[Oct 20] Belisario to Leave Ministry on February 20, 2010, 12:20:58 PM Monday, October 20, 2008Belisario to Leave Ministryby Niobe ThursbyLONDON - Level Two announced this morning that former Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcment and veteran Auror Alexander Belisario will be leaving the Ministry of Magic effective immediately.Belisario immediately preceded the late Gawain Robards as head of the department. In recently disclosed information we have found out that the reason Robards replaced Belisario was because Belisario was needed in clandestine negotiations abroad.The Ministry of Magic will not comment on Belisario's plans in the private arena, but assure the Daily Prophet that Belisario's service in Level Two and abroad has been completely honorable and there are no punitive motivations for his resignation.The post of Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement remains vacant while Level Two vets possible candidates.
