The picture above shows a rough schedule of events! If you’d like to change when an event takes place, or you want it to last for the whole day, or the whole weekend, please let me know! I can easily change those things. This schedule is just so we have a general idea of when events might start. I didn’t put exact times because I’d rather leave that up to whoever starts the thread.

Below, I’ve listed other ideas for activities. Feel free to use them and invent other ideas as you write! They don’t have to be on the schedule, though I can add them as we go along. Please send me a PM if you want an activity to be added.

Now that the Woodcroft board is up, feel free to start writing anytime! You have till around September 15 (real time) to start threads for this event. So, if you’d like to do threads leading up to Woodcroft Day, or anything else beforehand, that’s fine too! I pushed the Woodcroft festival forward from July to August in-game, so the event takes place closer to the end of summer.

Because the festival takes place in Hogsmeade, please keep in mind that many of the shops and certainly the outdoor areas will be affected by all the hubbub on August 16 and 17. If you’d like your characters to participate in the festival, use the Woodcroft event board. If you want a character to pass through Hogsmeade but not be pulled into the festival activities, use the regular Hogsmeade RP boards- just be aware that there is a festival going on in the background!
