The Hopping Pot,
About 1:00AMLala waltzed into the Pot as if it were a second home, because there were days when she spent more time in there than at home. Then again, there were whole entire weeks when Lala didn't even take a single step into her own apartment. So... that was debatable. Closing the door behind her Lala shook her head, hair turning into a plain strawberry blonde from the platinum blonde before.
She walked straight to he bar, grinning at the bartender and waving her free hand about. "Yo! Zeke, my man" she said when she got in talking distance, nodding her head in greeting. "I come bearing food" she continued raising her hand up, and placing the plastic bag on the bar, while she was struggling to hop on one of the bar stools. Why was everything so bloody high? When her bum was safely up the stool she shrugged her backpack off and hung it on the back of the chair, quickly followed by her jacket.
"There's a Subway melt and an Italian B.M.T. I'm fine with whichever" she said gesticulating towards the bag. "There's no cucumber in either because that crap's just nasty" she added scowling.
Ugh, cucumbers. Turning around to look around the pub, noticing it being almost deserted, she gave a little shrug and turned back to face Zeke. "Prepping for closing?" she asked, digging into the bag and taking the remaining sandwich. "I can help you close, after we eat" Lala offered, violently ripping into the cardboard box.
Taking a bite out of the sandwich she let an almost obscene moan and threw her head back. "I've been dreaming of this moment all day" she said around a mouthful. She'd only gotten paid about an hour ago and hadn't been home since morning, and Lala's breakfast consisted of coffee and cigs.
"So... 'sup? How ye been" she grinned, obviously in a better shape for socializing now that food was in sight.
