[Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason; M) on December 27, 2013, 06:51:48 PM There were tiny, teensy moments when Lala got stupidly confused about this whole thing, about Jason... She never quite did the whole dating thing. Actually, scratch that. Before Jason the closest she ever came to a proper date was sharing a box of pizza on the roof of some sketchy rundown cinema, watching the movie through the cracks in the ceiling. So, yeah... this was strange and weird. But a good weird. She was all for new experiences, right? Regardless of how nerve-inducing they were... Right? So it wasn't that she wanted to make a good impression. No, wait, actually she did, which was awkward, because she didn't care. Not normally. And what point would it even have? They'd known each other for ages, and more recently, reaaaaally gotten to know each other. So it was all rather strange when, after a crapload of hours of prepping, she finally looked into a mirror, only to be met by something, that by Lala's standards was ridiculously appropriate, so she wouldn't say tame and dull. Even if it did still hold her own personal brand. She suddenly felt like she was trying too hard. And she hadn't the bloodiest idea what even she was trying for.So she was panicking. And by panicking she meant sweating nervously, breathing heavily, switching hair color through all the colors of the rainbow and pacing her living room while mentally going through her entire wardrobe in the hopes of figuring something out. But, seeing as life only handed shit cards to Layla Styles, it was then that the knock on the door came. For a few seconds, she just stood there frozen, cycling through emotions like she was on a decathlon to crazy. For fuck's sake, they'd been jumping each other's bones for two weeks without any sort of shame and now she was getting nervous?!With a final steadying breath, she pulled her coat on, grabbed her clutch and opened the door with a sort of vengeful force that was also visible in her intense expression. It was only when she actually raised her eyes to look at him that she finally felt herself relax, hair settling on her usual platinum blonde, eyes sparking to a sapphire blue. She laughed, as crazy as she might've looked right there, she laughed at her own idiocy, shaking her head when the laugh finally died. "Why, hello there, Mister Marren" she said with a pleased smile, giving him an appraising look. A very appreciative one. "Dunno where we're going, but I sure do hope hope they're serving helpings of naked you with a side of naked you" she continued, wagging her eyebrows and chuckling lowly, before she raised on her tiptoes to give him a very warm greeting in the form of a heated kiss. After getting off work and lounging under the warmth of his shower head, Jason had wondered for the countless time why he was fooling around with someone so young. But was age really that big of a deal? It ate him up a little bit, even as he dried himself off, brushed his teeth, put on his outfit, and left for Layla’s apartment. She didn’t mind though, so why should he? Or maybe she did mind. Maybe she didn’t want to burden him with the worries of their age difference. Why was he worrying so much about this? Rolling his eyes at himself, he picked up a flower (for a very decent price, he might add) before finally heading up to her apartment door. Jason rapped his knuckles against it before leaning on the doorframe, whistling softly under his breath. It was going to be ok. His hand moved to knock again when the door opened, his whistle pausing as he took her in. An appreciative tune escaped him before he unrolled his tongue and grinned. Jason didn’t miss the range of colors of her hair, though it appeared he was seeing the tail end of it as it settled on bright blonde. “Miss Styles. You are looking... sexy tonight.” He inclined his head to her, staying where he was as he tapped the toe of his shoe on the ground behind him. She always looked sexy, but there was something about a short black dress that just... mmm.A laugh escaped him. “I think that might be your dessert later.” He leaned into her lips, free hand holding her chin where it was until he was done with their greeting kiss. Jason pulled back and looked over her face, smirking before he glanced over her head into her apartment. No sign of her roommate... good. Pushing away from the door, his hand snuck out from behind him with the flower on it, offering it over to Layla with an amused look on his face. “I’m ready whenever you are, beautiful.” Fingertips ran slowly down the arm of her coat before grasping her hand, pulling her to him for another quick kiss. “Come on, our table isn’t going to be reserved forever.” Jason winked and waited for her to lock up before escorting her downstairs. "You're looking quite dashing yourself" she gave him a not so subtle one over with a pleased little smile