Physical Description
Nicky is a smidgen taller than many of her peers at 5' even—though likely to blow over in a gentle breeze, at 87 lbs. The baby fat of years past has melted away to reveal a slender, sharp-featured young girl. She's mixed the ethereal, distant beauty of her mother with the fiery red mane, overabundance of freckles, and dark eyes common among Weasley girls. Not unlike her sister, Nicky looks older than she is.

She walks with a confidence that suggests perfect comfort with oneself, and is rarely missing a smile—or a big, toothy grin. Her clothes are, more often than not, darker shades of red, green, or grey, highlighting her very pale skin. She often wears an assortment of trinkets upon her wrists (bands, bracelets, etc.) and a ring or two on her fingers. She also has three silver hoops on her right earlobe and a leather cord around her neck, upon which a single pointed fang dangles.

While it's not difficult to suss out Nicky's relation to her mother—and it would be impossible to mistake her as anybody but her father's daughter—it would be understandable if you were to mistake Nicky and Victoire for friends, rather than sisters. They share noses, as well as a general slightness of frame and pale complexion, but are otherwise quite dissimilar.

Personality Description
From her mother, Nicky acquired a general charm and charisma that informs her overall outgoing nature. She's not one to shy away from social contact, and indeed enjoys being the center of attention if possible. She enjoys participating in events and gatherings, and loves to meet new people and learn about them with an inquisitive nature that some might consider impolite.

From her father, Nicky acquired an aloofness that one might think of as 'cool'—a comfort with her own skin that many adults can't manage, much less children. Her father's side of the family also bestowed upon her an appreciation for daring and bravery, and a steadfast loyalty to friends and family.

Nicky is, on the whole, a very relaxed, laid back girl—creative, too, with very little of the perfectionist drive that propels her sister. She seems content to live and let live, far more concerned with exploring the world around her and the people that inhabit it.

Given her general sense of charm, Nicky is the kind of girl that never has a bad word to say about anyone—even when she fights with her siblings, she would never speak ill of them to anybody outside the auspices of her family and close friends.

Though young, it seems Nicky has wholeheartedly committed herself to the sense of adventure and daring that her father instilled in her, regularly expressing her desire to be a Curse Breaker once she's graduated from Hogwarts.

As of now, Nicky gets along better with her younger brother, Louis, than she does her older sister Victoire—as young girls are wont to do, proximity inspires rows, and the two often butt heads over extraordinarily trivial things. In spite of this, however, it's clear to everyone that knows the girls that they are—on an emotional level—inseparable. Their love for one another is unquestionable, even if they don't always express it in a healthy manner.

History
Born a year and three months after her older sister, Dominique Weasley is the middle child of Bill and Fleur Weasley, senior only to the girls' younger brother Louise. Where Victoire was born at Shell Cottage—a holiday spot owned by their parents, located in Cornwall—Dominique was born at their new family home in Wallingford, a small, ancient market village in Oxfordshire.

Even from a young age, it was clear that Dominique—deciding that she would rather go by 'Nicky' in her earliest years—was a daddy's girl. She loved her mother dearly, but, when given the choice, would regularly prefer the company and attention of her father.

The two young Weasley girls were inseparable from the very start,  Nicky quick to follow Rory's lead without question—and often finding themselves tromping around the neighborhood or the countryside of Devon unattended, fleeing the watchful eye of their parents in favor of a good adventure.

Summers—and, too, most weekends and many weekdays—were spent at the Weasley family home in Otter St. Catchpole. An impressive and absurd multi-storied structure nestled into the rolling hills of West Country, the home was regularly occupied by anyone and everyone—from aunts and uncles, like Ron, George, Percy, Charlie, and Ginny; to close family friends, such as Harry Potter and Hermione Granger.

The only two perpetual residents of the Burrow, by the time that Nicky and Rory came to be, were Arthur and Molly Weasley—known more affectionately as 'grandmum' and 'granddad.' The girls' grandparents, unsurprisingly, doted terribly upon them, over the moon to welcome two (three, later) grandchildren into the world.

At the Burrow, Nicky would learn how to ride a broomstick—something that she showed rather a knack for—and how to cook, under the guidance of her grandmother. From her grandfather, Nicky developed a fascination with non-magical folks and the devices they used in day-to-day life.

Growing up, Nicky's family refused to hide the history that preceded the girls—the Second Wizarding War and their family's part in it, as well as the dear friends and family that they had lost in the process. From this illustrious history, Nicky developed a very strong sense of bravery and daring, hoping to emulate the resounding courage and strength of character of those that had come before her.

As Nicky and Rory grew older, a tenseness began to develop between the two of them. Becoming a more fully realized person, Nicky decided that she was no longer content following Rory's lead—and, being a bit of a born leader, Rory insisted that Nicky not abandon her place as follower.

The girls clashed tirelessly, constantly bickering about anything and everything—never anything serious, of course, but trivial, arbitrary arguments, made just for the sake of arguing. Though their parents grew weary of the cattiness, they knew the score: at the end of the day, it wasn't uncommon for the girls to find sleep snuggled up together, or for Rory to comfort her little sister in times of distress.

Tension eased, slightly, when Rory left for Hogwarts—though Nicky was intensely jealous that her sister got to attend a full year before her, the distance between the girls made it difficult to argue on a daily basis. Holidays were also less argumentative, as Nicky was far more concerned with hearing tales of the school she would soon attend than fighting with Rory.

Presently, Nicky occupies either her parents' home in Wallingford or the Burrow in Devon, spending most of her time with her younger brother and grandmother, eagerly awaiting her birthday in August.
