    Physical Description:
Camille is a very tall woman, whose face reflects that of a hard living. She has narrow shoulders and well rounded hips, and often displays them by the various tight clothes she tends to wear. She is the sort of woman to wear men's clothes and expel sex appeal as naturally as breathing--despite her attempts to mask her beauty. Even though age plays it's part, the lifestyle she lives often adds years to her reflection.

A heavy smoker her fingernails will often yellow if unkept and her hair changes from various shades of blonde thanks to a bottle of peroxide and a bit of bleach. With thin brows and narrow cheek bones, it's clear that Camille at one point could have been very vain, but hard living and engine grease is enough to take the aspiring fashion model right out of you.

Having a fascination and deep love of leather, Camille is very rarely without her jacket, a WWII bomber jacket that is reflective of both her heritage and her personality. Her lips are often painted red, and her eyes outlined in kohl. She has a very mainstream yet vintage style and isn't afraid to use it.

    Personality Description:
Camille is a hard woman, that is difficult to get close to. She often comes across as rude and cold, and frankly very blunt. Do not be offended if she brushes you off, or her icy eyes freeze you in your spot. She has a very dry personality and an even drier sense of humor. If she is laughing than it is because she doesn't find you worth her time, and is secretly finding ways to be rid of you and your weaknesses.

A very intelligent woman, Camille, wasn't named 'The Conductor' for anything. She can dance circles around mechanics, having grown up in a military town she is used to doing things her way and the hard way. Do not feel bad if you can't keep up, it's not uncommon.

    History:
Born, Klavdia Romanov, Camille  adapted her name after a performance of the theatrical version of The Lady of the Camellias, a stage adaptation of the Alexander Dumas’ novel in her early teenage years. Having grown up in Vladivostok, Russia she was no stranger to outspoken men and the tough women that called them their own. At an early age she was drinking and swearing, and by the time she was 13 had her first tattoo. Her father worked for The Ministry of the Railways, and was gone for months at a time, leaving Camille with her mother a dressmaker who simply couldn't get her little girl to be just that. Always in trouble and out of reach of her mother, Camille found her family in the local port theatre that for so many years entertained the port city. Despite a failed attempt at attending a wizarding school Camille did her best to practice what little magic she had mastered. It wasn't until the death of her mother did a teenage Camille learn that growing up was never easy, especially if you had to do it too soon.

The death took a great toll on the family, and Camille was forced to spend what was left of her childhood traveling the countryside with her father, a conductor. Having never had a good relationship with the man who sired her, Camille found herself in a bit of purgatory. His drinking got heavier and his sanity started to slip. She knew she could remain no longer. Unable to return to school, Camille  took to the tracks without ever looking back, and spent the next few years with a traveling performing troupe that dabbled both in classic stagework and modern movements that saw them all the way to Moscow. However, the loss of a bet soon had the performing troupe under the care of a raven’s black wing, and Camille a seat next to their King's throne; here she realized she wasn't alone with only having ever been half trained in magic and hides that fact from everyone. It is unlikely she will ever fully be schooled in the art of wizardry, but that doesn't mean she can't drop kick you into getting what she wants.

Describe your job duties and how you go about them:
Camille, the second in command to the traveling circus, oversees the packing and unpacking of the caravans and when they can afford it, the train. She fixes nearly everything that breaks, and is found rewiring a sign long before she is in a bed of roses. Often the wizarding world commission her to repair various enchanted objects that magic simply can not do, and help come up with new devices to capture muggle attention.

Elaborate on your expertise in your field:
Having grown up in a military port Camille learned to survive at a very young age. While her father was gone for months at a time she became the backbone of the family and the one to fix things around the house so that they didn't have to wait until his return. She is quick witted and sharp minded therefore a perfect ally for those in desperate need, and with enough driving force to follow a task through she comes in handy when times are hard.

    Writing Sample:
“You are so stupid sometimes, Jean-Luc.” Her voice came like a hiss as the serpent that was his second did slither around his shoulders in search of any sort of injury. He was breathing hard, his face flush, and the cool winter’s night enough of a challenge as it was to follow through with the will to survive. They couldn’t do this much longer, at least not like this, but as she disrobed her King; Camille had the strangest suspicion that there wasn’t enough horses in a kingdom that could ever drag him down.

“Tell me, did he hurt you?” She asked again, working her fingers over the buttons of his shirt to remove it over his shoulders. The cold night air hit his bare skin like a bucket of cold water, but the Romany king could feel nothing. He wanted to laugh, as the magic surged through his veins like a lovespell, and the bolt of electricity the same as reaching passion’s ends.

“You have no idea, Conducteur, of the suffering that I have gone through to see to that bastard’s end,” The stone of the frozen alleyway gave refuge to many, but tonight it was his sanctuary and as he pressed his shoulders back against it already he felt the heat escape through his skin.

“I have little faith in that, Your Highness,” Camille’s voice was so dry and her dark thin brows lifted in disgust as he replayed the night’s events over, “But I would not think you to be so ignorant. You practically fed your little pet to the wolves.” The coat was tossed, the dumpster a few blocks away home now to many of their costume parts, but even she was ready to be free from the leather that often found her such great pleasure.

Sum up your character in one paragraph:
Camille, a survivor, would faster be your enemy than your friend, but once that loyalty is gained it is there forever. Though her time is spent in the painted world of the glamorous stage lights she is not to be mistaken for some dull actress. Through red lips often smudged with mechanics grease, she takes command of the world around her, and can get a lazy bunch of freaks to their feet faster than any whip. However, if it takes a good crack of leather to get a rise out of her people than be warned, she has many whips to chose from.
