Dear Evangeline,
I deeply regret how little I realized what luxury and privilage I enjoyed with you as my concierge all these many months ago. It is a credit to you that your efforts were invisible to me while I labored for the public. All efforts visible to me by all other staff seemed distinctly motivated to disrupt, but it is clear now that I should have made more note of the silent, sturdy, stalwart effectiveness of your making.
I wonder if now you've taken up caring for Glass? I hope for my own ego's sake he is a cumbersome charge, but I hope for yours his reputation as a meticulous and methodical wizard holds true.
Perhaps we should get around to my purpose in owling: I'll be back in London for family, business, and pleasure in two weeks and it would be a favor to me if we could meet and make merry as former colleagues and old friends. Are you free?
Owl back.
Yours verbosely but with all sincerity,
P. Zephyr.
