This was not how Zia had expected this night to go.

Finding herself in a puddle of tears in the Leaky Cauldron was not what she had planned on. No, she had expected to spend this time with Figaro, blissful. Lots of snogging. Instead, they had their first fight. How had it all begun? She couldn't even remember -- all she knew was that she had to get out. She couldn't be by him anymore.

She certainly stood out in her brightly-colored clothes, especially amongst the drab scenery of the Cauldron. Apparently unaffected by this, Zia picked a corner of the restaurant to wallow in.

Zia felt awful about the whole thing, but that didn't change the fact that she was sniffling into her tea. Reconciliation hardly seemed possible right now, but then again this was their first fight. She had no idea what was going to happen. Zia let out a big sigh and closed her eyes, forgetting where she was for the moment.

Arrow was sitting at a table in the back, minding his own business, or to him, studying everyone that came in, he was bored and that was never a good thing.  He had seen a few interesting characters come into the place, but then he saw her and instantly his mind focused.   

He'd seen her around a couple of times, but she was always with that Sellaphix kid and he normally didn't go for someone younger than himself, but he was bored.  He got up from his seat and took his tumbler of firewhiskey with him as he walked over to where the younger witch was sitting, turned a chair around so that he was sitting on it backwards and he rested his hands over the back of the chair and just looked at her for a moment before asking, "You alright?"

Pretty little Zia Piselli smiled weakly at the older gentleman who was now seated by her table. She tried her best not to look as pathetic as she felt, wiping her tears away. "I'm fine... It's stupid. Just a dumb fight with my boyfriend," Zia admitted. She was bad at lying and was especially bad at keeping her thoughts and emotions to herself.

Taking a deep breath and letting it out slowly, she took a drink of tea and did her best to regain her composure. She still felt pretty pathetic, but she introduced herself anyway. He was here, this nice man who wanted to make sure she was okay -- she couldn't just let him sit here and not talk to him, even if she was in a foul mood. "I'm Zia."

Arrow, being himself, decided to act exactly like himself and blurted out, "Yeah, you're Fig's girl aren't ya?" He had seen them together around before and never much cared to go after her like he did so many other girls.  "He hurt you?" he asked, in a slightly more serious manner.  He may be a royal jerk, but he, himself, had never physically hurt someone of the fairer sex, they were too much fun to mess with.

Sniffling, Zia blinked at the guy before her. He apparently knew Figaro, which both surprised her and made her nervous. She didn't want to badmouth her boyfriend in front of one of his friends, but she was raised to vent about her feelings and normally had many people to talk to. It was getting harder and harder for Zia to keep her feelings tucked away.

"No of course not," Zia responded immediately, shocked at the very notion. She sighed and calmed down -- the fight could have been worse, as this guy pointed out. "Just a stupid thing. Doesn't matter." She waved her hand as if shooing away invisible gnats. "How do you know Fig?"

Arrow leaned one arm on the back of the chair and looked at her, "Don't know him exactly.  Know of him, seen him around the alley." He didn't really know him, sure they'd talked, and he knew of him from Hogwarts, but Arrow had never really 'hung' out with Figaro Sellaphix.  He was a few years older than the kid, although he may not act like if from time to time.  A few of the kid's pranks had caught his interest at school, but he never sought him out to join in, or to congratulate him.  He didn't much care.

As for why he was now currently sitting in the Leaky Cauldron talking to Fig's girlfriend, well, there was no other reason than he was bored, and in his experience upset women were far easier to let him get under their defences than others and he intended to try to charm this little lady right off of Fig's arm and onto his.  It was mostly a game for him to see how far he could get before the significant other got pissed off or jealous.  So for right now, he had to play it cool.  He couldn't move too fast, they always got spooked when he moved fast.

"You two have a lover's spat?"

"Don't know him exactly. Know of him, seen him around the alley."

Pursing her lips, Zia nodded and wondered what other strangers knew Figaro -- and in turn, knew about her. A lot of things were said about Figaro Sellaphix, but they were all for laughs back at Hogwarts. Kind of like a school-wide inside joke. Now Zia was becoming curious as to whether any of those silly rumors were actually true.

"Yeah, maybe I don't really know him either," Zia said pointedly. She regretted it a little a few moments after saying it and it showed on her face. She sighed. "Let's not talk about Figaro. What's your name? You never told me." She gave him the best smile she could manage.

Arrow smiled when she said that she didn't want to talk about her boyfriend.  Mentally he checked a box off on his list - Step 1.  "Name's Arrow little lady." he said in his accented English.  He'd been told before that his Irish decent was evident in his voice, but he'd only ever noticed it when he was talking to women.  He loved that he came from Ireland and he used it to his advantage sometimes.

"So Zia," he asked her, "Where's your shining knight of a boyfriend right now and why is it that I'm cheering you up when he should be."  Whatever the answer she gave him, Arrow was going to use it to his advantage and maybe even get the pleasure of the kid coming into the Cauldron and see him comforting his girlfriend.  It had been a few days since he'd had a proper fight, even more since said fight erupted into spellwork. 

He would go for either one, but for now he was going to do what he did best and focus on the girl.  Which was funny, if he actually did want to settle down and find himself a girl, he would be awesome at it, for what he did to woo the women away from their prospective partners, could be used to woo a single girl to him as well, he just didn't feel like he was ready to settle down yet, and he hadn't found a girl worthy of his attention ..... yet.

Zia wasn't a gossip, and she definitely didn't want to hash out the unfortunate details of her argument with him. Already she was feeling remorse for the whole thing, and so she didn't want to think about it. In fact, she was going to pretend as if she didn't have a boyfriend at all, and blatantly ignored Arrow's comment about Figaro's absence.

"Arrow, what an interesting name," Zia commented, doing her best to veer away from talk of Figaro. She failed to noticed Arrows slight accent, as all English accents sounded alike to her. She did a pretty good English accent, but growing up in Italy made it difficult for her to remember to stick to one language sometimes. "Were you named after someone?"
