Physical Description: Even as he verges on his fifth decade, Terry Katsaros has maintained a lean runner's build.  His Mediterranean coloring gives him a slightly exotic appearance, emphasized by the lingering hint of a Greek accent that remains even after years living overseas.  In recent years, Terry's dark brown hair has begun to show his age, becoming flecked with gray.  He has a perpetually grizzled, unshaven countenance and sharp, even features that would lend a handsome tilt to his appearance if it weren't for the flat look usually present in his dark eyes.

Personality Description:  Grim and professional, Terry is an extremely capable wet works man.  Though flashes of a sharp temper sometimes show through, he is cool and controlled while on the job, alert to his surroundings and quick to react to perceived threats.  Terry sometimes verges on over-confidence, assuming that he will be quick enough to overcome any foe, and he finds nothing funnier than when he is in a position of power over someone else.  With a dark sense of humor, he relishes his role as an antagonist and often finds it difficult to resist the temptation to gloat or rub defeat in an opponent's face.

History: Tiresias Katsaros was born nearly fifteen years after the end of World War Two to a Sephardic wizarding family in Northern Greece.  Growing up, Terry was a restless, impatient child who grew tired of hearing stories about how things had been.  He had always felt disconnected from his family, and when his parents chose to send him to Beit Gaddol instead of to Durmstrang where many of his friends were going, he lost all desire to ever please them.

Terry's time at Beit Gaddol was unremarkable, save for the prowess he showed in dueling and a developing interest in darker magics.  He shunned the traditional vocational training and left school after completing his first seven years.  After returning home, Terry drifted aimlessly for a bit until he fell in with a group of thieves intent on raiding an ancient wizard's tomb under the nose of Greece's magical government.  The adrenaline rush from the clandestine operation thrilled him and the money he made kept him afloat for two months. 

Since then, he moved from job to job, always staying on the shadowy side of legality.  His travels have taken him to Africa and the Middle East, throughout Europe and Britain.  For the past year, Terry has fallen into the employ of a British wizard who adopted the name Kronos Malvivicus, which has allowed him plenty of opportunities to practice his favorite sort of work.
