acting like she was madly in love with guys when really she just had a crush. "I'm sorry, Blake..." Beatrix started, placing a hand on his shoulder. Her voice was genuinely heart broken. And as she turned to apologize to Ayla, also, and to say she was going to leave... The Collins girl started laughing. At Bella.

Bea's grip on Blake's shoulder tightened her she glared at Ayla. How dare her! The little snot had no idea what Bellatrix was going through and how much she deserved all their wrath! Beatrix pushed Blake away and approached Ayla, her hair turning fiery red. If Ayla believed that Bellatrix Dark could cause more damage than the sweet, innocent Dark girl, she was wrong.

"You're the most stupid little thing I've ever met," Beatrix barked at her, "You think this is funny? You think we're joking? Sure, I don't exactly agree with Bella for attacking you over a boy, but really?" Bea's tone became less and less merciful and more cold and dry. In some ways it reminded her of her father... Whether that was a good thing or not.

"From what I've heard, Miss Collins, you're the school slut," Beatrix let out, coolly. She no longer cared about the people around her. She wanted Ayla Collins to suffer. "Do you even listen to yourself? You're pathetic. Are you trying to be cool? You sound like a moron. 'Oh, yes, I made out with Xavier Tawse and then acted like pissy little brat and pretended it was all his fault. Watch me move onto millions of other guys who only like me because I'm easy,'" Beatrix began to smile again, her words becoming more and more excited.

Bea had a crazy look in her eyes... Then again, when didn't she? Her fiery hair went back to normal as she composed herself... Sort of. More so, she was feeling quite insane.

"I will enjoy this party," Beatrix giggled, joining Bellatrix and Razzy at the refreshments. She glanced down at the cake and continued to smile, "Let me show you how much I enjoy it!" Beatrix then stuck her hands straight into Ayla's birthday cake and took a large chunk of it out. Which was quite unsanitary, and Bea didn't give a crap about looking hotter than Ayla anymore (Because she totally already was). Without further hesitation, Beatrix approached Ayla and rubbed the cake all down the younger girl's dress. BEA'S dress. "There... Isn't this great? I'm having so much fun! Totes!"
