Wand: Xavier's wand was bought at Ollivander's when he was eleven, the old man seemed weary of the wand that had chosen him, it was a ten inch smooth shafted cocobolo with a dragon heartstring. There was implication in that wand that Xavier was bound to know his way around a curse and hex or two.
Physical Description:
Xavier is a tall and slender young man with well defined facial structure and muscles. It's obvious even when he was in his school uniform that he takes pride in the shape and tone of his body and never misses an opportunity to be without a shirt. His dark rustled hair never seems to be well groomed but still suits him. His cool grey blue eyes are haunting and have a way of borrowing into your soul, pulling you deeper and deeper into them.
With his chiseled looks and defined muscles Xavier is bound to stand out in a crowd. As an adult Xavier is 5'10 and 190 lbs, his early blossoming led him to be perceived as being much older than he actually is. Those that past by him in the streets have mistaken him for as old as twenty one although in a classroom of his peers Xavier seemed to find a way to fit in and look like the rest.
Xavier has a tattoo across his shoulder blades, calligraphy text reading Aut vincere aut mori - Either conquer or die. He got the tattoo against his mother's and uncle's wishes wanting to taste a bit of muggle magic.
On the outside Xavier may look like the ideal young man that's bound to be a heartbreaker but what kind of teenager would he be if he there wasn't something he didn't like about himself. Although he would never admit Xavier has been unable to grow any facial hair. He sees this as a mark against his manhood, after all what kind of man can't grow a beard. With is usually unkempt hair and thicker brows he feels a beard would be the cherry on top of a perfect package. It may seem trivial but to Xavier it's been very hard. He feels as if he won't be a true man until he can grow a beard. In his final year of Hogwarts Xavier was finally able to achieve this goal though admittedly it has become less important to him.
Xavier has acquired several scars over the years. His knuckles are a spiderweb of destroyed tissues. During his Hogwarts Years he was well known for punching anything (including brick walls) whenever he was upset. A particularly bad spiral left him refusing help from the School Healer and he was left with bad scars across his hands. His right arm is also badly scarred due to a run in with a werewolf. While Xavier managed to escape without contracting the Lycanthropy curse the deep claw marks up his arm as a constant reminder of the worst night of his life.

First Impression: Xavier often gives off the first impression of strength and danger. Due to his size and overt self confidence people perceive him as being strong both physically and mentally. It has often been said that Xavier has a sense of danger to him but you can't help but trust him. Xavier is well practiced in making good first impressions and is almost sickeningly charming. There are few that do not like what they see when they first meet him, Xavier has been able to win over even the hardest of customers.
Any odd/outstanding features?: Although it is not seen as often as he would like Xavier's most outstanding feature is the tattoo that spreads across the top of his shoulder blades.
Personality Description:
Xavier is one of the most charming confident and charismatic young men you'll ever meet. He can be kind and polite with perfected manners. He does what he can to make the perfect first impression using his looks and charms to win people over rather than ruling over them with fear. Xavier believes that some of the best and most terrifying leaders throughout history had won their people over by charm rather than fear. People function better when they believe in you rather than fearing you. Xavier is determined to make everyone like him and is very persuasive, he doesn't like not getting his way and Xavier always gets his way at any cost.
Although he may not look it Xavier was actually a model student. In his later years at school he wasn't able to get straight O's but he worked hard and got good grades in all his subjects. Xavier doesn't brag about his intelligence. He had found that in some cases it's easier to let people believe you're just a snobby pretty boy, it's makes it easier to stab them in the back later on, when they're not expecting it. Xavier had requested that his teachers not call attention to his grades, he didn't feel he needed to be rewarded for a job well done especially not in front of his peers.
There is a side to Xavier that hardly anyone sees, a vindictive evil side filled with hate and boiling anger. Xavier has never forgiven his father for having left his mother and him all on their own. He has sworn revenge on the man that abandoned him and had been trying to establish contacts within the wizarding world to try and track down his father, at least the best that he could as a teenager. It's this side of him that his uncle and former 'mentor' Cináed had come to nurture. Xavier was raised with blood superiority ingrained in him and if his dark side was nurtured as much as his ability to woo people over he would have become a formidable ally in the future.
