To: Mr. Solomon Carstairs, DMLE Head

I do not know what your stance is on visions and divination, but I am writing with great urgency in hopes that you will listen and be prepared for whatever is going to happen. I am a seer, and for the past month I have been having vivid visions of blood, death, and imminent danger that has been getting stronger as of late. What I do know is this: Hogsmeade is involved, as well as Hogwarts students.  I have had visions of them, covered in blood, wandering Camden town.

It is nearly impossible to prevent visions, though I do believe that we can prepare for what is to come. I strongly suggest that you send aurors to patrol both Hogsmeade and Camden town to look out for anything unusual, ominous, or dangerous. I have no doubt that what will happen is connected to the heavy crimes that have happened over the last year. We need to be vigilant.

I understand that you may be skeptical. This is not the time for skepticism.