in place. "And by dashing I mean incredibly shaggable" she wagged her eyebrows a little, chuckling softly. He could wear a suit every day, she wouldn't mind. Except she would, because she rather preferred him with nothing on. Or, well... He could keep the bow tie on. Hell yeah, he could."Well, good. I love me some dessert" she mumbled under her breath, eyes on his lips, chin tilted into his touch. When Jason pulled back, she was a little dazed, breathing heavily through her mouth. When he glanced back into the apartment, Lala turned her head too. "Oh, Ellie's at Alohomocha. Bothering Sander" she offered uselessly in explanation, turning to watch him when he pushed away.Lala stared at the flower with a confused little expression, raising her eyes to him and tipped her head to the side just a little. Very much like a puppy. Nobody ever got her flowers. She had no idea how to care for the potted or cut ones, and they kind of tended to die around her. She had one Venus flytrap and it was only because of the surreal amount of insects that crawled through the apartment that it had survived so long. "Huh" she said softly, with still a shocked expression as she reached for it. She was still out of it, when she found herself being kissed again and she melted into it for just a moment. "Right. I'll just–" she managed, still very much confused. Shocked? Overwhelmed? She looked at the flower with an intense frown and promptly snapped the stem with the leaves off, and smiled satisfied at herself. Pulling her wand off she put the flower in stasis and placed it behind her ear, keeping it in place with a bit of magic. "It's more–practical like this" she mumbled turning around to pull the door closed with a bit more force than necessary, stumbling back into Jason. It totally wasn't because she wanted everyone to see it. Nope. Not a chance. She locked the door with a string of curses and finally turned to smile awkwardly at Jason."So... where are we going?" she said, once they were in front of the building. She was nervous like hell, and she was sure everyone could notice. It was the twitchy fingers and lip biting that probably gave it away. Or, ye know... the general awkwardness of her entire body. He ran his tongue across them before meeting her gaze, winking. “Distance makes the heart grow fonder.” Distance from her bare skin, anyway. Jason knew what he wanted to do...Hearing her roommate’s name made his stomach twist in guilt. Why? Wasn’t it her sister’s decision? And why should he feel guilty for enjoying the perks of Layla’s youth? Nodding a little at her explanation, Jason pushed a smile back on his lips. The way she stared at the flower was adorable and telling. Jason realized that she needed flowers more. And other little tokens. He waited patiently for her to take it, a hunger in his eyes for something other than food. He nodded again while she just-Eyebrows rose in surprise as she dismantled the flower, laughing as it was stuck behind her ear. Fingers lifted up to brush a piece of hair away, pulling away as she went to mess with her door. “You make it look beautiful.” When she stumbled against him, his hands came easily around her. A breath of air slipped out against her neck, kissing slowly up to her ear. Jason easily pulled away as she cursed at her door, grinning when she finally turned to him. He shrugged at her question. “Somewhere.” He pulled his cap down a little before wrapping an arm around her back. Into the alley they went while he looked one way and then the other, his cap-grabbing hand pulling his wand out from an inner pocket of his dinner jacket. “Hold me tight.” Jason grinned in the shadows before apparating them as close to the pub as he could think to get. Once they had their feet under them, he pocketed the wand while his other hand helped to steady her. He caught her chin once more for a quick kiss. Jason took her hand and pulled her along, out and around the corner. Once they made it to the front, he reached out with his free hand and opened the door for her, waiting for her to cross over. Eyes rolled as she stood there. He let go of her hand and put his hand to the small of her back, insistent in its push forward, getting her to cross the threshold. “The Bull and Last.” Skip to next post Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #4 on January 04, 2014, 10:03:00 AM "Or, you know... The dick grow harder" she said without even thinking and regretted it the second the words left her mouth, eyes growing in their sockets as she swallowed loudly. Now that she was twenty, and you know, by all means and purposes an adult she might give that brain-to-mouth filter another go. But, on second thought– Naaaaaah, not really. He'll have to take her as she was or not at all.She stared up at him, with big blue eyes as his fingers pushed a strand out of her face and attempted to follow his hand with her eyes. She was