  Hogwarts welcomes a new Keeper of the Keys in Milo Monroe, following Locksley's promotion to Creatures Professor. Meanwhile, visiting experts continue their sessions.
  
  Common Rooms are the heart of every house, and in Ravenclaw, they are not always studying in theirs. For some, it is too warm inside so out to brave February weather they go.
  
  With Valentine celebrations still tainting the air, there are a few worries amongst even the most studious. Thankfully for a few billywig stings are enough to take their mind off things, or impressive spellcasting. 
  
  Professor Storm lays down a challenge for two able NEWT students, and then marches them all into the forest for an overnight challenge.

  Nate Briggs, Azkaban inmate gets a visit from his equally shady wife, Dazmond Wiedman. Soon enough, infamous Kingstreet joins him in that lonely outpost, caught at last. But conviction is not always welcomed.
  
  Le Masquerade continues to be a regular meeting spot for delectable witches, while those with shocking locks have a night in Signature.   And elsewhere, it seems as if an infamous establishment long since closed might finally be re-opening its doors.
  
  Auror Longbottom returns to scarlet robes, while Mark Hunter finds he's the hunted one with Harcroft and Roh.
  
  Concerned by the events at Hogwarts, Knight seeks out Ellis to discuss werewolf matters, and later answers curious questions from budding journalist, Reid.  And for two St Mungo's staff, living together is anything but smooth, nor is it quiet at the Ministry, where Bagnold battles the lifts for the upteenth time.

  Owl Accounts are Here!
  
  Ever been inundated by PM notifications whenever we send out an announcement?  Worry no longer!  In mid-July, we implemented Owl Accounts in hopes of cutting back on mass private messages.  (As well as making sure that we don't accidentally bring the site down!)
  
  Your Owl Account is your main account where the Curators will send Announcement PMs like the Fortnight Flier.  In most cases, it is the same account as the manager of your member board.  If you'd like to switch your Owl Account at any time, just let a Curator know.

  The rules for what behavior is expected in the cbox has been updated and moved into the rules pages.  You can read them here.   March 2010 Weather Forecasts for London and Hogwarts
  
  London Forecast for March 1-15, 2010
  
  Contrary to what your gran always told you, this year March is coming in like a lamb.  Spring is, most definitely, in the air!  After a blustery end to February, March dawn warmer and drier.  It still gets rather nippy at night, though, so don't go stowing away the jumpers quite yet.  Conditions stay dry, with a mixture of sun and clouds through most of the two weeks with a weak disturbance pushing into the area for the second weekend of the month.  After two days of rain, though, mild and partly cloudy to sunny conditions. 
  
  Best Sunny Days: March 2^nd, 7^th and 16^th. 
  Watch for rain: March 12^th and 13^th. 
  
  Enjoy the good weather while you can!  Strong storm systems will bring winds, heavy rains and even thunderstorms for the second part of March!
  
  Hogsmeade & Hogwarts Forecast for March 1-15, 2010
  
  Though the first few weeks of March bring a much needed relief from the rain and snow, it will still be chilly in the Scottish mountains.  Daytime temperatures start to creep above freezing towards the second week of March but nights continue to be bitter cold.  Expect the February snows to start melting off during the first week of March leaving a messy, rainy, slushy, muddy first weekend of the month.
  
  Hogwarts and Hogsmeade residents should keep an eye out for lakes and streams to be cresting higher than usual with all the rain and melting snow!
  
  Enjoy the Sun!: March 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 8^th and 9^th.
  Watch for rain!: March 15^th - 7^th and March 11^th - 12^th.  Be prepared to dodge showers March 13^th - 15^th. 
  
  Don't take Spring for granted quite yet!  While the milder, gentler weather will linger longer around Hogwarts than in London, those strong storms at the end of March will also be hitting Scotland, bringing winds, rain and even more snow.
