Lexus smiled widely although she doubted Jonas would be able to see since her head was pretty much in the filing cabinet now. She was still rifling through it to make sure everything was in the right spot, so far she had only had to rearrange one file that had only been put out of order by date, at least it had ended up in the right area. She gave a little bit more noticeable nod since she figured that'd be easier to see than her smile. She felt good knowing that Jonas had been there before and wasn't protesting about going back. Then again as a private investigator it probably did him good to know people that weren't exactly on the right side of the law, although that was probably a more romantic view of the PI world than what reality had to offer her.
She suddenly found herself lost in her thoughts. The image of Cináed Tawse came back to her and she was suddenly glad Jonas couldn't see her face because she could feel her cheeks flush with a blush. Her animal side, the side she had been heavily suppressing for most of the month for the past four years, had found some sort of connection to the hardened bartender. The Scottish Ex Con was oddly attractive and for some reason she had been drawn to him. She was glad to have a valid excuse to go back to the bar that didn't have to do with picking up what would become her monthly supply of Wolfsbane from Dazmond Weidman.
"Sunday it is."
Lexus spent most of the rest of her work day fussing about filing new reports and making idle chit chat with Jonas. She had spent some time examining the dagger he had finally been able to procure and had even enjoyed a traditional English Fish and Chips meal for her lunch. At the end of the day she bid Jonas good night with a wide smile still playing up her excitement for seeing her old school friend again and head back to her flat to sent out the letter he had given her. Thankfully her new pet was more than willing to get a good nighttime flight in.
