Wash That Poison Down Your Throat

Ahem. Yes. Me trying to be creative with titles for these plotting threads might not be good since they all end up sucking, BUT let's just get to the plotting side of this.

SO, just to catch up those of you who haven't stalked the thread, Flynn Hughes has lost his plant, pants and dignity. The missing plant in question, as it turns out, is a cure for lycanthropy that Flynn and Ianto have been working on though not yet perfected. Which will lead to Cooper growing quite desperate to use this cure to basically get rid of all werewolves.

Now, the plant is still not ready and, as a matter of fact, it's rather poisonous to both regular wizards and werewolves. But Cooper doesn't care -he's about to be quite ready to start testing it. Which would where y'all come in: Coop's soon going to be trying the plant out on some unsuspecting victims, and you're welcome to be one of them.

  • Sign-ups are welcome for any character out of Hogwarts, since Cooper would never put a child's life at risk.
  • Side-effects will be explained later on, but for now let's just say that they can get quite deadly. While healers will be quickly on the scene to save everyone's butts, if you have a character you wish to see perish I'm open for that.
  • The location for this "attack" is undecided as of yet, so any type of character can sign-up and we'll figure out the details later.
  • If you handle a healer and would like to have them be one of the first-responder's feel free to offer yourself up.
  • Aaand, that's all I have to add for now. Ideas are quite welcomed.

Let's get this plotted!

If you'd like to help me arrange some NPC deaths, Niobe could cover them in the paper.  DP articles really help give a plot some good background and 'flavor'.

He'd only be testing the plant on werewolves right? A string of deaths of registered werewolves would be all the drama!

*Nods* While I'm up for anyone to sign up and we can easily figure out a way for non-were's to end up in the mix, Coop'll be testing the plant on werewolves only.

And, that works brilliantly, Sarah! Really brilliantly and I'll just not think about how much trouble is about to come to Cooper, lol.

Flynnie will be reporting all he knows, once he figures it out!
He also has some antidote concocted, since... He always accidentally poisons himself with his experiments. Still, it wouldn't be enough for everyone who got poisoned. Also, it'd be difficult to figure out it was that plant unless he was working directly with the patients... With him on the Spell Damage floor, he probably wouldn't interact with them directly unless it was huge enough that the healers on the Poisoning floor needed help?

While I doubt it would work at all on Frank, since he's not a conventional werewolf, he would try it even if he wasn't tricked into it. He'd be desperate to not be a direwolf.

If he gets really sick and doesn't die, as in someone gives him that antidote, I'd be up for helping with this humanitarian-gone-wrong plot.

If their thread together is any indication I think it's safe to say that Cooper and Lexus don't like each other. That being said he might not be too worried about trying it out on her especially if there's a possibility it might kill her :P

I don't want Lex to actually die but I'm more than willing to have her be collateral damage in Coop's crusade to find a cure. Also not sure what kind of effect it would have on her since much like Frank she's not a conventional werewolf anymore, considering she's permanently half changed even without the full moon now.

Like Kelly said, the only way anyone'll die here is if they expressivly want to. Otherwise everyone will get the antidote somehow, someway. We won't be killing anyone off against the will of their writer :P

Frank, it'd probably be great to have someone helping Cooper out with his cause -especially as I have a feeling he'll end up in a LOT of trouble for all of this XD

Ambs, he's basically going for random targets, but I think if he recognized her before going on a poisoning rampage he'd most probably skip her -she's too valuable of an asset ALIVE. She can still be a part of this, Coop'll just have to not recognize her until AFTER oing on his poisoning rampage.
