Afternoon Boss,

Permission to rejoin the office on Monday?

Just the afternoon, perhaps, let a few crises mount up first.

Naturally bored stiff. This is like gardening leave. No garden, well, not sure the landlord would approved if I attempted to meddle with it.

Ignore Hollingbury, I'll see him Tuesday afternoon. He said I should go back after a week, which is Monday as far as I am concerned. Balfour's more than looking after me and I'm itching to get our new Dragon Trade agreement drafted into all relevant dialects for 4. Not that I'm preoccupied with them.

I'll get you the accounts you need, and half a dozen other things I was meant to do this week over to you as soon as I can. I don't miss deadlines. Damn the hellebore.

See you Monday afternoon. I'll stick my head in your office if you're in, just so you can verify I am standing on my own two feet.
