[Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] on February 15, 2015, 02:58:37 PM It was eleven thirty at night and Indica was sitting on the edge of her bed. She could feel her heart thrumming in her chest. She was very laid back, the most laid back person she knew, and generally didn’t worry about breaking rules. But now there was a competitive piece to it. Most people would be puzzled when they heard Indica was serious about a competition. She had been raised to believe that life was not for fighting against others, but to be lived in harmony with them. This, however, was not a competition where the people who were not helped would be hurt. She could see that logic for things like finding a job or going to school, you didn’t want to compete because it was for an unjust situation. This was not about justice or equality. It was about leaving a legacy, and that had been on her mind since she got here. So, when the idea of a seventh year bucket list came up, Indica couldn’t pass up the opportunity. Of course, it was risky since if anyone too uptight heard about it, they could get into a lot of trouble, at worst, or just get it shut down, which would make it very hard to live the most epic seventh year imaginable. She’d started by telling her close friends and then she figured it would go out from there. Only telling the discreet people, she hoped. This evening she was about to embark on the very thing that gave her idea for the list in the first place. A midnight skinny dip. Pushing herself off the bed, most of her dorm mates weren’t sleeping. The people who were hanging out on their beds didn’t seem to give her a second glance, except Indi tried to make eye contact with Sophie and raise her eyebrows: a signal – Go time! She’d made it clear earlier the meeting space was in the grove. If people didn’t know where the tree filled alcove that Indica loved right near the lake was, they’d have to find someone who did. Almost all of Indi’s close friends had been there before. So, she quietly exited the dorm, then through the common room, and quietly complimented the portrait of the fat lady, which seemed to placate her from yelling that a student was out of the dorm. Down the steps she went, trying to be as quiet as possible. She narrowed her eyes, trying to see in the dark and not miss steps. When she did trip, she cursed under her breath and then paused for a full minute, not wanting to attract attention. She’d snuck out before but it never quite got easier… even if you knew the tricks. When she finally got out of the castle, then it got easier. Not having to hide, she could actually take heavy steps and run, cardigan flapping behind her as she darted over the hills and down the path toward the lake. The sliver of moon illuminated the way and Indica could spot the grove from the top of a hill. She couldn’t tell if the shapes below were just the contours of the trees moving in wind or some of her classmates had gotten there first. She supposed the only way to find out was to get closer, and as she turned to the side to get down the hill safely, she shucked her cardigan- getting ready for the rest of the evening, and grinned as she ran up, seeing it was definitely at least one student. "Ready?" she whispered loudly, still grinning as she slowed and entered through the trees. For Waverly, once she made it out of the girl's dorm without detection it got a little bit easier, at least if she managed to not get caught before she found a place to transition into her Animagus form. It was something she had worked on all summer, though more secretly while on the trip than once she got home. It was a pretty handy trick to have in your back pocket if you were bound and determined to have the best year ever, and complete absolutely every single thing she and Indica had come up with for their Seventh Year Bucket List. Once she was a cat life became infinitely easier, she could just blend in with any other stray animals roaming the grounds, of course she got sidetracked when an overstuffed Tom Cat from the Kitchens tried to make nice with her, but she handled it the way person-Roh handed feely guys, with a hiss and a swipe before darting off toward the grove. There were dangers with this method of sneakery to be sure, like a random animal trying to mount you (gross), but overall that was easier to handle than trying to explain to a professor or prefect what you were doing running around the castle after curfew, especially if you were only half dressed and headed for the lake. Not getting caught was a very important part of having the best year ever. She was the first to arrive (in animal or people form) so she waited, wondering if maybe everyone else had gotten snagged up. Who would she brag to, how would she have proof? She couldn't exactly carry around a camera in her current condition! She heard the rustle of Indi's feet before she saw her, the other girl's heavy breathing echoing in the chilly night. Her arrival was timed exactly with another humanoid figure and Roh waited in the shadows for a moment to see if it turned out to be Doom coming to bust the