Xavier's anger is his one true weakness. He does his best to suppress it and bottle it up until he completely explodes. Xavier has been rather successful in keeping his anger from most of those around him, only those such as Callum Knight and Cináed had ever seen him explode. Xavier still has yet to find a proper outlet for his anger and so when he explodes he's thrown into an incredible fit of rage where he yells, screams, curses, throws whatever he can get his hands on and punches anything in his way. It is the complete opposite of his normally cool calm and collected image, not unlike a toddler throwing a tantrum. Xavier is embarrassed by his outbursts and is glad that not only has he been able to keep them from most people that he knows but also that they usually only last about twenty minutes every few months or so.
His Senior years of Hogwarts have shaped him more than he ever anticipated. So many changes in his life have made him into the young man he is today. He no longer cares for the arrogance or idiocy of Pureblood Superiority and has distanced himself from those that still believe in it. While he's still uneasy about Werewolves he's tried to better himself in trying to understand them.
Xavier also carries a lot of guilt with him now that he is responsible for having taken a life. His love life has also changed him, he's grown into someone he believes is worthy of live even if he knows he has a long way to go. He views relationships now as a personal wants and needs over a means of manipulation and control. Over all he's striving to become a better person and move past the angry purist teen he once was.

History:
Athalia Tawse, the eldest daughter of Fionn and Anna Tawse, met her future husband while she was attending Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In her second year Athalia caught the eye of a Fifth year named Henry. The two had a flirtatious relationship but didn't officially start dating given their age difference. It wasn't until the end of her fourth year that the pair made it 'official' much to her mother's delight. Henry was from a true Pureblood family, a man her father would have liked. However that summer, Athalia and Henry got a little too close and shortly into her fifth year at Hogwarts AThalia discovered she was pregnant. She didn't tell Henry until she saw him again during the Winter holidays. There was a great family meeting with Athalia's mother meeting with Henry's father. They decided to keep the child and expedite a wedding. The pair were married during Athalia's Spring Holidays but it wasn't widely announced given her age. She was removed from school shortly after, it was said she had contracted Spattergroit. She gave birth to her son whom she left in the care of her Mother and Aunt while she returned to Hogwarts to finish her final two years.
Xavier was born in London England and was raised within one of Henry's family's many vacationing homes. When Henry got married his family had given him the London home to make his own. Athalia had moved in at once and had no problem making up the nursery. Athalia raised Xavier by herself for the most part while Henry worked at his father's London Menagerie. The Wentworths were a well known English Pureblood family, their Menagerie Company included Ranches, Breeders and shops all over the globe. Henry had been instrumental in helping his father secure the contracts necessary to have the company go international, just before Xavier was born.
Xavier grew up like any other pureblood son. He was well taken care of and had his every need met. He was surrounded by a large extended family with several cousins around the same age as him. When he was old enough he was tutored by his great Aunt Sophia on how the wizarding world worked, of course Sophia had given him a very purist view on all things and regarded the fall of Lord Voldermort as one of the greatest losses of her time. By the time he was four Xavier was able to name every member on both sides of his pureblood family, what they did for a living and which ones were Death Eaters.
Xavier was five years old when the Battle for Hogwarts happened. He knew his mother was devastated at the news of her younger brother being arrested and most of the family seemed to have a sense of mourning about them at the news that Lord Voldermort had finally been killed. Xavier was sad that he wouldn't be able to see his Uncle Cináed anymore even if he had only seen him a few times over the summer holidays. In the end though the epic Battle seemed to not have much of an impact on the child as at the time he was too young to truly understand what had happened.
Life had carried on as usual until one day when Xavier was seven years old. His father had failed to return home from his usual work day at the menagerie. At first Athalia thought he may have needed to stay late. As the night wore on she began to think he had gotten into an accident with one of the more dangerous creatures the shop carried but an owl to St Mungo's had confirmed that he had never contacted them. By the next morning when he still hadn't arrived home Athalia took Xavier into the shop to see what had happened. The shop was deserted, the till had been left open and surprisingly had not been cleaned out. It looked as though Henry had simply walked away. With no explanation to her husband's disappearance, even the ministry's department of mysterious disappearances couldn't explain what happened, Athalia was being torn apart by grief. Six months after Henry disappeared she gave into her mother's requests and moved Xavier back to the Tawse family home in Montrose Scotland.
