Michael was still a little stunned about what had happened at the celebration where Theodora Kingstreet had shown up.  He didn't believe that Kyle for one second would have committed murder, he wasn't sure that it was believeable that Kyle could have killed both a fully qualified Auror and hold a member of the Wizengamot at wandpoint.  It was a very sensational story.  Michael had been at the back of the crowd when all of this had happened and had therefore not seen it very well.  He wondered if anyone else had.  He decided that he needed to find out, Gryffendor should help their housemate.  He picked up a notepad and walked down the stairs from his dormitory to the common room.  It looked like there were quite a few people in the common room, it wasn't suprising as it had been the first day back after the festivities and everyone would be returning from dinner.

"Cough Cough"  Michael coughed loudly to get everyones attention.

"If I could have your attention, I would like to talk about Kyle Gibson, I do not believe for one second he did what he is being accused of, but I didn't see much of what happened, I was wondering if you could tell me what you saw, we all Know Kyle fairly well, maybe one of us noticed somthing that the investigators could use to clear him"

Michael looked around at the faces looking at him.  He knew that most of the people here hardly knew him, it was out of charactor for him to do somthing like this but he felt that someone had to do it, and not only was he willing but he had to admit to himself, he had a fair mind for an investigation as well.
