She is a force of nature with her cast of gothically inspired, darkly humored, fashionably elegant and ambiguously moral characters. Amara is unafraid to write villainous characters more complex than common cliches such as her titular namesake would suggest, the half-veela Slytherin heiress channeling much worse than otherworldly beauty. She has all types from the Báthory wickedness, Philip's crass, Layla's near-memetic personality, the moodiness and vanity respective to the Blackwell brothers, the Desrosiers' refinement and most recently the stern ship of Professor Di Luca at the Potions helm. Amara is known to write elaborate densely detailed pieces to build up the world shaped by her characters, like a ritzy chocolate coated with sweet confectionary that gives way to a delicious dark cacao core.Amara is a frequent presence in the cbox and can be fun to chat with. It's always a joy to see her exquisite artworks for when she has a distinct image for certain characters and the headers of their biographies that bleed the personality of each. Whenever you suggest going out more, I get a chill in my heart bc I would miss you so much, and the past days (though it felt like so much longer) have reminded me of how wonderful you are bc I missed youuuuuu. But, quite aside from my deep love for you, you write so beautifully and I absolutely love your characters, they're all so well developed and I love that I can never predict what they're going to do.
