    Members Made of Win


    Guidelines


      • A Member Made of Win (MMoW) is someone that you, the Absit Omen members, want to recognize strong role-playing skills and good out-of-character behavior. Nominations are accepted at any time! Simply send in a brief explanation as to why that Member is Made of Win via PM to any Curator.  You can nominate more than one person at once. The Curators keep a list of all the nominations sent in, so that every member who is nominated gets their time to shine.


        • Every month or so, the Curators will post a thread for the current MMoW. The order is completely random and does not reflect how many nominations someone has received, as the important thing is being recognized. Once the thread is up, feel free to post comments about this member and why you appreciate him/her.


          • You can mention in-character qualities, like specific threads, posts, and quotes you’ve found especially enjoyable to read, the member’s writing style in general, characterization, plot twists, etc. You can also talk about out-of character qualities. Is this person especially helpful, friendly, innovative, interested in open threads and new plots, or consistently reliable and prompt with replies? These are just some examples of qualities you can post about.


            • You do not need to have role-played with this person to send in a nomination for them, or to make comments in their MMoW thread. Every MMoW gets special recognition until a we post a new MMoW. Please try to post comments within that time period! We won’t bother locking the thread, so it’s not a big deal if you are away and want to post when you come back, but try to keep it in mind.


              • Please keep posts positive! The MMoW is not the place to post criticism.
