[Sept 24] Tragedy Strikes St.Mungo's on December 17, 2009, 02:12:12 PM September 24thTragedy Strikes St.Mungo'sby Cornelia CrabtreeTragedy has struck St.Mungo’s hospital for Magical Maladies and Ailments. A beloved member of staff, a talented healer and a beautiful woman has departed the depths of the white walls for good. Miranda Elliot, Healer-In-Charge of the Spell Damage ward was killed by Daniel Pratt, ex-auror and permanent resident of the hospital. Though the hospital refuses to make any comment surrounding the incident that took place yesterday, it is apparent that it was due to a lack of security that Daniel Pratt was able to injure Ms. Elliot in such an appalling manner that it resulted in death. The hospital has neither confirmed nor denied that Mr. Pratt will be tried at the courts of the Ministry of Magic. If he is, and if he is found guilty, he will be facing a potential life sentence in Azkaban. Condolences go to the family and friends of Miranda Elliot. Skip to next post
