Hiraeth Gardens

Nestled within the heart of hipster Clapham District, Hiraeth Gardens is a collection of “boho/industrial chic”
apartments jointly owned by Mmes. Edith Kettleburn and Penelope Andrews. Though visible to muggles, it appears
nondescript, quaint but easily forgettable.

Appearance-wise, units are somewhat mismatched in relation to the other units (particularly those of different
buildings), but they are clean, spacious, and within convenient distance of Thai-Indian fusion takeaway Rachawadee.
Residents and guests have full access to a laundromat, an owlery, the ground floor courtyard and rooftop gardens,
which are warded against apparition (to travel, please use the elevator or stairs). Residents are also expected to join
their landladies for tea at least once a month; they like to know those living under their roof!

The number of flats per floor denote size; the higher the floor, the larger and more expensive the unit
(#2A - 3F: $, #4A - 5D: $$, #6A - 7C: $$$, comparatively). Rooms may be expanded or converted into
labs and greenhouses with special permission. The elevator sits right between B and C apartments.
