Wand: 12 inch Oak wand with Leprachaun Hair core, wand is crafted with a sort of 3 finger grip at the base of it to hold onto, the wand then rises up a little in a diagonal form before going straight and getting thinner along the length.
Physical Description:
Lochlainn has a fairly rectangular head with his ears sticking off to the sides, he has a proud forehead that he believes can knock almost anyone down with blue eyes resting underneath. And a short brown beard, to match his brown hair that he often keeps trimmed back so it never droops down far over his head.
His body is well built from working out due to the sparetime he found making potions. Giving him a fairly ripped physique that he hopes will make up for any shortcomings or to intimidate when needed.
Personality Description:
Lochlain is not a bad guy, but he isn't a good person. While he will often come off as aggressive and rude due to insulting and being confrontational with people beneath it all its so he can find out what the person is like and then if they can get over that he will be a good friend and an even better drinking buddy.
Despite being young and new in the game, he prides himself on his potion making abilities believing that there is nothing he cannot brew, it just may take a bit longer then he had thought. Putting dedication into craft.
However in the idea there is nothing he can't brew, there are things he shouldn't brew. But that does not concern him. Lochlainn is not against doing unusual requests to make ends meet, if someone wants a potion that is not legal, he will still brew it, for a handsome tip. Why do they want it? That is not of his concern, he is just an honest business who sometimes has to do dishonest things to put alcohol on his table. And a recurring customer, no matter how shady is good for business in his books.
With this, he doesn't see the Ministry as having much power, or being a threat. The law if anything is an inconvenience and bad for business. Taking him to something else he believes he is good at, his dueling skills, while nowhere near as good at it as his potion brewing, he is no easy target, that is if yo can catch him first as although he's confident, he doesn't need to waste time on it.
History:
Lochlainn was born in Dublin to two parents who cared for him greatly, teaching him from a young age magic, while his parents themselves were muggleborn they had embraced the magical world fully and showed him wonders. Starting him off with Potions when he was a child under very careful supervision and teaching him to ride a broom. However that all ended as the Second Wizarding War started, his parents both went to the 1994 Qudditch World Cup as he was left with his Grandparents, upon the rioting after the match however both fled home and fearing what they saw that day, when Harry Potter was smeared for saying the Dark Lord Returned, both took to hiding with Lochlainn.
They remained in hiding during the war until the final battle of Hogwarts, where both parents fearing of leaving their child alone both left to fight knowing that if they lost then there was no future for him either. Neither saw their child again.
As Lochlainn grew up, he was raised by his muggle Grandparents from his mothers side, originally they did not want him to go learn at Hogwarts, knowing that the school was responsible for his parents deaths but both were scared by the strange occurrences around him.
Going through Hogwarts he was sorted into Hufflepuff and made a small social circle, usually not venturing outside of it due to his attitude towards others being fairly hostile in first meeting but those he became friends with he would be very helpful towards, even if he still was fairly rude to them, but in a more friendly banter way.
He was easily put into detention many times due to his attitude and as he got even older, his frequent language. He only succeeded in a few subjects, namely being Potions in which he passed his N.E.W.T for Potions with an Outstanding, while getting a Pass for DADA and Herbology. And only barely passing the other essential classes and failing everything else.
Following his graduation from Hogwarts, he decided to go on a Grand Tour, starting by crossing over to France, where he stayed for the next 4 years after in his first week he fell in love with a Veela who then proceeded to scam him and ran off with his money. Needing a job he took an apprentice role to a Potion Brewer. Learning the ways of the trade. But unfortunately being an apprentice didn't make enough money for him to return home, or to do what he wanted .
In those 4 years he learned that there were alot of potions that people cannot make themselves. And will pay good money for. It started by making small potions on the side for people, Alihotsy potion? Simple enough, got some money from it. a Girding Potion for an old man? No problem, even got a toffee for it. Then the requests got stranger, He understood about Wolfsbane, he didn't care for Werewolves particularly, its not his business, but he made the potions figuring why not. Then what about the Death Potion he had to make? Or make a few of? Must of been alot of people with pets they couldn't save. However he reckoned that whatever they were used for, it was not his business, he just needed the money.
One day upon returning from a shopping visit for ingredients, he found several people had ransacked the shop he was working at, fearing that he would be found out, as he had made some dubious things, he gathered his items and ran. Deciding he had enough of France, he liked their language, although he still couldn't learn it properly, he loved their food, but he decided it was probably best he didn't return to Paris, atleast. He shouldn't return for a good while.
And knowing nowhere else to go, he figured he had enough of adventure, he had the experience of working in a Potion Brewer, he could make his own potions, he had a good chunk of money from the side. It was time to go back to the UK, and see what he could find in London.
Upon arriving he bought a house in Knockturn alley and turned the front room of it into a potion shop to keep the Ministry off of him. Calling it Luck of the Irish with plans to brew potions to sell, keeping a general assortment of common ones and being prepared for custom orders upon request, and hoping he keeps low enough so the Ministry never look into him.

Owner of the Potion shop Luck of the Irish, an unofficial store in Knockturn Alley. Runs and manages the store, brews the potions for it also. Along with any side business that may be included with it.
