Yeah, yeah, I know, been bad about writing you again. This Prefect thing kills my sleep schedule. Some of my housemates have laid off a bit with it, so can't complain there. Haven't come down with a case of lawful dorkness yet. Tappy's probably disappointed. Like that'd work for herding cats Slytherins.

We've got a new CoMC prof, again. Supposedly he's a cowboy, um yeah ok. Hoping the class doesn't get dull, he's not as much fun to watch as Ó Móráin. Seriously though, are all the staff spots cursed these days? Never going to work here myself, more herding. If I wanted that I'd go raid.

Except for the part that I don't have a computer here. Or a phone. Hogwarts hits itself with the archaic stick way too much.

Anyways, anything you can tell me about internships? Think Storm's going to be sicced on  me soon if I can't hand him and Tappy some solid sort of plan stuff. And I've got a few months left before actual worrying time starts even.

Send energy drinks.

Gigi,

It’s good that your housemates have stopped bothering you. However, and I’m putting on my lame uncle hat for this, if you feel that feel that following and enforcing the rules is darkness you might want to rethink your auror internship. (Yes you read that right, all you need to do is apply for it to make it official.) I told you I won’t go easy on you and that does include any rule breaking, so you might as well get used to being a lawful dork.

Tappy mentioned that there were new professors again. Ishane’s feeling somewhat regretful that she left her post as the Herbology professor, though I certainly appreciate the peace now that she’s no longer spitting nails about discipline over that whole greenhouse issue. Also Ishane wants to know if your new professor is an actual cowboy or just a poser.

I certainly understand the feeling of being separated from your electronics, (why do you think Ishane and I moved out where we did) but it’s just a year and a half until you’ll be out on your own and you can live full time in the muggle world.

Nah, don't worry, sure you have enough headaches. No troll antics, just don't expect me to be Harcroft. But with this much for energy drinks I'll be good. (Course, if I drink all this Mana will I be a mage then? Joking. Mostly.)

The new Herbology professor seems decent enough, but tell Ishane that I'd pick the class back up if she was teaching it. We'll see if the new prof works out, but I'm not betting on new peeps sticking around. Pretty sure the 'cowboy' is just a poser, though, he's...yeah, posery.

We get a field trip for Muggle Studies in about a week, see how much the teacher goes on about how adorably eccentric Muggles are or something, gag. Might get lucky though, get to go play some trials at a gamestop while we're there. Need my own damn phone.

Year and a half seems like forever. Start with waiting til summer, can manage that. Least with caffeine. Hope my arena team can get a healer, hate to resort to asking Tappy. Never hear the end of it.

Don’t worry; I would never expect you to act like a robot. However since I work with a couple of them you’re going to have to deal with them, unfortunately.

Ishane says thank you and she’s glad that the new professor is decent. Ishane wasn’t surprised that the ‘cowboy’ is a poser, but she was surprised to find it here in the UK. Apparently it’s a thing in the United States acting like a cowboy. 

And here I thought you would enjoy being back in civilization, even if it’s just for a day. You could ask Tappy if he could bring you your phone for the trip. He is going on it, right? As a chaperone I think he said?

Last I heard, Tappy’s already committed to playing with Ryan and Sonya. I wouldn’t worry about it too much; you still have several months to figure things out. Heck maybe by then my druid will have a healing set finally and I could help. You could also talk to Ish; she’s been healing on her shaman on raid nights.

Do they know the robot dance? Guessing they don't do the Three Laws. Kind of hard to be an Auror and pull that. Guess it saves on the coffee though.

And I wouldn't call the field trip back in civ. More like peeking at it through the glass while the dullness brigade attempts to tap on it. Phone would be good though. If someone didn't forget about that whole bill for the service. Someone.

We'll see what's a good team comp when we get there. Maybe it'll work out for us both to sneak. See what the ghostcrab pulls.

Don't think you can pull internet at Hogwarts or else I'd ask. Elaborate shielding mechanisms?

Tell Ish I'll peel people off her if she heals.

Heh, but no. Though a few might know what you were talking about, asking about that stuff will mostly just get you looks.

Hmm, too bad. Though you only have less than a year and a half left. Tess has six and a half years left and we’ve already had quite a few letters from her complaining about not having access to google.

Given what happened to my phone when I forgot to take it out of my pocket before going into work, I would say no. Even if you did manage to get technology working at Hogwarts figuring out the logistics for getting working internet into the castle is a whole other thing. Figuring out the wiring alone would be a nightmare, and that’s not even getting into the cost.

Waiting until summer is probably for the best. Information about what’ll be coming out before the expantion seems to indicate that major changes and several of them are going to be added to the game before the expansion is released. Speculation is rampant as always about Cataclysm and no I haven’t heard anything about Beta yet.

Ish says you better or else your dreams of arena glory are going to go up in smoke.

Me, getting looks? Already got Tappy for that, don't need more of it.

And he's not replacing my phone if I bring it to school. Keeps talking about how I need a job. No inheritance for me, looks like. See if he'll let me have a job, here. Of course my brother's a worrywart.

Print out some expansion previews and toss them at me? Looking forward to it, least if they don't nerfbat rogues. Make that peeling harder.

I'll keep them off Ish either way, don't let her worry.
