Physical Description:
Sophie stands at 5’3 and 125lbs. She’s thin with a pale complexion, green eyes, and red hair. She walks confidently and with purpose most places she goes, her head high and shoulders back. Sophie is most often found in ripped jeans, and comfortable tops whether that be a muggle band t-shirt she found shopping at local shop, something she found pretty, or a tanktop under a flannel button down she stole from one of her brothers. She doesn’t care for skirts or dresses and only wears them for special occasions.

Personality Description:
Sophie is a strong willed, rough and tumble girl, whose bark can be just as bad as her bite. Having grown up with three brothers, Benjamin, Nathan, and William (two older, one younger), she’s learned how to stand her ground. Sophie knows what she want’s and who she is as a person, and for the most part speaks her mind without much of a filter. Her upbringing, coupled with working as a bartender at her family’s bar, has made Sophie a tough cookie, who can hold her own, even if that means throwing a punch if necessary.

Sophie is ferociously loyal to her family and those she loves, and is willing to go to great lengths to help them, even if it means putting herself in a little bit of danger. While certainly spicey, Sophie has a tender sweet side too. She is kind and sarcastic and loves to have a good laugh, and the occasional flirt, with people. She has a strong sense of adventure and wants to see the world, but feels tied to the family business and like she’d be letting them down if she were to ever take off. She loves The Black Boar and her family, but occasionally finds herself longing for more.

History:
Jennifer and Patrick Anderson were hard working people who raised their four children to be the same. After quitting his dock working job, Patrick opened up The Black Boar Pub in the muggle part of London, only accessible to the wizarding community, and began grooming his two eldest sons, Benjamin, and Nathan, to one day take the business over. The only muggle person able to get in was the matriarch of the family Jennifer.

Sophie led a very average life. Her father worked hard, and often, and their mother managed the chaos at home as best she could. Being the only girl of the four Anderson children, she was often caught up in her brother’s shenanigans, as she chose to join in instead of being the focus of their terror. Some might have classified her as a “tomboy” due to her lack of hesitation to join in whatever adventure her brothers were getting lost in. Sophie watched her two older brothers, Benjamin (Gryffindor) and Nathan(Slytherin), pack up and head off to Hogwarts. She was over the moon when she finally got her letter and even more thrilled to be sorted into Gryffindor with her eldest brother there, not that she needed any help settling in. Sophie felt immediately home at school, sometimes prioritizing having her fun before remembering she had school work to attend to. She was an average student with decent grades, but could have achieved more if she had actually put the effort in.

After completing her schooling at Hogwarts, Sophie began working as a bartender in The Black Boar Pub. Her natural charisma, and approachability made her a patron favorite, and her grit, and lack of hesitation to throw a punch if needed, meant she could hold her own with unruly customers.

Describe your job duties and how you go about them:
Sophie usually arrives at The Black Boar early to help get everything set up, she helps with inventory, cleaning, and bussing tables, but mostly she’s behind the bar slinging drinks to her customers with a friendly smile. She’s also been known to break up a brawl or two, most regulars know the Anderson’s don’t tolerate indecent behavior, and to take their issues elsewhere to be resolved.

Sophie grew up in her family’s pub, following her father around like his little shadow until her mother would pull her away to go to bed, it’s what she’s always known and because of it, she’s fantastic at it.