sure that didn't quite make for a seductive view. She blushed and snorted awkwardly at his compliment, suddenly not being able to find her front door key or land it in the keyhole. Bloody keys. At his lips brushing her ear, she let out a little wheezing noise, torn between a giggle and a rather embarrassing whine. Jesus flipping Christ this dude was going to be the death of her. When his demand that she hold him tight came, Lala couldn't help but stare in awe for a couple of seconds. Wow, just wow... The suit, the grin, the–all his business was like ridiculously attractive. Mayday, Mayday Layla Styles! Do not–I repeat, do not– And then they were landing on flat surface again and after she got her stomach to chill out, she tipped her head into his fingers, looking confusedly up at Jason. And then there was kissing. And silence. And her brain was basically caput. What the bloody hell was going on here?Jason was pulling her along, and she finally woke out of her reverie and watched the back of the man in front of her with narrowed eyes. "You know... I don't trust people who smile before 9AM, don't like cats and think bacon is somehow unhealthy" she said in a small voice, apropos to fuckin' nothing, as if that could somehow hot wire her brain back online. You know, in its normal state–state where Jason bloody Marren was not some Batman-worthy dude. Which dude–huh, he totally was. There was a door opening–No, there was a door being open for her. By Jason. Lala stood there gaping with a confused, worried expression. People–real people actually did that? She was so done with this shit, she was 120% done with this. This was so bananas, it went and evolved into banana bread fresh out of the oven. Men like Jason Marren did not exist in Lala's universe. And then she was being gently pushed over the threshold and she walked cautiously, head turned around to watch him with narrowed eyes. Not only was he Batman, he was also– "Thank you, Mr. Wayne" she said with a loud, nervous snort. What? She made stupid remarks when she got nervous..."If you have a secret cave and a faithful butler called Alfred, I'll marry you right now" she declared stoically, with a no bullshit expression. Like she said: stupid remarks. She had lots of feelings over this entire thing, but scared shitless and wanting were totally in the top three. And Jason liked it. Well, as long as they weren’t in mixed company. And he didn’t have impressionable ears (and mouths that liked to mimic whatever came out that wasn’t supposed to). Or in the wrong social gatherings... Hm. Jason liked it so far. He smirked at her words and tilted his head. “That too.” It was cute how the things she said even caught herself off guard. He laughed at her words. “Well... I always smile, I don’t care either way, and bacon-” he glanced over his shoulder with a deeper voice, “is the best breakfast addition.” Jason bit the air and grinned before turning his focus to the area in front of them. He didn’t always smile, that was a little bit of an exaggeration. Jason tried, though. It was important to keep as positive of an attitude as possible. The world was hard enough as it was.The sound of activity from inside the bar tumbled out at them when Jason opened the door. Mr. Wayne? Jason screwed up his face before he shrugged behind her. No doubt that was one of those muggle references that he couldn’t place. It was familiar... tickled the back of his brain... but then it was gone because - hey, when a woman moved her hips in front of you, you appreciated it. “What?” Blinking, he looked back up before her words slipped through. “Is that all it takes? Talking about marriage pretty quickly, Lala.” Mirth slipped out with each word. Stepping in behind her, allowing the door to close behind, his hand trailed down and around her back to pull her in close. His lips came close to her ear, whispering something sinfully friendly before pulling back, offering a wink before moving them forward to the waiting server. It didn’t take long before they were shown their table; Jason waited for Layla to slip into the little booth, giving her backside a friendly pat when it passed by. Once in the booth with her, one hand found its way to her inner thigh just above her knee, grasping it playfully. Drinks were ordered and a menu opened up for Layla to peruse. Skip to next post Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #6 on January 15, 2014, 12:13:26 AM Lala was used to horrified gasps or maybe really confused snorts and giggles when her mouth ran ahead of herself but... Jason just kept on surprising her. And they were surprises of the you are amaze, I shit you not variety. And maybe, just maybe, whenever he took one of her incredibly awkward moments with a smirk or a smile or a genuinely amused laugh—just maybe, her heart did a little stutter and her stomach clenched in a way that made it all exciting. And when he went