"Do you think this is why they are everywhere? Because they are not at Azkaban any more? Why now?" Something that is amortal doesn’t have a lifespan. They are a part of our world. Certainly Azkaban gave them a home, a focus. Britain is their home and focus now, but we cannot feasibly let it continue, can we?” It was a rhetorical question. “I don’t know the answers, neither will Prewett. We need to work closely as a government to sort this. Zephyr, while she has tried, hasn’t been successful. Whichever of us succeed her will need to tackle it head on.” Skip to next post Re: [Mar 18] A Good, Honest Man [Josie] Reply #17 on March 11, 2017, 07:16:03 AM "No we should not." Josie agreed with Mr Glass. "I will ask Mr Prewett when I interview him. Do you think you are the man to fix things?" Josie asked. "You believe things can be fixed?" He hoped Prewett wouldn’t be arrogant enough to suggest he did have answers, which might sway public opinion in his direction. To claim you had them and then to discover the reality was different would be career suicide as a Minister. “I have the hope and the expectations of a nation behind me,” Edwin told Josie with a small smile, “Where there is a will, there is a way, the great minds of our community need our support and resources to find a solution, and as Minister I would enable this as far as situations would allow. I’m not arrogant to suggest I have the answer, it will be our good experts, who are already working on matters with my Department’s support.” Edwin lifted his coffee to finish it. Will you stop looking when you become Minister?" She grinned. "Oooo or a guy! I assumed. Mr Prewett and Mrs Storm are both married. Do you think that gives you an advantage?" No, there is no Mrs Glass, and I doubt if I am voted in, that the likelihood of a Mrs Glass ever existing will improve. I will be very preoccupied with all the post entails.” He gave Josie a pleasant smile, though it was definitely one of a patient parent with an excitable child. “Was there anything else, Ms Flint..?” Skip to next post Re: [Mar 18] A Good, Honest Man [Josie] Reply #21 on April 15, 2017, 05:26:58 AM "Thank you Mr Glass." Josie said. "That was great. Thank you for agreeing to an interview. And good luck with the Minister bit like." Josie smiled. She shook his hand. She could not wait to get this published.
