Wand: 14” Willow Wood with Phoenix Feather and Thestral hair dual core. A long white with an intricate symbol that stands for unity. It should be noted that this wand belonged to her Mother and is the twin wand to her Father’s.
Physical Description: Ciarra stands at about 5’5” and has a slender build. But is definitely in shape. She is usually seen with sleek long black hair but occasionally will be different whenever the mood strikes her. She is quite defined as a woman and the curves to boot, much to her Father’s dismay. But she tends to use this to her advantage when dealing with one of the opposite sex.
She is typically like her Father and tends to wear a lot of black clothing. Its simple, works for nearly all occasions and it looks damn good on her. She tends to wear tighter clothing, simply for any circumstance that might require her to take action.
She is incredibly agile, because she took gymnastics as she was growing up. So she is more than capable of moving her body in ways that would grab the eyes of anyone near by. And her Father has regretted letting her do it ever since.
Personality Description: Ciarra is probably one of the easier people to get along with. Since she can roll with the punches and reply with quite a lot of sarcasm. She loves to joke around and has a great sense of humor. A very care free attitude towards most things tends to annoy some people.
However, when it comes to work she takes it very seriously. She is known for her strong work ethic that matches her Father. Plus she does the paperwork so to some people that might be consider her to be better than him. Though she just scoffs at that idea because there is certainly no one better than her Father.
She loves her Father a lot more than she will ever admit out loud. Alex never gave time to her and focused on his career. Ciarra never complained or voiced anything. As she was taken care of by Bianca Talara (Now Bianca Vandalier), whom she loves like a mother. Her mother Ariella Belisario was killed in 1994, and Ciarra hardly remembers anything about her as she was only 6 at the time. But she has a feeling that it was because of her Mother’s death that her Father has remained distant.
Because of the lack of attention from her Father, she wants desperately to be acknowledged by him and so it drove her to be on the path she is on. She is driven by a need and desire for her Father to acknowledge her existence and perhaps even tell her that he loves her. Words that her Father has never said to her.
She has a very deep complex when it comes to her Father. To her he is perfect and could never do any wrong. She tends to blame herself as to why her Father doesn’t love her, and that she has to try harder.
History:
Ciarra was born in 1988 to Alex and Ariella Belisario. During the first 6 years of her life she barely ever saw her Father, and it was a trend that would continue until the present day. However, her Mother was a different story as she was basically with Ariella 24/7 for the first 6 years of her life. But then her Mother died. Being 6 years old, she didn’t understand the concept of death. And now she barely remembers anything about her Mother.
Shortly after the death of her Mother, her Father hired Bianca Talara to watch over Ciarra. Bianca lived in the same apartment complex that her Father owned so Ciarra already knew her and it was a perfect fit. The two became very close over the years, along with a man named Talon Vandalier. The two became her 2nd parents essentially. With her Mother dead and her Father never seeming to take a minute to look at her she was fine with the way things were. Bianca would sign Ciarra up for Gymnastics at a local Gym and would continue to take Ciarra even after she had gone to Hogwarts. (During the summers obviously)
She began to go to Hogwarts in 1999, and joined the Slytherin house just as her Father had before her. Ciarra began to learn more about her birth parents as she went to Hogwarts over the years, and gained a few friends in the process. But the more she learned about her Father, she began to understood the man who had neglected her. There were two ways she could have dealt with the abandonment that she felt. She could have developed a hatred for him for never paying attention to her. Or she could desire for his acknowledgment and love. It became the later of the two.
As she reached her 5th year she had already made the decision to become an Auror just like her Father. It would be the only way in her mind to get his attention. She would have to become just as good as he was. Maybe even better. But she knew she was behind in a lot of ways, and rededicated herself to her studies to be the best she could be. That summer she joined the same dojo her Father learned his Martial Arts. This being a deviation of Kung Fu.
During her 7th year, Ciarra had managed to become the President of the Dueling Club at Hogwarts, and even arranged for a Dueling Tournament at the school that got her attention through out the Wizarding community. She had hoped to have gotten some sort of recognition from her Father, but she never did. This didn’t discourage her as she tried even harder and pulled top marks in all her classes when she graduated.
She joined the ranks as a Auror in training, and is now one year away from becoming a full fledged Auror. She hasn’t had a chance to prove anything to her Father, and is still working hard on her Martial Arts as she has yet to hit black belt yet. Her only goal in life is for her Father to love her. Something that she desires more than anything.
Currently she resides in her own apartment in the same complex she grew up at. Only because she never wants to be far away from her Father.

Ciarra could only imagine what her Father would think if he saw her in such a skimpy outfit like she had on. He would probably scold her and tell her to change into something else. But then that would actually mean he would be a Father. So there was no one to stop her. Aside it made her job a lot easier.
Walking across the room she made extra emphasis in her movements to draw more attention to herself as she approached a man in dark clothing. Ciarra’s dress shimmered a bit as she approached and made sure all her womanly curves were very apparent as she rested a hand on the man’s chest.
“Oh my, you were looking so lonely over here and I just can’t allow that kind of thing to happen,” Ciarra whispered in a sultry tone and moved closer.
“I’m all yours baby,” the man replied with a smirk.
Men are way too easy, Ciarra gave a coy smile before he turned this guys world upside down. Literally. Grabbing the inside of the man’s jacket she pulled him away from the bar and out the door, once out of view she turned seeing the man a bit confused. And damn well he should be. Twisting his arm, she slammed him hard against the wall and drew out her wand from her dress and pressed it against the man’s neck.
“What the hell are you doing?”
“The name is Ciarra Belisario, an Auror. You are under arrest for selling dark magic artifacts to minors,” She said before stunning him and letting his unconscious body slide to the floor. She looked behind her at her mentor who was responsible for training her. “So, was that good enough?”

She is a highly emotional girl that just wants to be loved by her Father. She uses everything to her advantage and doesn’t care who she has to mow down in her path to get what she wants. But in the end she is like a scared little girl that just wants her daddy.