on with the laughing and the bacon and his perfect stubble and the eyes and the grin—she was so out of her depths it wasn't even funny anymore. Lala gulped audibly and quickly attempted to cover it with a casual giggle. She choked. It wasn't pleasant. Graceful was not a thing Jason was gonna get from her... Flailing mess of awkward limbs? Yes, that sounded about right."Oh my shit" she started completely mortified, and started to wave her hands and shake her head vehemently at him. "No—I mean not that you're not—NO! Oh my god, I need to shut up—unhh." And then he was plastered to her back and there went that filthy mouth of his, and Lala was just goo. As was her brain, a pile of mushy goo. When he stepped away from her, blood circulations seemed to restart to her brain and even if it took a few awkward fish-like movements of her mouth she eventually cleared her throat and followed him."I think it's really, really sad that you don't know who Batman is dude" she said completely casual, shrugging out of her coat, feeling the power of a thousand blazing suns shine upon her face. If she hadn't had enough blood going to her head before, now she had too much. And she looked like a bloody tomato when she blushed. Lovely, just lovely. This night was going fantastic so far...When she slipped into the booth it was with a running mental mantra of "Chill the fuck down, Styles. 'S just a dude." which, really, Lala had such a thing for lying to herself. The hand on her inner thigh didn't help in the least, especially not when her legs seemed to part like they were the Red Sea and he was Mose—oh, wow. No. That was not a metaphor she wanted to get into. Once her G&T was on the way she opened the menu with a violent movement, but it took about five minutes for her to realize that all the letters in it seemed to rearrange themselves into What are you doing?, You like him!, You think he's gorgeous, you wanna kiss him, you wanna hug him, you wanna love him, you wanna—No! Bad menu. Jesus fuckin' Christ!"How about you choose something for us" she said in a strained voice that came out more like squawk than... You know, actual human words. "Surprise me" she added, twitching nervously. Her reaction made him laugh - it also caused an odd sensation in his stomach, a weird flip and twist that Jason wasn’t entirely sure about. He focused on her instead, on the way the dress clung to her under the coat, how she tensed up at his words, how soft her ear felt against his nose. Even the way she smelled; right now it was the fresh scent of whatever perfume she used, the faint undertones of cleanliness. Soon enough it would be the sweaty effort of too much energy. The smell of success. Jason could wait.Of course, then she took her coat off, and he... forgot words. He helped her with it after a moment, grasping the collar as it slid down her arms. Jason smiled as he hooked it over one arm and they made their way to their table. He hung the coat on the hook next to their table, the cap coming off and joining it before he found his way into the booth with her.Fingertips raked through his hair to fix whatever the cap had done. Jason turned towards her very slightly, his fingertips running against her inner thigh, teasingly light as he watched her face. His other arm was casually behind them, resting on the back of the booth; he curled his arm around her, tugging playfully, briefly, on her earlobe that was furthest from him, finally letting his hand fall and rest on her shoulder. “Me?” Raising an eyebrow, he smirked and leaned forward, gently nudging her ear with his nose. His voice was loud enough for her to hear over the din of the restaurant. “I would love a really fresh piece of fish. Maybe some hot, steamy chips. I have been craving a juicy, well cooked fish n chips. Maybe you’d like... a medium rare steak?” All the while his hand trailed along her thigh, making its way towards the edge of her skirt. “Something nice and juicy that almost melts in your mouth?” His eyes took in the top of her dress. “And for your side... some creamy mashed potatoes? Or maybe you want the green beans with roasted nuts...?” His hand pressed further up, pausing when the waiter came back with their drinks. He grinned easily and pulled away to accept his beer, thanking the man before clinking his glass with Layla’s gin and tonic. “Cheers, love.” Jason took a hearty gulp before setting it back down on the table, his now chilled hand making its way back to where it had been. The upside to being in a corner booth was that no one was really paying attention to them. He brushed over the offensive material between them, smirking as he looked over her face. “How is your drink?” His hand took a plunge as he continued on with the conversation. “Make sure you leave enough room for dessert. I know the perfect things to get in your mouth. You will just die.” Skip to next post Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #8 on January 20, 2014, 03:37:34 AM So, okay he did the whole door holding thing and the flower and now the coat, and—she got it! Okay? She got it... He was pretty much unreal and Lala was so screwed because she had such a huge heart boner for him. Of the girl kind—the boner, that was. It was a legit thing, yeah? Then with the fingers and the arm around her and the... oh god, why? His voice did things to her, especially in close proximity to her ear. But never mind the voice, the shit that came out of his mouth had her swallowing loudly and her eyes glazing a little and what was air? How did one did the whole breathing thing? How did you brain? She was just about to let her head drop back on his arm and just say a big loud fuck you to public spaces and witnesses and, just about everything that wasn't Jason, when the bloody waiter popped out of nowhere. She took her glass with a furious blush and a very offended nod thrown at the waiter. Rude. Interrupting was so rude. She absently clinked her glass with his and took a hearty, nervous swig out of the glass mumbling a barely audible "Cheers."However, apparently the distraction hadn't been enough of a deterrent for Jason, so the hand was soon right where it was before and where she really wanted it back. They were so going to get thrown out and arrested for public indecency. She was an adult now, she really didn't want a record. Then again what was a record in the face of this? Okay. Fine. They could arrest her.The airflow to her lungs suddenly stopped and she let out a little wheeze, and the bastard—how was she supposed to still make out actual words now? "F—fine. The drink is fine" she squeaked, eyes narrowing at him as she inhaled through her nose. And it was only because of her mouth having a life of her own that she still managed to run it. "Oh, y—yeah? You gonna feed it to me?" she asked sounding a lot less seductive and a lot more hot and bothered and need to climb you, asap. "Yeah, I'm getting that" she then said with a snort. "You've a death wish" she dead-panned. Or, really, wanted to get them arrested. But that was fiiiine. Kinda like him. So fine. She was not above the eye for an eye technique, so her hand needed precisely 5.0 second to find its way to Jason's knee and slowly ascend. She would've liked to smirk and play it cool too, but that was above her current capabilities so she settled for sticking her tongue at him, like a mature, responsible, currently flirting twenty year old. "I really hope you're a fast eater" she finally grunted through her teeth, biting hard into her lip. God, they were worse than hormonal teenagers. Which, really, she still was. Skip to next post Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #9 on January 21, 2014, 04:22:13 PM To say that Jason wasn’t enjoying everything about their appetizer would be a lie. A very evident, blatant lie. Because he was practically giddy in the little booth with his hands occupied and Layla nearly dripping under his touch. He raised an eyebrow and licked his lips. “Good.” As long as she liked her drink, it was something to keep her mouth from going dry. Plus a little alcohol might help loosen her up so she wasn’t so tense.Jason wanted her to relax and let go and just be herself. While still maintaining a perfectly respectful noise level and appropriate table top actions. He chuckled as his eyes glanced over her face, continuing with his ministrations. “If you need assistance, I’m more than happy to help get it to your mouth. Just make sure you take the entire bite, and not to let it drip out of your mouth, ok?” He couldn’t help the laugh that escaped him as he moved his hand, shifting himself a little closer to her (as if that were possible). “I don’t know, death wish might be a first.” When she retaliated, his eyes closed for a brief moment, sucking in a breath and grinning wide. They opened in time to see the immature tongue that was stuck out at him, and he responded in kind, making a face as he did. “You should know better than anyone here how fast I eat.” The waiter popped back by and Jason pulled away for a moment, arm still around her as his hand came back up on the table. He quickly placed their order with a smile, thanking the man for his help, before fixing her with another look. As the waiter walked away, Jason picked up a piece of the roll that had been left behind, something to help take their mind off their wait. He licked his fingers after a bite, careful to watch her face as he did. “You should try the rolls. They are delightful.” He swallowed it down with a bit of his beer, leaning comfortably back into the bench. “Are you up for some dancing after?” Jason leaned over and kissed below her ear. "No, we wouldn't w—wanna waste anything" she agreed wholeheartedly if regretted the fact that there was some pun she was not able to form at the moment. And the way