If yes, please explain. Though usually careful to keep his hands and name clean, Chris has played an active, supportive role in many of  Cináed's previous crimes.

What crimes might you commit in the future?  Discuss all possible: The options are numerous.  It depends on the tasks  Cináed sets him to.  For the time being, Chris is trying to weasel his way into the Ministry so sabotage, espionage and other related crimes are the most likely.  However, theft, murder and other crimes aren't beyond the realm of possibilities.

Physical Description:
At five foot eight and of average build, there's very little that appears remarkable about Chris' appearance.  He carries himself with a comfortable confidence and, while in the company of other wizards he prefers a more magical attire, he's quite comfortable and capable of dressing in muggle clothes as well.  His head is crowned with a curly shock of dirty blond hair and he's found very few products in either the wizarding or muggle world that would demonstrate control over it.  Keeping it shortened to a reasonable length is about all he can, really, hope to accomplish with it.  

Personality Description:
During Chris' sorting, the sorting hat took an unusual amount of time deciding upon the house that would best suit Chris.  He shares many of the traits that both Rowena Ravenclaw and Salazar Slytherin looked for in a fledgling witch or wizard.  Though it was more muted and presented in a more subtle way, Chris possessed much of the ambition, cunning and desire for self-fulfillment that is characteristic of Slytherins.  However, his slightly introverted, obsessively logical and quiet intellectual side landed him in Ravenclaw.  Through most of his school career, he had many acquaintances in both houses.

Especially in the company of strangers, Christian can be a very quiet and reserved young man.  He much prefers the sidelines to being in the center of the action.  He's much more prone to be the one doing the observing and the listening in a conversation than doing the talking.  But, as a result, there's very little that escapes his observations.  He's always aware of his surroundings and takes careful note of those around him.  Despite his own halfblood status, Chris does consider himself a purist.  

Though his associations with the underground terrorist group, the WBA, has left him with a necessary amount of paranoia, Chris very rarely appears not at ease.  Though lacking the outward 'macho' courage and presence of some of the ex-convicts he associates with, Chris is very rarely unsettled by new situations or proceedings.

For more generations than the average person might care to count, the Ashwin family enjoyed a solid, pureblood heritage.  Always holding true to the solid ideals of purist beliefs, Archibald Ashwin, Chris's grandfather, took great pride in their family name.  As far as anyone could tell, the family stood to enjoy many more generations of pureblood prowess.  Archibald Ashwin was even known to have, either with money, spirit or active participation, supported the Dark Lord's first rise to power.  His position among the powerful pureblood families seemed all but secure.  

Until, during the height of the Dark Lord's power, Archibald Ashwin first born son, Eric Ashwin eloped with a muggle by the name of Amelia Jansey.  Estranged from their family, and fearing retribution, Eric and Amelia changed their names to Hugh and Annie Colburn and relocated to the small seaside town of Withernsea on the central East coast of England.  They settled there, in relative peace and, five years later in the dark, cold depths of winter, welcomed the birth of their first and only son.  Through the combination of years of marriage and the sense of security he found in his small town, not to mention the sting of the estrangement from his family, Hugh developed a strong appreciation and respect for the muggle community he'd found a home in.

There were few real noteworthy events during Christian's early childhood.  He grew up in a humble, though comfortable home and, as an only child, received undivided attention from his parents.  His father started an Owl-order magical trinket shop from an office in the back of the garage.  Many a wizarding hearth is littered with cheap, useless fire-breathing dragon sculptures and talking house elf dolls, all thanks to Hugh Colburn Collectibles.  While a few hours a day were spent packing up useless trinkets, Hugh was, largely, a stay-at-home dad while Annie taught twelve-year-olds at the local school.  

Christian attended that very school himself until, during the summer of his eleventh year, he received his admittance letter to Hogwarts.  The sorting hat deliberated for almost ten minutes before, finally, sorting him into Rowena's house.  Quiet, serious, somewhat reserved Christian excelled in most of his classes, especially Defense Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration.  He received strong marks on all of his OWLs and high grades on most of his NEWTs.  Despite his studious nature and his quiet demeanor, his lack of social connections with his peers meant he was passed up on for prefect.  

The peace and tranquility of home broke, for the first time, during the summer between his second and third year when the Dark Lord gained control of the Ministry.  As his parents unease unfolded about the change in government, Christian became more aware and, progressively, more curious about his extended family history.  While too young to fully appreciate the full extent of the Battle of Hogwarts and his meanings, the years following found him digging through his family history more and more.  While he kept his curiosity to himself, Christian became progressively more embittered by his father's indiscretion.  He grew to love his parents, but despise his father's foolishness.

After finishing Hogwarts, Christian spent several years picking up the odd job here and there, never quite content where he was but without any real sense of direction about where to go.  His jumping from job to job had slowly morphed into an quest to become reacquainted with the lost part of his family's history.  While he never took up employment in any of its establishments, Christian found himself gradually spending increasing amounts of time in Knockturn Alley.  

It was in the fall of 2006 when Christian first met  Cináed Tawse.  While wary of the larger ex-convict at first, Christian soon found a solid and trustworthy ally in the man.  While Tawse believed in the strength of purist ideology he wasn't as quick to ostracize a man for the poor choices of his father.  Over the months, Tawse grew to recognize the value of one who's name and image were clean in the eyes of the Ministry.  Christian, officially, joined the Wizarding Blood Alliance in the summer of 2007 though, at Tawse's urgings, he always kept to the periphery of the group - neither getting too involved or too public about his involvement.  

This combination of being on the sidelines has left Chris in a potentially useful position.  Being, largely, under the radar of the Ministry, Tawse is encouraging Chris to join the Ministry working force and to try and situate himself in the most potentially useful position possible.  This, of course, means that Chris will be severing his active ties with the Wizarding Blood Alliance though he will continue to report back to Tawse using covert means.

Sum up your character in one paragraph:
Chris Colburn is quiet, calculating and intelligent.  Her carries himself plainly and with a humility that isn't common among men from his chosen social group.  To the casual outsider, he doesn't appear to one that anyone would give a second thought if he were to take a seat at their table or sit next to them on the bus.  He's well versed in both the wizarding and muggle worlds and can move comfortably between each.  Though quite clever and a solid thinker, Christian feels the need to reconnect with a part of his history he feels was lost.
