Physical Description:
Rose is of average height for her age, standing about 5 feet 5 inches tall.  She is slim and appears frail, and her arms and legs are short and slender.

 Her dirty blonde hair generally frames her face and reaches just past her shoulders.  Her facial features are soft, and her eyebrows are dark brown.  Her lips are small and usually coated in light pink lipstick, and her nose is small with a thin bridge.  Short eyelashes grow from the eyelids of two large, grass green eyes.  Rose's face is free of anything a dermatologist hates.  Miss Holloway smells of her namesake - rose.

Personality Description:
Rose is a kind-hearted girl at best, and would be glad to help anyone who might be in need of assistance, and tends to be generous, frequently sharing.  She is highly protective of her friends and of the innocent.  If someone is being bullied and Rose sees it happen, the perpetrator will most likely be  smacked across the face or kicked in the shin. 

She is very sensitive, and will cry at anything that is even remotely sad, whether if be a dead house pet, a deadly tragedy in the Daily Prophet, or even the sight of another witch or wizard weeping.  Rose is curious until the end, and loves to examine things closely.  She is usually serious and disciplined, but still laughs on a daily basis. 

Rose is highly ambitious, aiming high in all of her aspirations, no matter their insignificance.  She tends to exaggerate almost everything she says, claiming hyperbole is her best friend.  Rose is an  active girl, always finding it difficult to stand still, and is bored easily, which makes it difficult to sit through class when the sun is shining outside.

She is very shy, and lets faith choose her friends. despite her sheepish nature,  Rose is very close to being as brave as a Gryffindor. 

History:
Lewis Cole Holloway was a wealthy wizard working for the Ministry.  A confused witch appeared by his desk on a slow Tuesday afternoon, and asked where she could find the help office.  As he pointed her in the right direction, Lewis asked the woman for her name, and her reply was "Amber Rhodes."  He smiled and asked her if she wanted to go out for dinner.  She shrugged and giggled.  "What have I got to lose?"

5 years later,  in 1993, their son, Leo, was born. Immediately after his birth, Amber and  Lewis were married.  Shortly after, on April 24th, 1995, their daughter was born.  They named her Rose Erin Holloway. 

Shortly after the dark days of Lord Voldemort had passed, the family settled in a mansion in Oulton Broad.  Everything was perfect.  Growing up, Leo was a kind older brother who only teased his sister occasionally, thankfully.  When it was finally time for Leo to be on his way to Hogwarts, Rose begged her parents to let her go with him.  They said she could wait two more years.  When it was Rose's turn tom receive her acceptance letter, she became even more eager to go to the school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. 

Her first four years at the school were good, and Rose did manage to make a couple friends, her kindness winning them over.  She was rarely bullied and when she was, the incident didn't repeat itself.

How Do You Fit Into Your House?:
Rose was chosen to be a Slytherin because of her high ambition.  She lacks the outstanding cleverness of the Ravenclaw, the monumental bravery of the Gryffindor.  She would probably be a Hufflepuff if it weren't for her ambition.