everything was going she might be needing help actually functioning. "I'll show you death wish" she muttered fondly, her hand moving intently to were she wanted it. And she had about a minute to relish in her victory, before that mouth of his went and poured a bucket of dripping lava all over her. If that were possible, because you know.. lava would incinerate you? And— Ugh. She swallowed tightly, narrowing her eyes at him and let out a soft hmph. "Oh, don't I know" she smirked slightly and gave him a heated look.It was Jason's casual distancing that made Lala realize they weren't alone, but that didn't exactly mean anything to her. So her hand remained in place and she smiled innocently at the waiter. And by innocently she meant anything but. She watched his Adam's apple bob up and then down as he swallowed and then his fingers and really she couldn't give a rat's ass about the rolls with that all up in her face."Where dancing is some sort of code name for hot, steamy sex, right?" she said after a few moments of staring in disbelief and blinking confusedly. It wasn't that she didn't dig dancing, hell yeah, she could get on like nobody, but dancing implied closeness without the... other benefits. And she wasn't sure she could do that. Not, without a straight jacket. And as far as fashion went, that was not on her list of DOs. But looking at Jason's face..."Uh, I might know a club or ten." The sorts where getting... jiggy on the dance floor was not frowned upon. "But that would imply a lot of bass and grinding" she batted her eyelashes sweetly and smiled devilishly. "And I'm overdressed" at that she frowned and scowled. Decisions. She was not okay with those. "You know... I entrust every decision to you. Don't torture me" she added with a very serious face. Sexually frustrated was going to be the feel of the night, she was sure. It was perfect. He made use of as much of his hand as possible, thumb encouraging her. “It’s terribly rude to waste anything when there are starving people out there.” Starving for what, that was another question entirely. And it depended on what the subject was about. Attention? Food? A good time? “Every. Last. Drop.” An eyebrow cocked playfully before he ran his tongue across his lips.He would have been stupid to not expect her to retaliate. In fact, perhaps he kept at what he was doing just for it. Jason was responsive for sure. He was wide awake. And she should know. Lips pursed as he assessed her, cocking an eyebrow before taking in a slow and deep breath. “I like to enjoy what I eat.” The older he got, the more he came to appreciate it.There might have been some trouble focusing on the ordering process thanks to Layla’s attempts to distract. He decided his hand would stay away as some weird form of punishment. Unspoken, of course. A laugh escaped him and he shook his head, taking another bite of the bread before responding with a mouthful of “Nope.” He chewed as he thought, tilting his head toward her. Jason kept other thoughts to himself as he shifted his hips, pressing closer to her, picking up his beer and taking a sip. He nearly choked at her self proclaimed statement. “Overdressed?! There’s not much left if you... wear anything less.” Jason shook his head in disagreement. “We’ll be fine dressed as we are.” Shifting in the booth once again, Jason caught her gaze and held it for a few moments, mulling over her statement. Don’t torture... as if he was going to. Swooping in for a kiss, Jason pressed briefly and lightly against her lips before pulling back, grinning. “Then let’s start with that drink, Miss Styles.” He held his up in a sort of challenge. What? The tension was too much. And there went that—"Your mouth should be illegal" she mumbled with a little frown, eyes tracking the tip of his tongue. But then hat would be wrong, because she'd be doing life sentences or something. Which... thinking about it—Yeah, it was kinda worth it.Finding him... pliant was both reassuring and gave her reason to smirk smugly, because hey, she did that. To him. With the whole perfect stubble and dreamy eyes and six feet of mouth-watering hotness and the whole Batman deal—she did that. "Yes, well, that's kind of how the eating thing works, isn't it?" she said, or well, squeaked to be perfectly honest, because she was just done. So done. 34987% done with Jason Marren and his mouth, and just because she could her hand did that thing he liked and set to its job with more dedication. His casual denial made her narrow her eyes and purse her lips because, seriously, there was a limit to how much you could do on a dance floor and not get arrested and that train had left the station when his hand got all busy, which, speaking of, she kinda missed that hand. And how perfect was it, that this wasn't some stiff awkward date in the end? If nothing else, they certainly clicked on one level. Oh and how they clicked, or