At the institution of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, staff and students alike are yearning for information regarding the incident that occurred at the Leaky Cauldron on November 5, 2010. The word “explosions” has been entered into usage whence discussing the event in question, so if you could report back posthaste that would be extra fantastic. (Also, if you were looking for interns for the summer, one Lydie Patil has the undiscovered talent you are looking for.)

At Hogwarts we are wondering what news you can share with us about the apparent explosions that occurred at the Leaky Cauldron. Many of us have friends and family members, like brothers, who may have been at the scene and therefore news regarding their whereabouts are of utmost importance. Please share with us any news you may have that concerns any students or staff, especially if any former students who may have younger siblings still in the school were involved at all.

To St Mungo’s,

As you are probably aware there was an explosion (or something) at the Leaky Cauldron. At Hogwarts we assume you have a cache of patients who have relatives at Hogwarts that are curious about their conditions. If you could give us the names of those who have been injured or treated at St Mungo’s, we will be able to tell the appropriate students about their families. In particular you might want to look into Jai Patil’s condition, as his younger sister is especially curious about him.
