Alexa knew where Rohan had set up his office. She had heard through the grapevines that he had a great idea. And she wanted to be a part of it. She knew she would be valuable, and she wanted to be involved to give her something to do all of these days, when she had to pretend to be plastic.

Alexa walked from the dungeons up the stairs to the fourth floor, and into  the empty classroom that Rohan had claimed as his own. She flung open the door, and Rod Timmis stood at attention, guarding the entry way. "Do you have an appointment?" He asked. She scoffed as she placed a hand lightly on his chest and flashed a smile

"You know Rod, you were always the cutest." She said dreamily, as he slowly backed up. She kept a hand on his chest, slowly pushing him, with dreamy eyes. "So cute, so smart." She slowly guided him down to sit, as she approached Rohan at his desk.

"Word on the street is you're starting up a Mafia. I want in."

Rohan really had nothing better to do but sit in the mass of leather he dubbed a chair and contemplate new members and plots.  The silence of his thoughts was a tad awkward with Rod standing right by the door the whole entire time, but Han scoffed at the idea of Rod caring anyway.  His desk was an odd one, as no papers sat on it, only a small lamp that was never illuminating the room.  It was more of an object to sit in front of him so he had some sort of barrier between him and guests, and he rarely even put his hands on it.  When the desk was in use, it was a foot rest. 

He heard no knock when she came in, only a door slamming against the wall.  Rohan originally thought that it was one of his enemies barging in to yell at him for something, however, his stomach did a flip for more reasons than that.  His eyes instantly flashed to the door, like a lighthouse spotting a boat pulling into the harbor late at night, and he found it difficult to avert his vision to something else.  She seemed somewhat rude, neglecting to knock and fooling the sparse security staff.  "May I help you?" 

Alexa scoffed at the boy who sat at the desk with his feet up. She crossed her arms and smiled. "Didn't you hear me? I said, I want to be a part of this Mafia. And by the looks of it, you could use help." She pointed at Rod. "If you call him your right hand man, you're making a mistake, Rohan. You know you are." She tapped her high heeled foot. "So, are you going to give me the power or not?" She asked.

"I've got the beauty, which means I can get whatever we need. I mean, come on. Anyone would give something to a pretty girl." Alexa explained. "I also have the popularity, which means I can get the word around."

Rod stood up, and placed a hand on her arm. "Should I get her out of here sir?" He asked. She rolled her eyes.

"W-what, um, what exactly makes you...  fit for the position?"  He asked, stuttering too much to sound professional.  "W-why do you even want to be involved?"  He finished, feigning suspicion.  He looked at her for a bit, letting the silence hang and building an emotional wall.  He fixed his obviously infatuated expression to that of a stone-cold leader. 

He sighed, ignoring Rod.  "I don't know if I want you on our side.  Maybe you're not worth it,"  He went on, trying to make her position more desirable.  "Rod's got the-"  He paused, recollecting what Timmis had said earlier.  "...Left-hand man position down, and I don't know if I need a right hand woman.  Girls are very...  Distracting."  He kept himself from a grin, wanting her to prove she wanted the place.  Rohan already knew he wanted her to replace Rod, as Timmis was an idiot and was hardly helpful for anything else but intimidation.  Graham had an uneasy feeling, though, as he thought he was already being played by her beauty. 

Alexa watched as he stuttered. Oh, how she loved to be pretty. "I'm fit for the position because I know how to get what I want. And more importantly, what you want. If someone doesn't deliver now, I can get them to deliver ten-fold and a week quicker." She explained, looking over at Rohan with a tilt of her head.

"Maybe you're not worth it..."

One of Alexa's bigger flaws was her impulsiveness, and at that moment, her impulsiveness came into the light. She quickly dug her green fingernails into Rod's hand on her arm, causing him to release. She then bound across the desk, pulling Rohan's collar in order to pull his face closer to hers. "I'M NOT WORTH IT? YOU'RE NOT WORTHY TO KISS MY FEET!" She shouted as Rod got a grip on to her arms, pulling her back, one of his hands bleeding.

She blew a hair from her face, and calmed herself down. "I'm sorry. I get a little impulsive sometimes. But I can get things done, Rohan, that boy's can't. By means that boys can't, And you know that." She said, rustling her head to move the hair from her face. "Now, though your meat-head here is useful, since if he wasn't here, you'd be bleeding on the ground," She said motioning to Rod. "You need someone cunning, ambitious and intelligent. With, a dash of beauty. I'm your girl, and you know it."

He considered tempting her even more, and knew he could defend himself from her.  "Well... I don't know..."  He started, trying to push her just over the edge once again.  He cocked his head, pretending to think deeply.  "You're in.  Rod, you're upgraded to Chief Captain Sargent Lieutenant of Special Security Measures,"  He said, making up as many positions he could think of to trick Rod into thinking he was important. 

"So, what's your first act as #1, Miss, um..."

   

She pulled at Rod's grasp still on his arms, wanting to go after Rohan once more. She stood still breathing deeply. "It's Alexa. Alexa Bagnold. You will call me Alexa. Not Bagnold, or old Bag, and if you even dare to say my first name, It will e the last thing you say, got it?" She explained with an eyebrow cocked. She wasn't going to deal with being disrespected.

"My first act, is for Rod here to let go of my arms." She said looking over at Rod with obvious disgust. "Which means, Rod. Let go."

Rod looked up at Rohan. "I'm not taking orders from her, sir! She's a girl!" He said upset.

