Calaveras Re-Opens Under New Ownershipby Temperance Cartwright

Regulars of both Diagon and Knockturn Alley will be pleased to discover that
Calaveras will be re-opening to the public on April 1st, Sunday.
Those familiar with the pub and speakeasy will find their favourite watering hole has been given a new makeover since closing down for renovations last week. Under its new Cuban American owner,
Salvador Falcón, Calaveras will operate as a restaurant with dancing hours after ten in the evening. Patrons are told to expect delicious food, colourful drinks, and a variety of entertaining glamour charms.
When asked about how he intended for this new Calaveras to fit into the local community, Falcon replied: "I'm just trying to bring a little colour and dazzle back to the alley," he explained. "Call it a good time, call it a change of scenery. What Calaveras really is, the way I see it? A panacea to an atmosphere of fear."
Recent controversies surrounding the threat to (and of) werewolves
[2] have not gone unnoticed by the wizard. Falcón's late wife, Spanish-English witch Sabrina Rosier, had described to him fond memories of a wizarding London that he claims not to recognise in today's social climate.
"All I want is for everyone to have a good time without having to feel afraid," he asserts. "Who's gonna argue with that?"
