Explosion Knocks Knockturn

LONDON - The explosion that disturbed the peace of the early morning of October 14 has been attributed to a potions accident.
Aurors arrived in Knockturn Ally near The Black Chimaera around 4 am. One witch (name withheld for safety) was treated for her injuries and kept breifly for questioning.
At this time, no arrests have been made, although Aurors involved say they are tracking down suspects. Ministry officials have not yet released a statement regarding the cause of the explosion. However the nature of the explosion and the visible damage resembles the destruction usually associated with the magical detonation of cured Runespoor venom.
Runespoor venom in its natural form is not magically volitile. But in order to be used for most potions, it must be cured and concentrated. This process makes it highly reactive with any kind of magic. Cured runespoor venom is a Class Epsilon Untradeable/Non-Transportable substance. Possession alone may mean Azkaban.
But, like we have stated - no official word from the Ministry at this time, and no arrests have yet been made.
