Physical Description:
Harri is a tiny scruff of a child. She doesn't look much more than skin on bones. She prefers to keep her dull brown hair cropped short as long hair is too much of a hassle and always seems to be perpetually dirty. Her eyes are a soft grey colour, that in the right light can look either blue or purple. With her short face and squat features she often resembles her father more than her mother excepting for her stature.

Harri prefers to wear anything that's comfortable not paying much mind to what is considered fashionable. She's often seen wearing a floppy knitted cap and a Manchester United jersey which has many of times caused those around her to mistake her for a boy (something Harri doesn't usually correct)

Personality Description:
Harri's personality is about as rough and tumble as her appearance. She has no qualms with speaking her mind, only because she sees no reason to hold her tongue. If she doesn't like something she'll let you know unconcerned with any consequences her actions or words might cause.

Due to her small size Harri feels the need to constantly prove her worth. She never backs down from a threat or a challenge which has oft times landed her in the Headmaster's office or the Doctor's. She strives to be like her father who was a boxing champion during his schooldays.

She's a fierce supporter of Manchester United and will just as easily fight for the pride of her favourite football team as she would cheer for them. At times she has been torn between aspiring to be a Football Player and a boxer, neither of which she currently has the build for.

Harri hates being called a girl. She will fight against it at every turn and tends to use the shortened version of her name so that people don't think of her as such. She easily gets along with the lads in her neighbourhood while shunning girls her own age who are "starting to get too girly for their own good"

History:
Dudley

In the summer of 1997 Dudley Dursley said goodbye to his cousin Harry and his crazy world of magic and was relocated to Kent, west of Surrey where he had lived his entire life. His father had been transferred to a partner company and Dudley attended a public school for his final year of Secondary.

Dudley seized the opportunity to reinvent himself. It was something he had been slowly working towards since his near death experience years before. Without the constant presence of his neighbourhood gang and his school mates he was able to make a new name for himself. He continued his boxing keeping up his bulky form and became less and less of a bully.

During the Christmas Holidays his father was entertaining a client who brought along their teenage daughter. Dudley was put in charge of entertaining her for the night and when he saw her it was love at first sight. The two hit it off and began dating, seeing each other mostly on weekends and talking on the phone during the week.

Gloria helped him become a better man, helping him see just how bad he had been as a kid though he strictly left out any memories or mentions of his cousin. By the following summer the two discovered that Gloria was pregnant. Instead of telling his parents, Dudley proposed and going along with the ruse Gloria insisted on a September wedding.

Vernon and Petunia were more than happy to oblige believing the union between their children would be an excellent business move. With the excitement and flurry of the wedding they were successfully able to hide Gloria's pregnancy.

Harriett

Harriett was born February 27th 1999. It has been said that she was named for Gloria's Great Grandmother but Dudley once confided that he named her for the cousin that saved his life. She was raised in a modest home and while she wanted for nothing her father was very adamant against spoiling her, something that oft times caused arguments with her Paternal Grandparents and her Great Aunt Marge.

Even at a young age Harri shied away from typical feminine things and enjoyed playing with her male cousins on her mother's side. She liked trains and trucks more than dolls and more often than not she came home filthy and covered in scrapes and bruises after playing with the neighbourhood kids. Her father was worried she would be bullied but her mother chose to embrace it, giving her the freedom to make her own choices.

When Harri was 5 the first sign of magic appeared. A boy in the playground was teasing her for being so small and acting like a boy. When Harri pushed him in retaliation he flew ten feet. Her Mother had no real explanation for the incident though her father seemed to change his attitude almost instantly recognizing exactly what happened.

He started to teach her how to box, saying it was for her own protection though he secretly hoped that if she could physically defend herself she'd be less likely to use magic.

Even still there were incidents and she started to see less and less of her father's parents as a result. Dudley had kept them away as a precaution, not wanting them to see his daughter use magic. He was proud of her himself, excited and scared about what she was and the world she would become a part of though he kept it all to himself, not telling Harri or her mother what was really happening.

Until her Hogwarts letter arrived.

He has been antsy during the entire month of June knowing that the following month would bring the letters. He wasn't sure if she'd get as many as his cousin had but he knew that he shouldn't avoid them either. When the first one arrived, confirming all his suspicions about his daughter, he sat his wife down and explained everything, all the way down to the pig's tail he had gotten when he was Eleven. Then he told Harri that she was a Witch (though she decided to call herself a wizard) and what that would mean for her.