Gryffindor. The sound of familiar voices, however, pulled her from her hiding place as she wandered over to Kemp and wove a lazy figure eight through her legs before unceremoniously having the other girl's cardy dumped upon her. "Oy," came a sharp cry from under the fabric as Waverly's form unfolded to her true height, long limbs poking out from faintly green shorts and her own cardigan. She was not skilled enough to be standing on her own two feet, but rather was on her bum. Struggling a little under the sweater she peered up at Indi, expression rather indignant, "I thought the point was to lose articles of clothing not gain them"! Wadding the material up she chucked it back at the other girl, trying to suppress a grin, "what took you so long? I was starting to think you'd skipped out on me and I was going to have to brave the Squid alone". About the entire bucket-list in general. It gave her the kind of determination she needed to complete her own personal end-of-Hogwarts goal. But for now, it was just fun to do things with her friends. Though she was never inherently a rule breaker- Lenora was also never the sort to get blinded by rules, either. A dreamer and idealist who saw the beauty in everything- Nora understood that rules, at times, were meant to be broken. Besides, the amount of memories she would make with her friends completing the bucket-list items would make any detentions she got entirely worth it. The entire idea appealed to her nostalgic nature. She threw a flimsy robe over her pajamas- a simple pair of silky, royal blue shorts and tank. Initially, the idea of having to be naked in front of her peers had been intimidating. But the more she thought on it, the less it seemed to bother her. Lenora wasn't particularly insecure, and she thought that all of her friends were good looking in their own way. The only awkward part would be seeing boys naked- mostly because she wasn't accustomed to seeing such a thing. (And seeing her brother naked, if he decided to participate. She hadn't asked him about it.)Sneaking out of the common room made her nervous. Ravenclaws were so competitive, and points were important to them. But the common room wasn't overly populated when she made her way quietly out of the portrait hole and down the Ravenclaw tower. She was going to have one of her paintings hung in this tower. She was determined that it would happen. It was her personal goal to cross off in honor of their seventh-year-bucket-list. When Lenora arrived at the grove of trees, Indi and Waverly were already there. "You really think the squid is going to get hold of us?" she asked. The night air wasn't too cold- but the idea of the tentacles wrapping around her bare skin made Lenora shiver. She loved the natural world, but the squid was scary- even if it did seem to have a gentle nature- as evidenced by how often it wound up helping first years back into their boats. "How many people do you think are coming?" she asked. "Are we waiting on them to get the party started?" If they got a head start, then everyone wouldn't be there to watch them disrobe and jump into the lake. Skip to next post Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #3 on February 16, 2015, 03:49:20 PM Sophie had waited, as not to arouse suspicion about she and Indica leaving so closely together. Of course no one really seemed to care what exactly they were up to. She made it out of the tower with no problem at all, it was almost too easy, suspiciously easy. Of course Sophie had briefly tangled with the idea of being a rule enforcer as a Prefect the previous year but it just hadn't been her cup of tea. She wasn't a "troublemaker" as such, she didn't go looking for it, it just seemed to find her wherever she went. Obviously this year it was going to have help from people like Indi, and well, her favorite walking plume of Gillyweed smoke, Nick - who happened to be waiting for her just outside the tower. Linking arms with him the pair scurried toward the lake, Sophie trying not to giggle while Nick seemed his usual half-lidded self, that knowing smirk on the corner of his mouth. Soph wondered sometimes if anything ever phased the other Gryffindor but had never had occasion to ask (and tonight was not going to be any different because she was not going to let her loud mouth get them caught). She only began breathing somewhat normally as they slid down the hill, Sophie's usual gracelessness lending itself to ending up ass over teakettle at the bottom, just outside the grove, looking up at Nick, "You're giving me a piggyback when this is over, because clearly walking is not something I am capable of," at least she was laughing, one hand pressed to her forehead as she took a moment to gather herself, "I think I hear Indi and Nora, come on," though she made no hasty move to get to her feet. It had been rightly decided that a group leaving all at once might draw attention. So he waited for his friend, fingering the gillyweed in his pocket next to his wand. If anyone was too hesitant or nervous, the gillyweed could help loosen them up. And it would make the night even more