A new country, a new land, full of supposed riches, she wasn't followed, they can't follow. Not their control, would inform the Ministry here before they could do anything, how would they know she slipped onto a ship and arrived? She was safe for now, but she needed shelter, preserve herself from the sun, be safe from others also. First she needed money, she had some on her, but the hunt had worn her thin. In dodging Ministry she had to spend alot, leave alot, starve or trail be left, would make her easier to be caught. If she didn't keep running she would be dead, surely they would end her if she was caught.
First she needed money, easy enough. Alot of money? Harder, took more time, difficult to build up. She didn't know anyone to sell to either, she didn't in Paris but here it was even harder, who would she sell to if she stole stuff? Just pickpocketing, annoying but needed obviously, otherwise no money for now. She'd seen signs leading into city, Portsmouth. She can gather money, spend day or two. Then take bus or train, get to London, bigger city more places to hide, center of magic in this country, Ministry would be around but atleast able to hunt easier, along with meeting other Vampires? If there are, although finding magical places is difficult, they're not meant to be known by non magical.
She wandered about the city, it wasn't going anywhere in particular, better this way, walk into group of people, take their money, none the wiser. Some shops were open, but nothing in there worth it, people can see her, only things worth is the tills but hard to get to, only people walking. One in a crowd is not that noticeable, especially herself, although she is pale, she needs to feed soon. She looks like a corpse.
Gracefully she passed by a few people, none of the wiser of their backpockets being lighter, not until she is gone anyway. She was kind, she didn't take the entire thing, just any cash inside, what was it called here? Pounds? What a weird name, a small smirk raised on her face, someone just going up to another person and asking for a pound. But that was distracting, she dropped the wallets off outside a building, she didn't take them, permanent loan from unsuspecting people. It was for a good cause, was it not? Her survival is a good cause.
Someone had spotted her, that was not good. "HEY!" A cry shouted out, some looked, she snapped to look at it, they ran towards her. She had been caught, Ministry? Possibly, safer to run. Hide or ambush, either is better then out in the open. She ran, moving between people, she gripped the top of a bench and jumped, pulling herself over it. Needed a way to slow them down so she could get into position, seeing what is there, an alley, bins near the entrance, perfect. She looked over the items in there, the plastic bins, short roofs, not much but better then open.
She ran to the alley, knocking a bin down she jumped ontop, then jumped up onto an upright one, jumping up again she gripped into crevices on the walls, difficult to climb walls, but she could make it, gripping with strength she kicked the other bins down, quickly climbing the building to the roof. Safe off ground, unless they are magic, then just CRACK onto the roof. But they weren't, human? Likely.
She lay flat ontop of the roof, crawling along, she could hear them breathing in the alley, they didn't know where she went, the fool. She could hear them, smell them, she looked over the edges of the roof to look down, they were moving into the alley. Wizard? Hide, but they were not wizard, and were after her, ambush. She slinked along the roof further, following them into the alley. They were alone, foolish.
Her mouth started to water, she needed to feed, she usually felt bad for it, but they were hunting her, they could spare some of their blood, she needed to survive. Further into the alley they went, no one was around, or too far away. Now was the time, she stood up and watched, not a far drop, they can cushion. She started climbing half way down the wall then leaped off it, landing ontop the figure, pinning, she had them. "Bonjour monsieur." She hissed, before they could call out she plunged in, she wouldn't kill them, but they won't be hunting her again.
