Hello, everyone! It's almost time for the 2009-2010 Hogwarts School Yearbook!

We are asking that writers submit their own character photos so that everyone is happy with the pictures chosen and so that we can get the official yearbook up faster!

When submitting, please use the following guidelines:
We understand that some characters have obscure PBs or are drawn, so there will be exceptions, but please try to stick to these guidelines where possible.

- Photos should be 150 x 200 pixels. If you do not have image editing software, many image hosting sites have cropping and resizing tools, including photobucket and imgur. If you need help using these sites, please feel free to ask! If you still can't crop or resize, send your photo of choice anyway! We will take care of it.
- Please try to use photos with a neutral or solid background
- Please use photos where the characters are facing forward
- Please use "headshot" style photos. Try not to use photos that are cropped in such a way that the head isn't fully visible. Do not submit extreme close-ups or full-body shots. Photos should end about mid chest.
- You may edit your photos, but please do not include extremely obvious color edits or heavy textures, unless they are something specifically required for the character


School staff are also included in the yearbook! Please submit Hogwarts staff photos using the same guidelines!

Submit your photos via PM to Waker Nolan by September 3.

If you do not submit a photo, we will choose one for your character.