Xavier was then raised by his grandmother Anna and given the Tawse family perspective on everything his Aunt Sophia had taught him. He bottled up his grief and anger at his father, adopted a Scottish accent and learned how to charm people just by using words. He cut all ties with his father's family, despite the insistent attempts by his Grandfather to reach out to him. However he did continue to Owl his cousin Cadance, the one cousin he was the closest to. When the time came Xavier left the Montrose home to attend Hogwarts and was sorted into the Slytherin house. Although he was reunited with many of his cousins, with more coming to school each year, Xavier continued to be distant save for Cadance. Using everything his Grandmother and Aunt had taught him, Xavier easily began to excel in the majority of his subjects and gained a large grouping of friends. He soon became the kind of person guys wanted to be and girls wanted to be with. All except one. From the very first time he rode on the Hogwarts Express Xavier had begun a rivalry with another student who had his father's family name. He knew he wasn't any relative he had ever heard of and had chosen to take his anger over his father out on the other boy.
After his second year at Hogwarts Xavier received a letter from his mother explaining that she had arranged for him to spend the summer with his Uncle Cináed at his new bar in Knockturn Alley. Xavier was thrilled about the chance to get to see his uncle again. He spent the summer bussing tables and occasionally serving customers. Cináed easily took the young man under his wing seeing the potential he had. He occasionally let Xavier attend and take part in his less than legal activities - once a criminal, always a criminal. Xavier grew significantly that summer and when he returned to Hogwarts he seemed to be even more confident and charming than he was before.
It soon became his usual thing to spend his summers with his uncle, helping out at the bar and learning more about his Uncle's views on wizarding superiority. During his second summer puberty seemed to have hit him like a ton of bricks and he developed a work out routine to keep his body strong. He didn't always see eye to eye with his uncle although he would never outright defy him, at least not to his face. Xavier's only real rebellious streak (up to that point) had been the following summer with his uncle when he got a muggle tattoo. It hadn't been that hard to do with the fact that Cináed had spent most of that summer under house arrest for a parole violation and Xavier was being taken care of by those that were staying with with at the Knockturn Pub.
Xavier's fifth year would be the year his life drastically changed. Near the beginning of the year Xavier had fallen in love for the first time. The romance however was doomed from the start. His friends disapproved, her friends disapproved and many thought she was too young for him. The pair only dated for two months but the break up had been messy. The girl spent the rest of the year being teased by Xavier's friends while he spent his time trying to get over her. This resulted in him dating several other girls that year, none of which ended well. However it was over the Christmas Holidays things really fell apart. Xavier discovered that his father, previously presumed dead, was alive and well. The reason he had left was because he had a secret family, one he cared for more than Xavier and his mother. The worst part of the encounter was discovering that his long time rival - the other Wentworth - was actually his brother.
The revelation sent the teenager into a spiral of anger and depression, he began to hurt himself and refused to allow the School Healer to help him. He started skipping classes and eventually walked out of History of Magic, never to return. His condition came to a head when his best friend confronted him and the two got into a physical fight. Xavier lost badly, weak, battered and bruised he ran away from school. He spent the next two weeks living out of his Uncle's bar in Knockturn, keeping his presence unknown to many of the patrons. He was finally tracked down by his Grandfather, whom he hadn't seen since he was Seven. The older man told him that he was to be his heir, a large fortune awaiting him, but he had to return to school. Feeling that the teen would only spiral again the accomplished Obliviator wiped his memories, removing everything pertaining to his father and his brother. When he returned to school he seemed like his old self again, though was painfully aware of the memory gaps (not to mention the scars covering his hands).
Things seemed to be looking up for the Slytherin. He was taking well to his new found wealth, spending his Holidays at his Grandfather's Mansion and started dating a girl that was actually good for him. However once again his romance was short lived. During the summer before his sixth year Xavier took his girlfriend out for a romantic picnic that ended in a vicious Werewolf attack. Thankfully neither contracted the Werewolf curse but Xavier didn't walk away unscathed. His right arm was heavily damaged and he was forced to kill the beast in the end. When he returned to school Xavier started seeing the school Councillor who not only helped him cope with having murdered someone and the nightmares it brought about but with the anger and resentment he felt towards his father.