Rohan smiled at the two quarreling on the other side of his desk.  "Alright, Alexa."  Rohan had to figure out her first name, so he could refer to her by it.  "My apologies,"  he said.  "Rod, let go of her.  She's important,"  He demanded.  "Don't manhandle my gir-"  He stopped himself.  "My right-hand." 

In a weak attempt to avert attention from his careless error, he quickly said, "So, um, any ideas for future...  Ideas?"  He was a tad ashamed at his cover, but continued nonetheless.  "I think that some pretty good plots could be floating in around in that pretty head of yours,"  he speculated, too distracted to be paying enough attention to realize his using of the same word twice in one sentence.  "You're...  Pretty."  He finished, trying to make her less mad for any mistake he made.

Rod begrudgingly let go of her arms, and her hands went to immediately fix her hair. After pumping up her roots, she withdrew a small mirror from her pocket, to make sure everything still looked good. She then placed the mirror back into her pocket, and smiled her pearly white smile.

"I'm well aware I'm pretty, Rohan. And I plan on using it against people." She explained with a malicious smile on her face.

"There's a new popular thing people are doing. It's called Billywig Stings. They pretty much make you float, and kids love it. All we have to do is smuggle it in. Get a few of our members on a smuggling route, get it into our hands, and boom, we've got profit. The other thing we've got to start messing with is potions. Potions are another great thing we can have at our disposal that you're not taking advantage of. Nothing like poisons, but love potions are fair game."

"We also have blackmail in our position. You do still have the diary, right?"

Rohan nodded slowly, taking the points Bagnold made.  He was glad she shrugged off what he said prior.  "That seems a bloody great idea.  Now, how are we going to smuggle it into Hogwarts, and where are we getting these from?"  He wondered aloud, interested in her plan nonetheless. 

"Potions are also a valid profit most times, especially ones that can be used for pranks.  I'm thinking we could utilize a few ourselves,"  he pointed out.  "And, yes, blackmail is a definite valid choice.  The diary..."  He produced a hand-written journal from his inside pocket.  "Is right here.  A few people are in check if we use this in any way." 

Graham looked into the girl's eyes, seeing the patterns in her green irises.  "Your eyes are beautiful," he admitted, his voice toned down to a near whisper.

"Well, there's a few connections we can go through. The thing is, anyone's willing to sell to minors for the right price. Smuggling in is no problem. All you gotta do, is put it somewhere on your body. For girls, we've got these great things to carry things in. They're called bra's. And no one looks in there." She said with a smile. She had done it before, bringing in shrunken bottles of firewhisky.

"Potions are also a valid profit most times, especially ones that can be used for pranks.  I'm thinking we could utilize a few ourselves,"

"Exactly. We need to find ourselves a good student potioneer. I know a few of them, but we will really need a great one. You also need to start pulling more people into our little group here. The more the better.

"Is right here.  A few people are in check if we use this in any way."

Alexa laughed as she sat down on the desk, and crossed her legs, as she flipped through the sad excuse of a diary. She put it back down on the table. "Awesome. If this girl is as dedicated as she seems, we can have her do anything. Anything at all. And since her boy toy is out of the picture, we've got a recipe for power." She smiled.

"Your eyes are beautiful,"

She rolled her eyes as she hopped off the desk, and pulled up her own taking out parchment. "I need lists of members, targets, customers, anything." She said, pulling out a quill as well.

Rohan knew this girl was smart.  Already, she had a few great ideas.

"...All you gotta do, is put it somewhere on your body. For girls, we've got these great things to carry things in. They're called bras.  And no one looks in there."

"Yeah.  Good plan,"  he commented, not bothering to elaborate further on his reply.  Alexa was grinning, and Rohan couldn't help but returning the favor. 

"Alright, but do you know any actual potion brewers who are liable?"  He pressed.  It wasn't exactly easy to find a skilled potioneer who wasn't afraid of breaking a few rules.  "These kinds of blokes may not be too easy to come by."

The girl seemed exceedingly comfortable, as she sat down right on his desk.  Rohan resisted the temptation to move closer to her, but he knew he had never even seen her before she walked in the door.  He laughed at Alexa's indirect heckling of Chloe Harris.  "Her social life will be ruined with this, not to mention a couple others if it's read in the right places.  Or put in the right places,"  He finished. 

Bagnold was displeased by his comment and showed it obviously.  He complied to her request and told her what he knew.





   

She jotted down the notes on to the parchment, then tucked it back into her bag. "Great. Now, I've got to go deal with people." She rolled her eyes, and shook her head. "Don't talk to me outside of this room, okay? Because I have to go bury all of my feelings, and pretend to be an idiot." She stood up, and put her bag on her shoulder. "It's the way this has to be."

She headed to the door, and turned around. "Tomorrow, same time, same place?" She asked with a smile. Sure he was an imbecile, but she could get used to it. They were going to be working together. She'd have to make it work.

Rohan raised an eyebrow, confused.  "What do you mean, deal with people?"  He asked, unsure as to what her reasoning was.  "And, why would you pretend you're an idiot?"  He questioned further, having even more difficulty decoding her than before.  The question to her proceeding statement was left off, at the risk of sounding even more like an impossible idiot than he already did. 

"Wait, stay.  I still don't..."  He paused, looking for a word choice that wasn't offensive.  "...Understand you.  What makes you tick?"

Alexa was about to leave, but then she turned around. "Look, you'll never understand me and my personality, okay? So don't even try." She smiled to break the silence. "I'm complicated. More complicated then you probably will ever know. But I applaud you for trying."

"...Understand you.  What makes you tick?"

She laughed. "And why would I tell you what makes me tick?" She questioned.
