Thank you for a fantastic go of it.  For this final post the AO Curators have taken over the Deus Ex Owl to wrap up this exciting endeavor!

It would be unfair to say that Hogwarts students had the advantage of home turf when it came to a night spent battling the Forbidden Forest, for surely proximity to a place so vast and terrible is no kind of advantage.  Even the boldest of students who'd ever venture from castle to wood never get so much as a glimpse of the Forest's reach and depth.

That is not to diminish, of course, the feat that Molchenoff, Austin, and Duarte were able to manage.  Despite a shaky start that had Durmstrang's Molchenoff abandoning his team, it was this groups singular no-nonsense teamwork that appeared to be the key spell in tackling this Treacherous, Entrapping Task.

Whilst other groups toiled, bled, fumbled, and struggled against the horrors of the wood, these three found a way to take in hand what only they had laid eyes one: the golden snidget.

Upon their gentle capture of their prize, the compass became a glowing beacon and illuminated a column of light moonward.  Soon, smiling Tournament officials arrived to whisk them back to the Pavilion where accolades awaited them.

All the champions are retrieved and Apparated back to the staging pavilion.  Healers are standing by to mend wounds, and reporters are eager to find out just what went on out there.