well, perhaps click wasn't the most accurate sound effect, but—no. Her brain was already in incredible amounts of pain."You clearly haven't been paying attention to my wardrobe" she replied with a shit-eating grin. And then she leaned closer, her other hand going to the back of his skull, fingers carding through his hair. "Also, I'm wearing knickers today which, obviously, goes towards the overdressed part" she whispered with a little chuckle, stopping to nip softly at his ear before straightening her back. What? It was true. Knickers were overrated. The kiss was welcome and not really, because on the one hand it was sweet and soft and on the other, she really, really wanted and needed more. And he was never really going to heed her warning with the usage of Miss Styles, was he? Still a little gobsmacked, still breathing a little heavily, she completely ignored his drink, and pulled him in closer for a searing kiss, biting softly at his lower lips, tongue searching at the seam of his lips. And when she was well and truly out of breath, she pulled back swiftly, flush high on her cheeks and breath coming out in short little gasps. It was only then, that she completely removed herself from him, putting a safe, polite distance between them. She took her G&T and clinked it with his glass, only to completely bypass the straw and down half of it in one go. With a perfectly casual expression, she fixed her appearance and finally turned to give him a very serious, no-bullshit face. "I want to show up to tomorrow's client meeting looking like I got hit by train" she said apropos to absolutely nothing and took a small, heavy breath. "A train made of dicks" she continued, just as calm and casual."Where's that food? I'm suddenly starving" she mumbled, looking around the pub, like everything was just another completely natural and normal day. It was nice to be able to take her out for dinner, to spoil her on a date. She just made it incredibly difficult to focus on the evening task. If his mouth should be illegal, she shouldn’t even be allowed to open hers. Because, really, her lips were perfect and her tongue and... Jason just stared at her mouth as he considered it. “It is, kind of.” Jason wanted to watch her eat. He wanted to see her jaw clench as she bit into that tender steak. Watch her swallow... lick her lips. Fingers drummed slowly on the back of the booth behind her. She was fascinating in all sorts of ways. Eyes twinkled as he grinned to himself. He was also trying to keep calm and relax as she felt about the material of his trousers. “Trust me, that is one thing I definitely pay attention to on you. What comes out of your mouth? Maybe not as much.” His mouth turned into an ‘o’ before he laughed and winked; he was teasing, obviously. And then her hand touched the back of his head and he nearly went to putty. Eyes closed as she raked her fingers through his hair, lips parting just barely as he felt a shiver down his back. Her words made him feel parched. His tongue wet his lips before he smirked. “Maybe I like that you’re so overdressed.” It definitely posed a different consideration than if she wasn’t so overdressed. Then again, his brain went to mush when she pulled him in. Thankfully he had enough gumption to set his drink back down on the table before his hands grasped her and pulled her in closer. His lips easily parted for her tongue, sucking it in for a taste as the growing desire was let out a little. A hand found its way down to her waist, wrapping around to her back to hold her where he wanted. The other messed up her hair as he grasped the back of her head. She made him act like a teenager. Jason moved after her lips as she pulled away, catching himself as he attempted to breathe. Without realizing, he let her pull away, blinking at her in slight shock. Eyes widened a little bigger and he sat up straight. Finally he nodded in agreement. “I-” His voice cracked and he cleared it. “I can help you with that.” The way he was looking at her... one might have thought she was his meal, passing by the table.Jason licked his lips and took a stuttered breath. Hands moved over his outfit as he fixed himself. It wasn’t until a few moments had passed (and he’d taken in a few more breaths) that he smirked. Jason took a long drink of his beer, draining it before pushing it forward along the wooden table. “That’s a good question.” His arm stretched out along the back of the booth, lightly touching her shoulder before he bent it up and rested his head against his palm. His other hand picked up the napkin; he snapped it to put it in his lap and - oh no, it sailed to the other side of the booth, close to her, sliding down out of an easy grab. “Oh-” Jason scooted closer to her, his suddenly free hand squeezing her thigh. “I’m so clumsy, I’m sorry. Can you help me just pick it up?” Skip to next post Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #14 on January 27, 2014, 12:45:16 AM "Oh my god dude! Rude! I'll have you know my wit and brilliance is not just for everybody. You should consider yourself honored" she said in a faux-offended tone, shaking her head in disbelief. Her chuckle was cur short by his wink, and then she was just awkwardly wheezing. Psssh. 