fun. He held out his arm as he saw Sophie approach and they started their trek to the meeting place.Nicholas stayed mostly silent as he and Sophie made their way through the castle. There was no reason to get them caught, and it would be a shame to miss the opportunity to see some of his year mates with less clothing than usual. And it was his last year at Hogwarts which he intended to make memorable. Not that the first six hadn't been, but now he needed to work even harder to make sure this year was the best. Indi and her list was certainly a good place to start. They made it out of the castle relatively easily, the perks of not following the rules for six years, and it didn't take them long to get near the grove, before Sophie managed to pull them both down a hill. He managed a much more graceful slide than his friend, and laughed once he was sure she was okay."Yeah, yeah. I'd hate to have to explain why we were out here when you broke your neck." He reached out to pull her up. "Let's go, we don't want to be the last ones to disrobe." Turning toward the voices, they started toward the clearing. "Oi! Don't start without us." He said before walking into the grove with Sophie again on his arm. The bucket list, she decided, provided an excellent way of going about it; though she was already reckless on semi-regular basis, that was different. More importantly, it could wait. A chance to make memories with her friends… not so much. (Not to mention what her older self would say, if she missed out on all the fun. The regrets she’d have… Nooooo thank you.)And so that very evening, Gracie had rolled out of Virgil’s arms, yanking on her clothes and shaking the boy awake—only to drag him towards where Alex was waiting. Of the three of them only Gracie and Virgil would skinny dip, but the Ravenclaw was coming along anyway, interested in the proceedings if not the activity itself, and that was good enough for them.Grinning a bit at Waverly’s protest, Gracie flashed the others an even brighter smile before sweeping up Indi in an exuberant hug—even if it meant getting hit by her cardigan. A shock of bright blue hair fell from its haphazard bun. “And miss out on the smartass commentary?” she drawled over Indi’s shoulder, shooting Nicholas a sly smile. She released Indi then, in favor of pressing a kiss to Sophie’s cheek. “Never~” 1. With Hazel and Nuri’s permission! She had grown up hearing the tales of her brothers and sisters, their epic nights of drinking. Zia had attempted to go down the academic route, but it appeared that no one cared about how bright she was. Even some of her professors forgot she was a Ravenclaw sometimes! It was her final year and if no one wanted the smart girl, she felt like she could get into a bit of trouble. "Nora!" was the first person she recognized, and in that same instant wrapped her arm around the girl. It was cold out! Much colder than she'd expected. Or maybe it was the dark clothes she had worn in an attempt to conceal herself better. She always felt like her bright clothes were warmer. She had her bright pink hair in a braid and she was wearing a black hat, so her neon hair wouldn't attract attention either. Gracie Slant didn't seem to care about that, though, because she had bright blue hair now! "Wow Gracie!" Zia flashed a grin at the girl. "Really cool." She knew that her over-bubbly personality annoyed most people, and here there were a handful of Slytherins. Zia had become better at knowing social cues once she started going out more, so she toned down her pluckiness level a few notches. Skip to next post Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #7 on February 17, 2015, 10:10:21 PM When she and Roh had come up with this idea, she didn’t know it was going to spread so fast. Sure, they’d told some people, but she didn’t imagine this many were going to show up. She saw Gracie, Alex, and Virgil already there – and embraced Gracie tight. “Ready for this?” Indica smirked wickedly, looking to the rest of the group with nods of approval. She was going to ask them something else when she’d heard something, had looked up to notice… Eli…? Shaking her head, Indica had no desire to ask questions of the student who had clearly lost his mind many years ago. It made him someone Indica loved to have around – carefree, glorious, and enthusiastic in all things… The Mile High Club was not complete without him. Most of them mile high was actually here, and she was about to say more to the three when she felt something fuzzy against her leg. Shielding her mouth from letting out a screech, Indica looked down and realized, as her heart thrummed in her chest, when she realized she knew this exotic cat. So, she dropped her cardigan on her (with a grin) and she actually laughed, fully, when Roh transfigured herself back, her cardigan sitting on her glorious head of hair. She caught the cardigan as it was tossed back at her and stuck her tongue out at Waverly. “Obviously,” she mocked and rolled her eyes, “but I always lose clothes around you… ” she let it trail off and used her free hand to sort of gesticulate about the lack of