He was relieved to find that the name seemed to mean something to both the Gamps. Diagon was not out of anyone's way - a good but conspicuous place to hunt for food if wizarding blood is what you were looking for. Tristan himself would have preferred to hunt some place like Camden Town; the muggle who had accosted him at the start of this evening was just the sort you could drain without bringing too much attention to the fact.
But those days were mostly behind him.
"If we contact Amherst we will repay the debt."
A dark eyebrow went up. He didn't need to look at Terrence to see that the other vampire's face was making a similar, half-playful expression. "I look forward to seein' how you'd go about doing that, exactly." Hooker's smile dissolved into a laugh. The group around them echoed this and even Tristan couldn't quite help a smirk.
Many eyed Andromeda speculatively. Or perhaps they eyed her neck. It was bold of the Auror to propose such a thing, especially to a company that took their debts rather seriously.
"You have been fantastique, Terry...." he approached his old friend, shedding formal mannerisms, and placed a kiss on either cheek. "Come and visit, non? Leave your throne at home." Terrence snorted, returning the kisses.
Tristan withdrew and made a motion with his hand - the doors to the room slid open. He nodded at Cepheus and Andromeda, urging them to leave first. They were slowly losing the attention of those other vampires in the room, who had an air of disappointment about them. Mes excuses, mesdames et messieurs. No blood spilled tonight.