'Not as much.' She was a bucket of wisdom, she was."Do you now?" she asked absently, giving a particularly hard tug to his hair, still nuzzling at that spot behind his ear. She supposed it was something of a novelty with them... And by that she meant the fact that they were wearing clothes at all and for this amount of time. That should really make one stop and think, but Lala Styles was not really known for thinking before acting or questioning things, in general. That's what she had Ellie and Sander for.The kiss—her kiss, was, in hindsight a bad decision, because it was absolutely mind numbing and she only had herself to blame. And the way they fit, the way their mouths fit together so perfectly was nothing, if not completely earth shattering and he wanted to go dancing after this?! Fuck, no! Or well, at this point, she really wasn't opposed to dark alleys, if she was honest with herself. It was worth it, so fucking worth it, for his lack o f words and his face and she smiled microscopically, barely containing her need to fist pump. Her head turned to look athim, and she might've choked a little at the way his eyes - crazy eyes, mind you - were looking at her, and his casual offer for assistance, and—she was good at this game, yeah? Just... Jason seemed to be better. Or at least he had the unfair advantage of being able to focus for more than one minute on one thing. It wasn't her fault that looking at him, any part of him, always reminded her of what he was capable of, yeah? She watched him fix himself with a little smile and narrowed her eyes as he continued moving only for her gaze to follow the falling napkin with varying levels of suspicion. His hand on her thigh only put a purse in place on her lips and she eyed it warily, before moving back to his face that was anything but inconspicuous. She let out a little hum and eventually bent over to retrieve it, stretching a little, fingers barely able to graze it. Skip to next post
Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #1 on December 28, 2013, 01:25:43 AM Jason was nervous for other reasons than Layla. Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #2 on December 29, 2013, 01:21:21 PM "Why thank you, kind sir" she grinned wickedly and winked at the compliment. Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #3 on January 03, 2014, 07:59:46 AM Jason grinned, his cheeks bunching up as his eyebrows rose, eyes twinkling mischievously. “Ditto.” He took her in again, his bottom lip stuck between his teeth as he took in an audible breath, grinning around it before letting his lip go. “The Bull and Last.” Skip to next post

Skip to next post
Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #5 on January 08, 2014, 08:16:56 AM There was one thing certain about Layla: she said whatever was on her mind. Skip to next post
Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #6 on January 15, 2014, 12:13:26 AM Lala was used to horrified gasps or maybe really confused snorts and giggles when her mouth ran ahead of herself but... Skip to next post
Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) [M] Reply #7 on January 17, 2014, 02:51:36 PM M for imagerySo she did or did not want to discuss marriage? You will just die.” Skip to next post
Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #8 on January 20, 2014, 03:37:34 AM So, okay he did the whole door holding thing and the flower and now the coat, and—she got it! Skip to next post
Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #9 on January 21, 2014, 04:22:13 PM To say that Jason wasn’t enjoying everything about their appetizer would be a lie. Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #10 on January 24, 2014, 06:26:20 PM She stood there, mouth agape, breathing shallowly as the words just kept pouring and it wasn't everyone that could actually silence Layla Styles. Skip to next post
Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #11 on January 25, 2014, 01:19:33 AM Jason smiled to himself as he watched Layla’s face, enjoying the way she stumbled over her words. Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #12 on January 26, 2014, 11:18:08 PM "Yes, Jason the starving children of Africa are sure going to thank me for not wasting this" she snorted under her breath, rolling her eyes a little only to end on a fond smile. Skip to next post
Re: [Mar 26] I'm looking for a reason why (Jason) Reply #13 on January 27, 2014, 12:04:15 AM The longer they sat in the booth, the longer Jason wondered how long they might last. Can you help me just pick it up?” Skip to next post