another explanation for it. “And I’d never leave you for this,” she motioned around, then swiftly chucked the cardi back at her, “it was my idea.” Couldn’t have been fleshed out entirely without Roh, but still her idea. And a growing thing, as she noticed. Other familiar faces started to appear from the shadows and Lenora asked a money question: how many people did she think were coming? Shrugging, Indica smirked. “I only invited like… five to eight people, so… we’ll see who else shows up.” It was a word of mouth invitation – cool people, people that wouldn’t get them in trouble, that’s what she’d told her friends to tell others. It had to be a secret or they’d risk getting the whole thing shut down. “I’m getting started soon though,” she rubbed her arms, looking around the already party sized group. It was September, but they were in Scotland and it was already pretty chilly out. Thankfully, they had charms and things they could use on their clothes, but for the actual lake piece… there were very few charms for that. Next to approach were Nick and Sophie – in a rather inglorious show of a lack of grace, by rolling down the hill. “You okay?” Indica called out – trying not to be too loud, but she recognized them and waved, beaming as he said to not start yet. “Haven’t!” They were trailed quickly by Zia Piselli. Indi had gone to her birthday party over the summer and may have gotten very familiar with one of her brother’s in the bathroom of the pub they’d been at… not her finest moment, but life was for living experiences. The group seemed big enough, with room for anyone else to show up when they could. But, if they didn’t get to it – they would never and this was a night for action – not just thinking about it! “Alright,” she looked around to everyone, “Welcome to the first, official seventh year bucket list event!” she beamed. “We’ll get copies of the list to everyone,” she let them know – it’d be charmed so no one else who wasn’t involved could read it. “But tonight…” Indica beamed and reached down to the buttons on her shorts, “it’s time to get in the lake. Drop trou,” she ordered the group, and kicked off her shoes before her shorts fell in a heap around her ankles. Her cardigan had already been there after the tossing game from earlier. The only scraps of fabric that remained on her body were her pants, a fun geometric pattern, and her bra top. Thankfully, the Gryffindor had zero shame about being in front of the crowd. “Last one in is a mimbulus mimbletonia!” she challenged with the grossest plant she could think of, and raced down to the edge of the lake, taking the only approach a girl like Indica could: running straight in. She clamped her jaw shut, trying to suppress the high pitched squeal from the sudden rush of very cold water and did the only reasonable thing she could think of – kept running until the drop off where she could jump all the way in, feeling the shock of cold before she resurfaced, in need of breath, but slightly more acclimated to the cold water. It was also the first time she looked around, kicking her feet to keep herself up, to check if anyone had followed her daring lead. Skip to next post Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #8 on February 17, 2015, 11:49:40 PM "Aww, don't worry Nora! I'm sure Mr. Squid will be too entranced by the length of your legs to confuse them for eels," she chopped her teeth and wiggled her fingers at the other girl from her spot on the ground, letting out a giggle as Indi swore she wouldn't bail out on her. "Now now Love, let's not start keeping score of who came up with what, we're going to be too busy keeping tally of all the bloody people involved," Roh looked pleased as punch, pushing herself off the ground and shrugging off her own oversized sweater. She had this theory that no matter how could it might have prove to be teenage girls would squeeze themselves into their shortest shorts or various other weather inappropriate articles of clothing until the last possible ounce of summer had been sapped from around them. It was amazing what you could convince yourself was still strappy heel temperature (or at least worst risking forst bite). The lucky part about being a Witch, of course, was the magic of warming and drying spells. Of course, being a typical seventeen year old girl, Roh hardly seemed to notice the cold, especially as she glanced around the growing group of people. She had expected a turnout, but was mildly worried people would notice a gathering so large. Discretion was not, exactly, some of their current company's strong suit (coughElicoughcough). Still, she was happy to see how happy Indica was, how everything was coming together so nicely. She'd have been devastated if no one else had show up - sure they would have had their fun together in the lake, but it really was better this way. She offered a salute to Zia and Nora, before slinging a willowy arm around Virgil's neck, in a brief but friendly hug, tone teasing, "I'm surprised his Majesty could be roused from his quarters for such a taxing show of exhibitionism". She sucked in a sharp breath as Indica