Physical Description:
This Ireland born boy has lightly tanned skin that he was blessed with at birth. His eyes are the color of sea foam - light green and blue mixture. His hair is brown with a hint of red in it and always looks like it's windswept.
His style of dress differs depending on the company he is attending. He has been known to sport a tuxedo to fit in with the old-bloods (what he calls his pureblooded friends and acquaintances). He often can be seen slinking around Knockturn Alley or other shady places in a pair of well-worn low-slung blue jeans, long-sleeve shirt, and either a leather jacket or a sleeveless wizarding robe.
He has piercings in both ears, his nose and his lip, but rarely wears studs in more than one place at a time, most usually his ears. He wears strictly silver jewelry, most likely decorated with dragons, snakes, or skulls.
Sometimes he has been known to have a white streak down the right side of his hair, but only on two occasions. When he wants to look particularly dangerous, or when the spell cloaking it wears off.
He has 3 tattoos, one visible to the public. On his right hand's knuckles he has the word KNAVE tattooed. He has a ninja star on his left hip and dragon curling around his left fore-arm.
He has a scar on his left shoulder from a run-in with some very shady characters in a dark alley somewhere, but came out of it alive so he wears it as a badge of honor that only he can see.
Personality Description:
Arrow is a shady character and not in a bad way. Although he'd definitely not the young man you would want to introduce to your mother.
Most of the time he's a trickster. He will do anything to make a pretty girl laugh. He is described as being very like a raven or a crow. He likes shiny silver things, will play harmless pranks on people (re-shelving books in the bookstore in backwards order or in the wrong section, replacing potion's ingredients with ones that look the same but have different non-lethal properties).
But he has a dark side, he gets angry easily and will speak out loudly for what he believes in. In a situation where innocent people are in danger, he would most likely grab the children and apparate them out of harm's way before coming back and trying to destroy what caused the danger in the first place.
He's addicted to any kind of coffee, but is particularly fond of cappuccino.
Arrow is also a heartbreaker. He has never had a serious relationship and prefers to have one or two dates before never contacting the woman again and repeating the process. He claims that he's just messing around before he finds the perfect girl.
History:
Growing up for Arrow was rough. His father wasn't a rich man and his mother preferred to pretend neither of them existed. Arrow's mother was an aristocratic lady who had a weak moment with some Firewhiskey and the butler's son. It meant nothing to her and as soon as the baby was born and was found to be a boy, he was promptly given to his father with a money pouch full of galleons and told to disappear.
Arrow's father took him home and tried his best to make the galleons last, but shortly before his 3rd birthday, Gavin spent the last one to buy his son a birthday present.
After that Arrow was frequently left with the elderly lady down the road as his father went out to look for odd jobs. He couldn't hold down a steady job with raising a small boy, so he moved around a lot leaving his son with strangers. Arrow grew to learn how to make people do what he wanted with a flash of his smile and a sweet word.
As he grew into his Hogwarts years Arrow made friends quickly and lost them just as quickly. He stole a girlfriend or two and got into a fistfight with one boyfriend and a duel with the other. He did decent in his studies, only doing enough work to pass, but secretly studying every spell he could come across that would aid in his trickster lifestyle.
When he was 14 his father didn't come back, leaving Arrow to fend for himself. He still stayed with the elderly woman that his father often left him with, but during the summer and all breaks, he would roam around the nearest town, or just stay in Hogsmeade and watch people. At 15 his mother finally decided she wanted to claim him as her son and started a bank account at Gringotts for him with more galleons than he could ever hope to need. He scoffed at her attempts, he hadn't needed a mother before, why would he want one now. He didn't have to wait long though, at 16 she got caught in crossfire between her brother and her father and she died from a cutting curse. The money was fully in his name, so he was a very rich teenager.
After graduating from Hogwarts he didn't really know what to do, he remembered he had money now. He didn't spend it like most teenagers would, but used it to buy himself a decent 2 bedroom house in the country-side and had the floo connected, not like he had anybody yet that would like to visit. He began roaming the streets of Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley, sometimes even Knockturn Alley and picking up bits and pieces of information. This 'hobby' came in very handy when people would catch him listening or he found the person who was being talked about and he offered to stay quiet for a price.
Now he's 19 and still has no clue if he ever wants to get a job, he is enjoying his free-living lifestyle and has no desire to change things.

Arrow is a slightly darker character than the fabled Robin Goodfellow - or Puck. He likes to pit people against each other, play jokes, and is an unreadable person. But he has a good heart, it will just take a special person to make him reveal it.
