Shoplifting in Muggle London, but she was never caught. She did it on numerous occasions growing up, along with some pickpocketing.

Wand: The wand is Cedar, ten inches long, a core of phoenix feather, and is knobby and ridged.

Physical Description:
Millie has longer brown hair with subtle red lowlights. Her hair is a wavy and curly mess, that has great volume. Millie also has some awesome bangs that help hide her abnormally huge forehead.

The girl has normal sized features, and tends to wear a bright lip color. She wears fun teeshirts and jeans, as well as other fun tops. She tends to wear sneakers, or anything she can run in.

She's about 5' 6'' and weighs 120 lbs. Millie smells like rose petals and waterlillies. Millie also has the smallest hint of jasmine.

Millie's smile is a toothy and white. She has nice straight teeth. Millie has greenish brown eyes, much like her twin.

Personality Description:
In a word, Millie is fearless. She knows what she wants to do, and does it. She's not afraid to say what she thinks and is typically rather excited. She's an optimist and can see dark situations in a happy way. Though she doesn't have the best self confidence, she is not afraid of boosting someone else's.

Millie loves her brother, and tends to pull him into things he doesn't want to do. But somehow, she always is able to talk him into it. Millie is very persuasive and a great actor. She can pull off tears one minute and a psychopath the next.

Around friends, Millie is friendly and likes to laugh. She likes to tell stories and smile. Though she likes to hang out in big groups, Millie doesn't have many friends. Wyatt is her only best friend.

Though around enemies, Millie is not one to quietly ignore. She loves to get up in people's faces and tell them off.

When it comes to love, Millie is unexperienced.   She never really dated much, as she just didn't want to ever spend time with one person. She doesn't like being alone with one person, and almost always is in a group. Millie has commitment issues, and doesn't like to stay with just one thing for a long period of time.

Because Millie is afraid of commitment, she has trouble keeping friends around. She also has a trusting problem, as she doesn't trust anyone but her brother. She has been made fun of in Hogwarts for her hand-me-down robes and her old books. Her closest friend once turned on her, making her miserable when they exposed her to the house on her economic level.

Millie feels lower than others in the school, when compared to those who were privileged. She thinks that one cannot do anything, work in any profession, or amount to anything without money, and she doesn’t want to waste her time waiting around for an education when she could be out on the streets building up her income.

Going into crime, Millie doesn’t feel bad. She doesn’t see this as a big commitment hence why she’s able to handle it. She feels like this is a temporary job, and that if one day she decides not to do it anymore, she can leave the crime world easily.

History:
It was a drizzly Monday the day Millie and Wyatt came into the world. Wyatt was born an hour before Millie. They were born to Molly and Jeffery, two magical beings who eloped at a young age.

Growing up, the family never had much money, as Jeffery had given up his family wealth to be with Molly. However, the family didn't need money to love. They lived in a small apartment in London, which only had two bedrooms. Millie had made sure to put up a large shade between the two sides of the room, separating it into Wyatt's neater side and Millie's messy side. Millie's walls were covered orange and bright pink stripes while Wyatt's walls were green, and boring.

The parents were always very kind to the kids, and worked hard for their money. Molly was trying to become an author and Jeffery was a grocery market manager. They supported their kids in any pursuit they wanted with pats on the back and “good job”s.  Though the parents were kind and loving, they were not that observant, and didn’t realize how little control they had over Millie, and how Millie would do whatever she wanted.

As Wyatt and Millie were growing up, Wyatt was always the safer of the two who liked to think things through before doing them. Millie was the one who liked to have fun. She craved adrenaline and joy, and found that whether it was hopping from high things or running through alleyways.

When the twins turned eleven and got their letters to Hogwarts, Millie was disappointed. She didn't like school in the first place, and now she had to go to a special school for special studies? Millie was sorted into Gryffindor, a perfect fit for a girl like Millie.

The next six years were fine, and the summer before her sixth year, Millie picked up the terrible habit of pickpocketing on the streets. She knew the family didn’t have much money to spare for the little things she wanted (clothes & sweets mostly) and knew that she could get the money that she needed. Borrow a man’s wallet, get a new sweater. Borrow a lady’s handbag, get some jellybeans.

Then, in the middle of September, terrible news struck the twins. Their parents had died in a tragic accident when crossing the street one day. They were walking back to the apartment hand in hand when a bus lost control and hit them. They were both killed instantly.

Millie was shocked and saddened to hear about this, but knew that her parents would want her to soldier on. To keep her head up, and not to let anything hold her back. So, in those next few months, Millie tried to learn as much as she could from school.

Millie planned that during the break, as soon as she turned seventeen to not return to Hogwarts. She wanted to go right into crime, knowing that with the family she had, she felt like she couldn't amount to anything more. She knew that the family had no money, and that their parents left them little to no money. She hates school, doesn’t do well in it, and had already been pickpocketing for a year or two.

Millicent Lane Skinner is a brave and fearless truant. She is a seventeen year old Gryffindor though after her parent's death refuses to go back to Hogwarts. Her twin brother, Wyatt, is her very best friend and is always there to protect her and make sure she's alright.