tossed off her clothes and raced toward the water, "That, is cheating Kemp! You can't start running before you shout go," she was joking of course, following suit quickly and throwing off her tank top and shimmying out of her shorts as she sprinted toward the water, deciding total submersion was the only way to go as she plugged her nose and dove in. Skip to next post Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #9 on February 18, 2015, 09:37:07 AM There were so many people! Lenora hadn't expected such a turn out. Sophie, Nick, Gracie, Alex, Virgil, and Zia joined herself, Indi, and Waverly. She counted quickly in her head- that was nine people already, and Lenora had a feeling there would be more. She grinned as Zia put an arm around her, and she hugged her friend tightly. Lenora caught sight of the blue hair that fell around Gracie's face and neck. "Lovely shade," Lenora commented. She had always wanted to do something like that with her hair- but her parents had told her she had to wait until after she graduated Hogwarts. Lenora was planning on doing something fun and exciting the second she was able. But she definitely wasn't wishing the year away- no, there was still so much to do!Ten people. Apparently her brother was in the tree. "Coming down from there anytime soon?" she said to the branches. Skinny dipping with her brother was just... weird... but Lenora had grown up with him, so it could be worse, she supposed. They had bathed together as babies and small children, this was really no different.Indica ordered everyone to drop trou. Lenora peeled off the silky material of her shorts and tank top. Lenora had, at least, made sure that her underwear were a matching set for the occasion. A bright shade of aqua, lacey, well fitted. But... Indi didn't seem to pull off her underclothes. Instead, she jumped into the water. Oh. Nora must have misunderstood the meaning of skinny dipping. Though he wouldn't have minded going into the water in nothing, she was glad to keep the essentials on- especially with her brother around. Lenora got a running start- and just as her toes reached the edge of the lake she jumped as far as she could. She held her nose between her fingers as she practically canon-balled into the freezing water. Her body sank for a bit before he floated back up the top. Treading water, she flung her hair out of her face and smiled- teeth chattering from the cold of the lake. "Now that is a wake up call!" she said. She swam closer to the shore so that her feet comfortably touched the bottom of the lake, and wondered exactly how long it would take to get used to the frigid temperature of the water. Lenora jumped- startled- as a bit of water-plant wrapped gently around her ankle. She shook it loose. Good Godric. What if there were grindylows? Skip to next post Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #10 on February 18, 2015, 10:16:38 AM Sophie was floored by the number of people already there, though perhaps most surprised to see Alex - surprised but happy. She really enjoyed the other girl and if things hadn't seemed to be getting underway so incredibly quickly she'd have marched right over and squealed at her probably. As fate would have it there was too much going on to really do proper greetings, she hid her face as Eli dangled from his perch in a tree. She was a little surprised Figaro hadn't made it yet, she was sure Indica had mentioned inviting him - but maybe it was for the best since Zia had shown up. That was truly unexpected (but nice to see nonetheless)! She was a little relieved that Indica hadn't whipped everything off, Sophie wasn't exactly ashamed of her body, she just wasn't sure she wanted everyone and their brother (literally in Nora and Alex's case) to see her goodies. A part of her wanted to be a little daring as she kicked off her shows and slid down her shorts but she couldn't quite make herself unclasp her bra (she was not as prepared as Nora, she only vaguely matched).Sharing a look with Nick she cleared her throat, "You heard the lady Bevans, last one in's a mimbulus mimbletonia," then dashed toward the water, whipping her shirt over her head as she went, almost landing on Nora as she splashed down through the surface. For a moment it felt like all the air had left her body, completely shocked her system she might have panicked if she'd been able to think at all, but she couldn't so instinct took over and she bobbed back to teh surface with a squeal'd "GORDIC'S GARTERS"! He said before sticking his tongue out at the Slytherin. He was glad that there was a good number of people who showed up. Plenty to look at and plenty to distract everyone at the same time. With a quick explanation and a cheating start by Indica, everyone was stripping and running toward the water. When Sophie looked back at him he was already out of his tank top and loosing his shorts. Nicholas wasn't one to do things halfway, unless it was an essay, and he had no qualms about stripping to his birthday suit. Though he wasn't looking forward to the effect of cold water. He dropped his underwear as he approached the edge