Please consider Naomi Foley for Prefect this year. Some of her school records are missing thanks to Mr. Morgan's filing system (it bites), but she had been considered for the post in the past and/or has held the post in the past and wishes to hold the post now.

I have full confidence her appointment would not be a disaster. However, as you know, it is ultimately your prerogative.

I have been trying to find these notes from my predecessor, Looking at her O.W.L.s and what few notes I have e found I can see no reason not to concur with your idea and I will not only consider her but I think we should make Naomi Foley prefect right away!

Please join me in welcoming back to Hogwarts Gryffindor fourth year Lucinda Temple. As you're all aware, she suffered a werewolf attack over summer holiday in America and now has lycanthropy. She will require our diligent support and patience in dealing with this new challenge, adjusting to Hogwarts again, and getting caught up with school.

Please exercise thorough and complete discretion concerning her lycanthropy.

Do not share this information with students, parents or any other third party without speaking with me.

Please read the attached page concerning her accomodations.

Academic accommodations for L. Temple

* Create a plan with Miss Temple for catching up on essential work. Please allow this plan to be flexible.
* Make allowances for any class time or work she may miss while away in the future.
* Allow Miss Temple some leeway in classroom decorum; however, please keep Professor Singh apprised of major disciplinary issues.

Werewolf arrangements for L. Temple

* The Werewolf Wing of the DMCRC will be overseeing transformation procedures
* For the immediate future, Miss Temple will be escorted to and from the castle by Werewolf Wing staff to the Ministry of Magic for transformation. Professor Singh will be handling this on our end. (Thank you, Ravindar.)
* Miss Temple may require extra time following transformations and may miss classes.
* Wolfsbane Potion will be administered at Hogwarts by Professor Darkfall. (Thank you, Sebastian.)
