Relationship: Open to several possibilities
Reason: Well they would have definitely known each other from Level 9. If they are on good terms, They could have been colleagues and herphaps he was the one who helped her with Potions since that is her weak point... if they are on bad terms, perhaps he was upset by her rapid climb up the leadership since she didn't have as much experience as he did.

I am really open to anything. Enemies, friends, lovers, rivals... whatever. I leave it in your hands to what you think your character would feel.
 

Perhaps a combination of a few of those.  I think through a rivalry he would have taken notice of her and perhaps they were/are/could be lovers.  If they were then he would have certainly had his knickers in a major twist when she left to take over at Hogwarts.  If you want to discuss a bit PM/IM me. 

Character Name: Tamis Raynor
Relationship: Acquaintance, Mutual Respect?, Other?
Reason: I think they would know of each other, at least, by mutual reputations in the Ministry. Beyond that they are both severe workaholics and tend to stay at the Ministry well into the night. They also both tend to distance themselves from most people and are not the most sentimental souls. I do not think they would be chums, but I think they might respect each others work ethic, but I am pretty much open to ideas. As a rule, Raynor tends to keep her nose out of the DoM's dealings knowing the moral and legal lines of their practices tend to blur and shift -- Level Two just does not need to be getting into their business. If we do end up linking the Runespoor Smugglings with Level Nine though, that might change. 
Thoughts on Dante: "In truth, I do not know much about Mr. Ward. Nor do I honestly care to delve more into his personal life -- it is frankly none of my business. He is a loyal and dedicated Ministry Official and Level Nine has not digressed in its proficiency since his appointment to Office. A good man, for an Unspeakable."

Updated!  Dawn - Mutual respect works for me.  We'll have to see what we can come up plot wise at some point.
