Wand:
Very inflexible and strong Vine wood, with a dragon hair core. The wands handle was beautiful, with an intricate vine pattern weaving all the way up to the 11inch tip. Throughout the vines tiny star-shaped flowers bloom. They seem to be growing and quite real.

Physical Description:
She carries herself tall and stands proud and beautiful in crowds. However she hardly stands out, most wouldn't notice her, she isn't exactly prominent.She's pretty much like every other cute little teen female. Long legs, long dark hair, fairly tall and skinny. But that's it. She has a pale complexion and dark brown eyes. Most who have dark eyes often seem to be boring, their eyes seem flat and dull, but not Wesley's her dark brown eyes seem deeper than any blue ocean, more magical than any charm. When you look into her eyes you see everything you wish you were, everything good in the world. But somewhere in them, people often see something they don't like, something that aroses the deepest animalistic fear. Even though you might not ever notice her when you do, she's hard to forget. Not because of her beauty, she doesn't have much of it. But moreover because of something in her persona, she's just different, strange almost.

Personality Description:
Wesley wants people to know her name, to admire the name: Wesley Marriane Maddalena, not just Maddalena. She knows her music calls to the rawest emotions of people, but even still. She could care less. She plays her music from the heart, she does what she wants, she wears what she feels like wearing. She does everything for herself. Wesley could be considered a smiley person, but it's generally not the type fo smile that induces a genuine happy feel. It's a smile that makes you uncomfortable. Not an evil mocking smile just a strange one, skin crawler. She has an aire of mystery, it's as if people know her potential. She doesn't really think she has much to offer. She just lives everyday. Often times she's quiet and speaks rarely. When she does speak she speaks simplistic, but she has a way with words that makes one think about everything. She loves the thrill of simply being bad. Like any girl she falls for the bad boys.
Wesley is a quiet girl and can be overlooked, but as she grows up, as she really gets into the social crowd, she realizes that maybe that's not how she wants to live her life, and she's trying to change that. She wants to be remembered after all.

History:
Wesley was born in the Maddalena vacation cottage on the outskirts of a forest near the city limits of London. Her mother wanted to keep her away from the limelight for a while. Her father, Jonathon Maddalena was a music enthusiast he owned a large shop in downtown London. Her mother, Maddaline Gravenhart-Maddalena, was a stay at home mom where she wrote song lyrics for bands such as The Weird Sisters and The Jumping Hippogriffs. After raising three boys before their last child they were fairly good parents and had little to worry about with their fourth child.

Wesley grew up with three older brothers. She was 9 years younger than the youngest of them so she was never really close with any of them. Her childhood was average in the way that nothing out of the ordinary ever happened, she never showed extreme signs of magic until the average age and she was never overly intelligent. But she always found a way to be the best at whatever she did. Maybe it was some subconcious thing, to be better than her older siblings.

She never broke a rule until she was around 10(see writing sample) and she never showed any signs of dark, evil magic. She was your average child. As she grew up she hardly ever talked, her parents were fine with it. They never pushed her to be social. She had her little friends, but she wasn't one for playdates and other social activities.

When she started at Hogwarts she expected to be in the family House of Hufflepuff, much to the surprise of her parents the sorting hat took quite a long time to decide where to put her. Deliberating over Slytherin and Ravenclaw. After finaling deciding on Ravenclaw, Wesley walked to the table smirking. She was finally realizing that maybe she could be something special. Maybe she had a fate greater than that of her parents. If she did, Hufflepuff surely wouldn't help her get there.  She grew up in Ravenclaw, more than she had expected. They taught her things she wouldn't have learned in lowly Hufflepuff. Her magic became stronger and she evnetually blew her brothers scores and marks out of the water. She was an excellent student and a teacher favorite to boot. But like every other student she started from the bottom slowly trying to make her way up the social ladder. Making friends with the right people, or trying at least and making enemies too. To most she is probably still just an average student, but when the need arises she can pull enough strings to get what she wants, sometimes.

During her fifth year she put a hold on her social buz and focused solely on her studies, this is the cause for her excellent scores. She worked hard to get them though, she wasn't a natural prodigy and she acknowledges this. But as soon as the tests were over she was right back to socializing. Flirting. And just being Wesley.

Wesley is intelligent and fairly talented at anything she tries. She has a love for learning that is unmatched. She doesn't flaunt her intelligence though, which means that her house position is sometimes questioned, but nonetheless, she's smart and she knows it.

Jonathon made the commute to and from work everyday through the fireplace. Where he returned every afternoon at precisely 4:00. The family stayed on a fairly tight schedule hardly ever leaving the cottage and the few acres surrounding it. However, one day when Wesley was around 10 she waited patiently until her father had left for work and her mother had gone to write in her office. Then, quietly she crept into the den and with a handful of Floo-powder she magiked her way to Diagon Alley and then out into downtown London. She was going to follow her father to work.

Wesley made her way directly to the store where, without getting caught by her father, she purchased a guitar. She carried it back to Diagon Alley where she sat down at an ice-cream shop and started to play. After years of watching her mother write and play music she was fairly good. She hummed along for a bit and then as if it were as natural as breathing she sang. She just sang the words that flowed to her. Eventually she had gotten a few tips in the empty cup beside her and she called it a day. She kept doing this everyday for a month until her mother followed her through the fire and caught her in the act.

At first Maddaline was angry like any parent would be after finding out their child had left the house, but she grew to adore the idea that her only daughter had inherited her gift with music so form that day on she went to Diagon Alley with her daughter to play music and earn tips they didn't need. Wesley decided then that music could, very well be her calling. But she wasn't ruling anything else out. When she went to Hogwarts months later she took her guitar with her.

But the next day she could be the worst thing to ever happen to you. She could make you want to run and hide under a rock somewhere. She's very emotional, though she can be level-headed when the time calls. She's an odd one you could say, though you might fear her she makes you feel important, she makes you feel all light and high. She knows how to work your mind and your emotions. She has a way at making you feel comfortable and strangely at ease, enough that you like her, but you may even fear her at the same time. She isn't generally bad, though she's not a nice little innocent girl either. She has a great respect for authority, practically idolizing her teachers. She may seem unimportant for now, but she's on her way to something, even she's not sure what.