of the water, with a shout at Indi, and the others who hadn't stripped completely, "That's not skinny dipping," he barreled into the freezing water before diving in. The only way to get in was to do it quickly. Otherwise, he knew, he'd just end up standing there on awkward display. He came up sputtering, he'd breathed in water in the shock from the water. He coughed up the water before looking around and finding Sophie and Indi bobbing in the water. "Chickens. Merlin it's cold! Anyone know a warming charm that'll help?" Skip to next post Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #12 on February 18, 2015, 01:15:24 PM Marco had made his way halfway down the Gryffindor tower when he heard footsteps coming up the stairs. He was out way past curfew—and either it was fellow students who were out past curfew, or someone on staff. Either way, he was not going to take the risk of being caught. Sophie and Bevans had already snuck out—and probably successfully. He doubted that they were coming back up. He looked around—and saw a window. He fiddled with the window before easily unlatching it. It wasn’t very large, but just big enough for him to wiggle out, gripping on the windowstill before getting a good grip on the bricks. He carefully shimmied down the rest of the tower—before dropping down on the roof with a thud. There was still a ways to go. Marco slid down the roof, using his hands, knees, and tips of his toes to grip and control the level at which he came down.Climbing down was so much more complicated than up. He roamed the top of the castle, feeling an awful lot like—who was it? That one muggle superhero. He had heard his cousin, Verity talk about him once.Oh. That’s right. Spider Man.What a ridiculous name that was, Spider Man. At least there weren’t any superheros named Squirrel Girl, or Bouncing Boy or… Aqualad. Muggles weren’t that weird, Marco was sure of it. And if they were, they should be ashamed. Wizarding superheroes had much better names such as Baslisk’s Bane. Though he could never forget Man-Ticore and his trusty sidekick, Jackalope Jones. Marco spied a branch from a hefty looking tree and steadily made his way to it—and like an efficient Italian sloth, he climbed down the branches with much more certainty than when he had been scaling the building and wandering the rooftops. By the time he got to the lake, most everybody had already arrived. The majority of whom were as annoying as a drunk toddler on the Knight Bus. There were a couple people from his coveted, nearly noexistant list of peers that he actually liked, so it wouldn't be too awfully boring here. A few of his classmates were already in the water, so he began to take his shirt off to join them when—“Trrrrrrrrrllllllllll~~~!” Marco heard a strange trilling noise from the tree above them-- he looked up warily only to see… The king of the toddlers himself wearing nothing but a speedo and a backpack, crouched on a treebranch like a creepy forest goblin.Had he been out all night? Judging by the candy wrappers he was stuffing into his backpack, he probably had been. Come to think of it, dinner in the Great Hall had been weirdly peaceful—no dramatic sobbing from the Slytherin table. Six hours. Eli Amherst had been hiding in trees like some sort of vagrant for six hours clad in nothing but the most revealing swimsuit Marco had ever seen. Marco motioned vaguely above him, “Whose responsibility was it to watch Eli this time? You know he can’t fend for himself.” He gave Lenora a pointed look as she swam about, walking closer to the lake and stepping out of his pajama pants, “Your lesser half got his nipples pierced over the summer. There’s got to be a story behind that.” Eli let out a pterodactyl screech and lept out of the tree (that had to kill his kneecaps) and chucked his backpack at the back of someone’s head before flopping into the lake, swimming right up to Indi. ”I don’t remember what it’s like to be sober.” The slytherin whispered dramatically. Marco kicked off his shoes (losing one to the lake) and cautiously stuck his toes in the water, gritting his teeth. Merlin's balls, it was cold! Skip to next post Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #13 on February 19, 2015, 11:26:58 PM Never having been one to really break rules, Zia was momentarily reluctant to strip down. If any of her brothers saw her now they would have her wrapped up in a thick blanket before she could even think about taking her shoes off. The idea of it made Zia's new rebellious streak flare up and she immediately began taking off her clothes before she could really think about what she was doing. Some of her classmates had left their knickers on-- and Eli was actually in a speedo, which was technically appropriate swimwear -- but Zia made the choice to embrace her daring side and go for the full monty. She saw her cousin Marco and hoped that he wouldn't tell her parents -- or any of her brothers -- about any of this. She could usually trust him with her more risque secrets. It was just a little strange to be nude around him. The last thing she had on was a pair of purple lacy knickers, so