As the seasons changed at Hogwarts, the temperature started to decrease a little, but not too much where it was that cold outside. Oh sure, there were some days that felt incredibly cold, but not every day. There was even a cool breeze that blew every now and then. Despite these changes in the weather, it was still usually nice outside. Since the students have been in school only for a month now, it was good that the weather didn't change unexpectantly too much over the course of one month.

Meg didn't mind this slight change in weather as she walked out of the Hogwarts castle. Back when the Qudditch try-outs were taking place, the weather was colder. But, the temperature seemed to fluctuate a lot, so it was hard to really guess how it was going to feel outside. At any rate, it wasn't winter yet, so hopefully the weather wouldn't turn too cold during the day.

During the summer, Meg had no time to practice her Qudditch skills. During those months away from Hogwarts, she lived her muggle life back at home. She liked to play football during this time, which could help a little with Qudditch, but she basically did no real Qudditch practice during the summer. Make that, she didn't even practice Qudditch during the first month back to Hogwarts. The Qudditch try-outs was really the first time that she flew since last year. Even though she did alright, she figured that she should go out and practice the sport a little.

Therefore, that was why Meg was going to practice a little outside. Arriving down at the pitch, she went straight to the broom closet to obtain a quaffle. She set her bag down at one of the stands with her broom, and the quaffle. Deciding to stretch out a little, she thought of jogging a little around the pitch for a few laps. With a nod, she began to jog around the perimeter of the vast pitch.
