Ministry of Magic Personnel File: Analiza Snark on January 04, 2010, 12:36:30 AM March 3rd 1993,I interviewed exactly 53 candidates for this internship and have decided upon two, Misses Marietta Grimlish and Analiza Snark. Marietta Grimlish is an excellent candidate. She is highly intelligent, well versed in several areas of magic and has experience in living in many of the countries we will be traveling through. Her knowledge of the language and culture will be invaluable. However, while her intellect and skill is above average, her social skills are highly lacking. While most do not find this paramount to the job, I for one feel that a good leader has excellent communication, something Miss Grimlish lacks. She is very much a loner and prefers to work alone, which will prove problematic when she graduates to working alongside other Unspeakables. I am hoping this experience helps her grow in that area and prepares her for her career.Analiza Snark was my next choice, though unlike Miss Grimlish, it was for entirely different reasons. It cannot be said she is unintelligent, for her NEWT scores were excellent in all areas except for Potions, but she lacks the interest in the unknown that Miss Grimlish possesses in mass quantities. However, what she does possess is a strong drive to learn, experiment and furthermore, succeed. Her thirst for knowledge and recognition could prove to hinder her in the future if not cultivated in the correct educational climate. Her aggressive and abrasive demeanor is certainly off putting to many of my colleagues and they say she doesn't have what it takes to be an Unspeakable, but I feel that this department NEEDS a good dose of what she has. Spunk, spirit and a certain amount of breaking the rules could prove to be very helpful when it is time to be promoted. It has become apparent amongst the ranks that few Unspeakables possess both the drive to learn and the drive to succeed, making it difficult to choose a leader when the time comes. If Miss Snark can prove herself worthy, I believe she may possess the qualities needed. This remains to be seen, however, and it doesn't detract from the fact that she needs a good deal of work.I will update their evaluations as time progresses.Josephine Noirtu Skip to next post
