Have we Met? Neely has taken Care of Magical Creatures since her third year. It is definitely not her best subject, so she tries to make up for this by flattering the professor where possible. Neely's ambition is most apparent outside of the classroom, but she has a 'reputation' to keep, and hates not being as naturally gifted and academic as her friends. I'm sure Neely's struggle with the subject has not gone unnoticed by Professor Nagde.
How well do we know each other? Student, Kiss-up/Brown-noser, Respect(?)
Do you aspire to more? Neely usually gets by with a lot of help from older students. I could see her trying to convince the professor to let her have another chance 'on the down low' after she does less-than-stellar on a test (or for the semester). Maybe she'll end up putting in more personal effort than she normally might. I think Tulojow's entire persona might baffle and intimidate the girl slightly, thus Neely would be more inclined to keep her mouth shut in this particular class. However, I'm sure there are still occasions when she makes it known that having to groom dirty, undomesticated animals is gross.
Let's Be Off! A private remedial session with a good moral lesson attached might be humorous. Or... maybe the professor can introduce Neely to an animal to which she actually takes a strong liking.

There's no doubt Tulojow would have noticed and she'd have, indeed, expressed an interest in helping.  She would have certainly arranged for one on one study sessions and I'm sure she could toss in some interesting creature to try and heighten Neely's passion in the subject.

Have we Met? yes, they would have been Aurors at the same time, she would ahve been an Auror for 14 years when he joined, maybe she helped train him? I doubt he would have been one of the ones who were not sorry to see her retire ( he's not universally popular himself)
How well do we know each other? Friend, Former Co-Worker.
Do you aspire to more? well, confidante would be good, but otherwise probably not.

Sounds like a plan!  Tulojow would, definitely, take an interest in Joshua if she's familiar with his father.  She's not the COMC professor yet, but she's been there as gamekeeper and would have crossed paths.  It'd be quite easy to get them to cross paths.  If Samuel didn't buy into the Ministry rumors, Tulojow would, probably have made it a point to catch up when in the UK.  She, probably, would have been overseas enough that actually serving as an official mentor would have been less likely.  But, she could have done so unofficially when there.  There's some good potential there.

I imagine that his father would have been Samuel's official trainer, but yeah, unofficially it works.

Have we Met? They haven't actually come across each other yet, but likely it won't be long before they actually meet. Jasper has been taking COMC since he was just a third year. Jasper is the kind of student that tries to do better than everyone else in the class and will accept nothing less than an 'O'. But he's not completely obsessed with her approval, either. Likely as not, at least in the beginning of the year, Jasper will certainly be critiquing her teaching ability and perhaps not so subtly.
How well do we know each other? Student, possibly respect (later on)/dislike
Do you aspire to more? It depends on how Jasper ends up viewing Tulojow, likely based on her teaching. He would likely be civil towards her in class no matter what, but if he dislikes her, then badmouthing behind her back. If he does like her, then just a casual respect.

What's Your Lease on Life: Works for MoM directing Dispute Resolutions in the Near and Middle East. Formerly a professor of Muggle-Mage relations in a vocational, magical university in California. Prior to that, ran defense and security of Kibbutz Erez, a top-secret and controversial research socialist community in the Negev Desert, Israel. Dreogan attended Beit Gaddol, the Israeli magical school in the house of Or (Light).

Have we Met? Definetly. I'd imagine that Dreogan Z. Eleor (Dree's father) and she were very dear friends, having very progressive views of society, authority, and tolerance. Dreogan, Sr. was a very respected theorist in his field and social critic. I'd imagine they wrote letters to each other at the very least. When Dreogan Jr. began to travel extensively after his father's death and also embrace the hippie lifestye (complete with chacos, birkenstocks, and socialist communal living), I'm sure he and she corresponded, if not even visited each other. At some times, Dreogan felt he had nowhere to go. Perhaps he went to live with her for a couple of months? He probably goes to her for advice from time to time. Dreogan also works for the Ministry but is in a precarious situation at times due to his liberal and often controversial background.

How well do we know each other? Honorary son?

Do you aspire to more? Dreogan likes their relationship the way it is. Very comfortable but not too close; they can go years without contact and yet when they do get together/talk, it's like they haven't been apart.

Let's Be Off! Dreogan's a bit concerned about his mother and her living alone. . . He wants Adon to move from Israel to England to be closer to her and to restore the relationship. Perhaps advice time?

Have we Met? Tamis has always believed that Nadge was a good Auror, but too much of a loose canon to be reliable. When Raynor became Head of the Auror Office, their methods clashed, causing some friction. Raynor still respects the former comrade but is glad to be rid of her from a professional standpoint.
How well do we know each other? Former Coworker , possibly Past Conflict or Ended Badly?

Jasper: Sounds good - What Jasper's criteria are for good teaching will, largely, effect how he looks at her.  But, we'll see once classes start.  In the meantime, he's always welcome to drop by and visit to size her up when word gets out she'll be teaching.

Saffron: Likewise, Tulojow would be happy to mentor Saffron.  We can find a time / reason for them to cross paths either during the summer or before the break or the start of the new year.

Dreogan: Due to her (what she perceives as) failure in her own personal relationships, Tulojow is quite prone to taking on "honorary children / mentees"  It sounds like, very likely, she would have been a sporadic though frequent presence throughout Dree's childhood.  He would have been more than welcome to stay with her at any time.  Under most circumstances, she would have been in the field somewhere, but would have welcomed him anyway.  Which, given the path he's followed, would have helped enhance that.  She prefers older cultures where the lines between magic and nonmagic are much more fuzzy than in high magic.  He would have been welcome to tag along at any time.  And, he's welcome to stop by any time for advice or to talk about whatever.

Tamis: Haha poor Tamis.  But, Tulojow does miss being an Auror if that is any consolation

Have we Met? Yes, Keegan is her "ward" issued by the school since he is a muggleborn unable to afford living in Hogsmeade during the summer. Their initial meeting wasn't the best, and he has probably been a lot of trouble since, but I think there will be something to break that will encourage him to trust her.

Have we Met? Aberdeen was acquainted with Nagde when she joined the DoMLE, but knew her more by her reputation than by interacting with her. She didn't know what to make of her in her training years, but over time she came to admire veteran Auror's moral code and how she implemented it.

Do you aspire to more? I think their personalities are compatible enough that they might have the potential to move up to Friends, but mostly just depends on interaction.