Later that year disaster struck. Xavier's Uncle, who had never really left the criminal life behind after returning from Azkaban had a showdown with the Aurors. The confrontation ended in the Tawse family home being destroyed, his Uncle becoming the Ministry's Undesriable No.1 and his mother and Grandmother disappearing (though it's suspected they were killed when their home was destroyed). With one explosion Xavier, effectively became an orphan. He began to lean more on the family he had once abandoned himself and reconciled the relationship with his many cousins. The Tawse family was dead to him now, all he had left was the sprawling family tree of the Wentworths.
With the Tawse out of his life and his future fast approaching Xavier appeared to be the man he had always wanted to be as he focused on his school work in his final year at Hogwarts. He cultivated more and more friendships, became close with nearly all of his fifteen plus cousins within Hogwarts and once again started to date. The year past without much incident and Xavier had returned to the charming and suave teenager he had once been, only this time he had no ulterior motives. He rejected most of the pureblood ideals that had been drilled into his brain growing up and started to form his own views on life and those around, helped greatly by his girlfriend. Nearing the end of his final year one last tragedy befell him. The Patriarch of the Wentworth Clan died in a freak accident. With his death Xavier was named his sole heir and inherited his vast fortune, his multi-billion galleon company and all the family homes. A media circus followed when his long lost father resurfaced and the world learned not only that he was alive but that he had two children with his non magical mistress.
With a fortune at his disposal Xavier is simply trying to figure out how to move on with his life and become the man he truly wants to be.
How Do You Fit Into Your House?: Xavier fits in well with the other Slytherins. His charming nature has won over those that weren't intially inclined to like him. He may not be friends with everyone in his house but he was pretty much liked by everyone. What's not to like about a handsome charming pure blood Slytherin?
Writing Sample: Xavier was in his dormitory the wall lanterns lit and casting a golden glow around the otherwise green room. It was late in the evening by for the time being the room was empty. The others he roomed with could be heard in the common room just outside the boys' dormitories. Xavier had blocked out all noises as he concentrated on counting.

Sweat glistened across his bare chest and back as he kept up with his knightly routine of strength training. He had been able to keep his muscle well toned by doing a regular routine of sit ups push ups and lunges. Xavier was probably the most fit and muscular fifth year currently at Hogwarts. He wasn't the most athletic boy in school since most athleticism at Hogswart was contained within the Qudditch pitch. Xavier was a good flyer but he hadn't tried out for the team, he had other things to keep him busy.

He thought about his studies, what took most of his time at school. He had managed to devise a system that allowed him to study, do homework, socialize and still workout each night. It was all a matter of balance. His thoughts then turned to his Uncle. He was eager for the Christmas holidays. He wanted to see his mother and grandmother like he usually did during the holidays but he was most excited to see his uncle. Cináed was the closest thing he had to a father and a mentor. He fed off of him and strived to be like him although Xavier wouldn't be stupid enough to get caught. There was no sitting in a cell in Azkaban in Xavier's future, no sir. He'd figure out a way to keep himself under the radar and out of the Ministry's prying eyes.

He only had two more years at Hogwarts after this. He would make the best of it if he could. He'd continue to get stellar grades, perfect as many spells as possible and make as many friends as possible. If Xavier was to success his life's ambition he'd need to stick his fingers into as many pies as possible. He had for everything and he always stuck to it. Xavier Tawse was a man that got what he wanted no matter what it took to get it.

Aut vincere aut mori - Either conquer or die.
Sum up your character in one paragraph: Xavier is the kind of guy that every single instinct you have tells you he's trouble and he's dangerous but you can't help but love him. He's so charming and smart and confident it's hard not to. You know there's something dark and evil about him but no ones ever caught him doing something bad. You can't quite understand why your head is screaming for you to run and your feet won't move. Xavier keeps you in his grasp and never lets you go.