she slipped those off and quickly jumped in the lake before anyone could get a really good look at her nether regions. She had no problem with her body, but it wasn't exactly something she showed off to just anyone. "Ah, fanculo*!" Zia yelped once her head reemerged. This was certainly not the Amalfi coast. This was Scotland, where it was already freezing. Goosebumps popped up all over Zia's body and she swam around to warm herself up. Giggling at the recklessness of it all, she made her way closer to the group and tuned into the conversation. "Anyone know a warming charm that'll help?" Of course! Zia did a facepalm. "That woud've been a good suggestion for before we jumped in!" Zia laughed. She didn't have her wand on her but it was nearby enough that she was able to do an incantation to warm the lake up a few degrees. Being a Ravenclaw would come in handy.... she just had to remember about that common sense thing.*f-ck. =P Skip to next post Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #14 on March 01, 2015, 08:44:00 AM "And what do you think you're all doing?" Ariadne asked, adopting her best prefect's voice, though keeping it low as she arrived at the bank of the lake, crouched in the reeds. She was still fully clothed, though wore shorts, and was wearing a hoodie over the top, her black curls tumbling out from the bottom of the hood and wand in hand. A broad smile broke out on her face. She adored the lake, though mostly for sailing upon it, rather than swimming in the stiflingly cold water. Such a large body of water, and the fact the sun was no longer warming the top of it, meant that it would be freezing. This would not be like swimming in Asia. "Last thing anyone wants is Storm seeing them in their birthday suit, Donovan perhaps, but meh, keep your voices down, I've had to run halfway round the castle to get away from Selwyn. He's on late patrol." The things she did for point scoring of the seventh-year type. If she got caught she would wave goodbye to her prefect status, but that wasn't the end of the world in the grand scheme of things. Skip to next post
Skip to next post
Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM] Reply #1 on February 15, 2015, 08:44:40 PM Sneaking out was a difficult thing for any student, there were tricks of course, paths to take, timing patrols (because somehow they seemed the same every year). Skip to next post
Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #2 on February 16, 2015, 09:18:34 AM A midnight skinny dip. Lenora had been excited about the idea. Skip to next post
Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #3 on February 16, 2015, 03:49:20 PM Sophie had waited, as not to arouse suspicion about she and Indica leaving so closely together. Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #4 on February 16, 2015, 09:45:48 PM Nicholas saw Indi leave, and took that as the sign to exit the tower and wait for Sophie. Skip to next post
Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #5 on February 17, 2015, 08:55:40 PM Sitting by the lake among an outcrop of boulders, Gracie waited with Alex and Virgil.[1] At Indi’s approach, she turned around, brightening. “Indi!” she cried, and leapt up to greet her.As much as the absence of a close friend continued to ache, others still remained, and Gracie was determined to make the most of things with them. Skip to next post
Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #6 on February 17, 2015, 09:14:47 PM Now that she was a Grown Up, Zia Piselli felt that she was responsible for being as irresponsible as she possibly could be. Skip to next post
Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #7 on February 17, 2015, 10:10:21 PM When she and Roh had come up with this idea, she didn’t know it was going to spread so fast. Skip to next post
Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #8 on February 17, 2015, 11:49:40 PM "Aww, don't worry Nora! Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #9 on February 18, 2015, 09:37:07 AM There were so many people! Skip to next post
Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #10 on February 18, 2015, 10:16:38 AM Sophie was floored by the number of people already there, though perhaps most surprised to see Alex - surprised but happy. Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #11 on February 18, 2015, 12:13:48 PM Nicholas put a hand over his heart, feigning pain, "I'm hurt, Gracie!" He said before sticking his tongue out at the Slytherin. Anyone know a warming charm that'll help?" Skip to next post
Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #12 on February 18, 2015, 01:15:24 PM Marco had made his way halfway down the Gryffindor tower when he heard footsteps coming up the stairs. Skip to next post
Re: [Sept 10] Swimming in a Daydream [7th Years, PM, M] Reply #13 on February 19, 2015, 11:26:58 PM Never having been one to really break rules, Zia was momentarily reluctant to strip down. =P Skip to next post

Ariadne asked, adopting her best prefect's voice, though keeping it low as she arrived at the bank of the lake, crouched in the reeds.
